Sunday 5-16-21 Sivan 3, 5781 1st day of the weekly cycle, 58th. Spring Day

Day 48 – Sivan 3 - May 16Yesod of Malchut: Bonding in Nobility

Examine the bonding aspect of your sovereignty. Healthy independence should not prevent you from bonding with another person. On the contrary: self-confidence allows you to respect and trust another's sovereignty and ultimately bond with him.

That bond will strengthen your own sovereignty, rather than sacrifice it.

Does my sovereignty prevent me from bonding? Could that be because of deeper insecurities of which I am unaware?

Do I recognize the fact that a fear of bonding reflects a lack of self-confidence in my own sovereignty?

Exercise for the day: Actualize your sovereignty by intensifying your bond with a close one.

We had a problem with our computer from 5-13-21 through 5-15-21.

Day 45 – Iyar 30 - May 13 Tiferet of Malchut: Compassion in Nobility

Psalm 118:1-9; Isa. 2:1-4

A good leader is a compassionate one. Is my compassion compromised because of my authority? Do I realize that an integral part of dignity is compassion?

Tiferet -- harmony -- is critical for successful leadership. Do I manage a smooth-running operation? Am I organized?

Do I give clear instructions to my subordinates? Do I have difficulty delegating power? Do we have frequent staff meetings to coordinate our goals and efforts?

Exercise for the day: Review an area where you wield authority and see if you can polish it up and increase its effectiveness by curtailing excesses and consolidating forces.

Day 46 – Sivan 1 - May 14 - Netzach of Malchut: Endurance in Nobility

Psalm 118:10-16; Psalm 146:10

A person's dignity and a leader's success are tested by his endurance level. Will and determination reflect the power and majesty of the human spirit. How determined am I in reaching my goals?

How strong is my conviction to fight for a dignified cause? How confident am I in myself? Is my lack of endurance a result of my low self-esteem?

Do I mask my insecurities by finding other excuses for my low endurance level?

Exercise for the day: Act on something that you believe in but have until now been tentative about. Take the leap and just do it!

Day 47 – Sivan 2 – May 15 - Hod of Malchut: Humility in Nobility

Psalm 118:17-24; Ezek. 10:1-4

Sovereignty is God's gift to each individual. Hod of Malchut is the humble appreciation of this exceptional gift.

Does my sovereignty and independence humble me? Am I an arrogant leader? Do I appreciate the special qualities I was blessed with?

Exercise for the day: Acknowledge God for creating you with personal dignity.

Love always, Walter and Debbie

Today is Pentecost here in Perth Australia.  I have been counting the omer by going to church prayer meeting Every night. We have a 24/7 prayer tower where incense goes up to the Lord day and night.

My own private prayer time during Pentecost had been electric as the fire of God fell and consume the sacrifice.

It was worth all the 50 days of preparation time .

Tomorrow is Pentecost here in Washington USA. We have been counting The Omer every night.

The Omer is counted every evening after nightfall. Before counting though, we stand and say the following blessing: ... commandments and commanded us to be a light unto the nations and has given us Yeshua our Messiah, the light of the world.” ... The question is, does the count always begin on the 16. th. thof Nisan, the day after the 15, ...

And to add, The correct dates of the feast days and this is the correct calculation of the new moon. As shown in the past Desert Trumpets, it is believed that the new moon commences at the time of “conjunction” of the sun and the moon when the moon is actually “new,” or dark of the moon, the “molad.”

The traditional Hebrew calendar does consider the molad as the time of the new moon, but changes many dates for the convenience of not having two successive days of Sabbaths. Others rely only on the physical sighting of the “crescent” to determine the date for the new month.

Love, Walter

Just after the first of the sabbaths when the women came to an empty tomb (He had arisen the eve before on the Sabbath) they began counting at the sabbath (the one just passed). He was killed on the Wed the 14th and arose the eve of the 17th (the 7th  day sabbath). Yeshua would ascend and then in 50 days from the first of the sabbaths, Pentecost would herald the coming of His Spirit.

Read up on the 'mia ton sabbaton' which is often obfuscated it seems.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
