I am a sci fi fanatic. Have been since I was knee high to a

science fiction starlet in a mini skirt...

But science fact is far more "fascinating" than Spock would

have ever imagined.

On CBS this Sunday Morning they did a segment on time travel.

Einstein's theory of relativity (note it is still only a theory / like evolution is

only theory) alleges we can travel into the future (by going as close to the speed of

light as possible).

This is not time travel but time dilation.

The closest we ever came to experiencing the realm of such an accelerated rate of speed

through the curved space-time continuum was at Cern, Switzerland (in the super collider).

This afforded us a peek at how elements react at that rate from our perspective. We still

live and think in this perspective as much a prisoner to it as we are the prisoners of planet earth.

The point I'm making here is that we can "see" in almost total darkness with devices that can

detect a greater range of light than our eyes can perceive. But it still has to be dumbed down for

us to see the images.

We are prisoners of the here and now / the eternal now / in the moment.

There is only one who is not.

The Father.

This is ONLY a theory of mine...okay?

I suspect that the Father, the "Son" (God the Word who became the Son in the incarnation), and the Spirit

all existed AS all that existed in what we would call eternity past. All absolutely equal in nature and ability

(including omniscience).

When for whatever reason God determined to create something to exist other than [Himself],

it required a dumbing down of the Word and the Spirit to interact with that creation. Specifically the aspect

of omniscience in order for the Eternal to be able to deal with the temporal (angels / man).

Jesus, for example, not only had to grow and learn as a human being  (Luke 2:52), but he did not know the

day or hour of his coming / return (Matthew 24:36 / Mark 13:32) which Jesus spoke of such things (knowledge

of the future) as:

Acts 1:7 (AV)
7 And he said unto them, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father hath put in his own power.

Also even the Holy Spirit must search the mind of God (the Father)

1 Corinthians 2:10 (AV)
10 But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.

If the Spirit is as omniscient as the Father, he would already know all the Father knows. No need to search.

The Bible teaches all three individuals in the Godhead are  equal and eternal (existence without beginning or end).  And as with

so much about truth, the phase / dispensation / current covenant must be taken into consideration... so the times. Jesus said the Father

is greater than all. He, speaking as the God-man, ridiculed by the very spiritual leaders he raised up since Adam... heading for the cross...

could easily justify this statement about the Father in heaven who receives perpetual praise... but Jesus may also have been speaking about

the authority of the Father.

Oh, also the Theory of Relativity has fudge factors in it (which Einstein

admitted to). The speed of light, for example is not a constant. The Decay of C.

is an observable fact. Setterfield / Norman proved this using over 300 years of

experimentation data (beyond the margin of error).

Quantum physics holds the key to what most scientists are unwilling to unlock.

In the long tradition of science and scientists, ever clinging to what was believed

to be true in the past, those who discover new reality / truth are up against a stalwart

organization of opposition (who claim to be open minded but are the antithesis of it).

"The earth is flat"

"The sun and moon and stars revolve around the earth"

Etc.

(all of which were blamed on the Church but it was touted as science and it was the Roman

Catholic Church that adopted the science of the day)...

Quantum elements of duplicity and phasing in and out of our curved space time continuum

point to the existence of another universe.

The Bible teaches that this other universe is heaven.

When science (if it ever will) give up clinging to the old beliefs about things as simple as gravity

(a pushing force not a pulling force) and apply it to the things Einstein got right in his theory...

we see there really are things like black holes and white holes exchanging mass and energy between

the two universes.

Science, in other words needs to catch up to the data we now how in this moment.

Sci-fi takes me away from God. I don't get involved with it.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Daniel: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 3

      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this study, I'll be focusing on Daniel and his picture of the resurrection and its connection with Yeshua (Jesus).

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
