So when I write about the flesh and make a semblance of speaking about spiritual wickedness arsing out of its folds I do so remembering that this same fleshy man is also a thing to be held with great fear of God - lest we forget why Christ died and who we are in the flesh. But we must come to a sound understanding in this day we now live in where children are more learned of spiritual wickedness - yet seeing it not - and many in the churches know much - but understand little. 

I realize that it might have come across in a humorous vein, but there is nothing remotely funny regarding the truth about the estate of man. We know that by one man, the first Adam of the dust, sin entered the world.

There is no greater blessing than this, that our Father in heaven looked upon us and was moved for our sake. He sent His only begotten Son to redeem us from that darkness in the hearts of men. All men. And there is no greater love than this, that the Son of Man, the second Adam and a life-giving spirit, laid down His life for the sake of His friends. 

I did not comprehend nor did I see, brother, until that day when I lay dying in the dust. The Spirit of the Lord was upon me and I saw myself as I truly was; in the light of His glory I wept and cried out in despair. I couldn't think nor utter a word under my own power and so the Lord granted me speech, that I might speak to Him. I pleaded with God to destroy me for all the works of my hands were evil; I had squandered that which He bestowed upon me in the womb. I had failed His calling and wasted those days God had given to me on vanity!  

Therefore I commended my life into His hand for I wasn't fit to live it, submitting myself to His judgment. I wanted nothing more than to die so my suffering in this flesh would come to an end. This is why I found the poem you wrote so moving and beautiful, brother. Every word was a song to my heart, for on that day the Lord astonished me so greatly that I was once again rendered speechless. The Living One was silent and when He spoke at last, God declared His righteous judgment:

I would not die but will live instead, and live abundantly; I will never taste death nor shall I ever wander this earth alone. The Lord had mercy upon me, an evil and terrible man, and promised to restore all I had lost a hundredfold. 

I know who our enemy is: ourselves. The evil in men's hearts knows no bounds... a fountain of sorceries, witchcraft, idolatry, adulteries, murders, thefts, and deceit. I possess a facility with words but they fall short in the light of truth, that the Lord God Almighty is kind, merciful, long suffering, and swift to forgive. God sent His Son just as He ordained before the foundation of the world. He came for our sake. 

Satan is not our scapegoat. We only have ourselves to blame.

Hi Kelly. I'm asking out of curiosity. When you say more sorcery in the church do you mean this literally or the way they practice now? Is it perhaps church can differ in America compared to the UK?

Our churches may be fine. But a growing number of liberal churches is making its way over here causing Christians to have to leave these once Christian churches. Now instead liberal and accepting gay marriage etc. This are only a certain percentage of churches here. .

So can you explain what you mean sorcery in the church? The rest of us Americans now can understand what you mean. Because here we say false teaching. Is it maybe in the UK false teaching is a common saying? Witchcraft teaching or any of similar terms perhaps more as a saying.

So please describe then us Americans will understand your UK aspect of church life where you live. And then when you explain I hope your statement will ring a bell making more sense.

To Kelly and Marathoner I want to say this... This is why people aren't taking Christians seriously in the world today. You have both changed the topic of this post. This is a very serious topic. You both are only worried about your salvation. You both are like those that go to church and say Alleluia I'm saved. You think by eliminating Satan is going to solve everyone's problem. Like those churches that are afraid to mention the devil and also not to talk about the place called Hell the Lake of fire. These churches are afraid to teach this scaring away the congregation. 

As the Bible says in the last days they will have itching ears. This means that people that go to church want to only hear pleasant things. Did you know that God talked more about Hell in the NT? That's because God absolutely doesn't want anyone to go down there. There's one that's trying to bring people to that place. That's the Devil. His purpose is for that to happen.

You stand there and say Alleluia I'm saved. Look all these evil things that I presented to keep people from danger. If you're true Christians you should be warning people about these dangers. If you don't then you're lovers of yourselves as in 2 Tim. There's all kinds of people that are reading this post. Even unbelievers as they may have put this in a search and they look upon you and they will say these Christians worry about themselves. And they say to me I'm a heathen. You prove nothing by what you just said. You just eliminated the serpent out of the garden. The same serpent that tested Job and tempted Jesus. The same one that will be going against you and the whole world. It's the persons responsibility of the killings that I do understand. Before the KKK and before the Nazi's, Columbine, Charles Manson himself they all had these Satanic symbols in the beginning. The Devil had influence over all these guys. 

