So wht do you believe. Do you think there is a rapture, or do you think we christian will have to endure until he Jesus comes to rain? I'm not really sure, I was reading revelations the other day and I attend two different churches, and they have different views. I don't see where it says there is a rapture. But I still hope there might be one. Yes, I believe in the rapture of the church. I am a pre-trib believer.

Noah built the ark in the days of violence and then the end came. Believers are not meant to submit to the world system and its king because in it we will have tribulation. Jesus did not receive it by bowing to Satan, why should we? Our kingdom is in the Promised Land in the spirit where the kingdom of God is at hand. Noah and the Ark. passover. etc. He has warned us a lot about this impending return in the old and new testaments and what to watch for. I think there are people in our Christian community who have a calling to be "watchmen on the walls" for the second coming. When reading about the rapture and the end times I understand it as this. 1) Bad stuff happens- earthquakes, famines, each person doing what they think is right etc. 2) God tells Jesus to come and get his bride and we get to have a big party in heaven. 3) On the earth things are really bad because Jesus's presence on earth has been removed but there is hope for the Jews who will get the prophets of old to give them a hand in realising Jesus is who he said he was. 4) The saints go with Jesus to Earth in triumph. 5) All living and dead get raised into ressurection bodies and get judged. 6) we get crowns to put at His feet to glorify him. 7) New heaven and Earth for 1000 years and we get to see what the world should have been like before Sin wrecked it. Good eh? when I see bad things happening on the tv or in the news I pray "lord come soon and so this can all stop"

Then who will save the lost? I believe the tribulation began a long time ago, I believe we are in it. Further to this, biblical translations does NEVER say that our Heavenly Father will get us out of the way, Elohiym promises only that He will keep us safe in His arms. I think the Lord has sent us to serve and save. I wonder if there is confusion about what happens in the last times leading up to the tribulation and then tribulation. I think the two bits of time are separate. I read in the Bible that God has a set number of people to be saved and once that number is met then he will come for his people. It is at this point the Jews suss that Jesus was the messiah and they go and preach to the others in the trib times. I hope this is clearer than my last post Anne! jenni