The Devil may not take full responsibility for all these murders. He murmured into their ears to commit all these murders. 

I've experienced Satan in a real true way. When I was addicted to porn he got into my apartment. He was flickering the lights in my living room, I heard his whisper.. He said a bad word against God. I saw a demon for which he horns on his head flying around. Because I was watching triple X porn I got myself into this. If you're into any of these things the Devil will not leave your life. The only way to get rid of him get rid of all these things associated with all these or he will accompany you everywhere. That's why the bible says don't have anything to do with a demon. 

So your stop worrying about your own salvation. Just like the sign on the street that prevents accidents we have to warn people to not get them in trouble. Boasting isn't going to get us anywhere. 

Lastly you don't even know if you're saved. We need to let God let us know if we're saved or not. As long as you've never seen the Book of Life with the names that are in it. Now we can hope in our hearts that God under his grace and mercy save us.

I am sorry that you have had such bad experiences in your bedroom - but your general concerns about what has been said - to which you are now responding - are groundless.   

If you have faith to believe into Christ then your name is written in the book of life. The triple porn won't remove it. Get yourself a good woman - get married and be safe.

I know who Satan is because I once served him openly and was a terror to men. Whereas, now by the grace and mercy of the Father I know Christ far better than I know the enemy of our souls. So if I write something to you brother then I am not given to being foolish about the wiles and ambitions of the devil. Being chased around your bedroom is an unpleasant thing - but some folks are chased from their mothers' womb until they are found in the arms of Christ. Let the devil be the devil. Christ is our victory and the Cross is our deliverance. The devil is a fool and a liar.

I used the term biblically both in a Hebrew meaning and in a Greek meaning. As to the churches, I mean what I said literally and not in a figure of speech. Sorcery and magic are synonymous terms but only when the distinction between cause and effect are not properly separated. Demonic activity is similarly in need of being separated so that ambition is not confused with the fuel of sorcery and witchcraft. Symbolism, which is often pressed into pantheistic terms, is better understood when it is grounded in the neurophysiology that underpins its effect on the one who sees. And the occult in its true meaning is not the invention of things - but rather the uncovering of all that which God has made. It speaks of all men everywhere and so it speaks of all  churches everywhere. If that seems difficult then that is because most only have a fearful understanding of these things. And so driven by fear we are at once into the flesh and will find it difficult to overcome sin, the flesh and the devil. Finally, the reason why the churches are so vulnerable to sorceric ambitions is because born again believers are grounded in a way that few occultists can even dream of even though the occultist seeks to learn every semblance of the proprietary fact of God's ownership of all things - whereas the Satanist knows that God is real and so presses into utter rebellion like their father the devil. If born again believers accepted the Fathers' remedy for these things then there would be no sorcery in the churches at all. As it is we cannot even fathom what Galatians 5:20-21 means by the fruits of the flesh. The Fathers' remedy is the cross - not simply the acceptable face of Christ crucified for sin for those who come under a true conviction of sin - but the rough hewn timber of the grave. The narrow way is the other side of the Cross.

Some here have mentioned symbols.  I was surprised when someone told me years ago that the peace sign was an upside-down, broken down cross.

I was forced to be in the presence of pure evil as a baby, toddler, and child. My father was a serial killer and forced me to watch him do his criminal acts from their inception to their finish. I saw things I can never not see. Believe me I've prayed about this and it will not be taken from me. The images have stayed for years.

My father may not have been a satanist yet he was using Satan's hand to wreak havoc on so many people's lives. That's how I believe I got involved in the new age movement as a teenager and adult.

Fortunately a neighbor and his wife started praying for me to find Jesus. I'm so very thankful for their obedience to God.

First is that this happened in my apartment over 15 yrs ago. Plus it's not in the bedroom these things I mentioned. But rather when I was walking in my apartment from my room to the living room and even to the rest room. . The light was going on and off in the living room at one moment. When I left the kitchen I seen one demon floating in the living room. In the rest room I heard this evil voice say a 4 letter word against God. Of course I was terrified. Even when I left this demon did stuff in other places too. That's what I mean they will not leave you until you get rid of what's bringing them to your place. . I knew it had to be the movies by the tv. There are movie production names like evil empire etc that made some of these movies .

 

So I don't watch these anymore. I'm seeing a girl now here where I live in Illinois. So that explain that part.

 

As I said in my opening post I wasn't insulting those who know better. Kelly I know you know plenty of the bible verses and knowledge of these symbols. This opening post isn't against your faith, belief nor doubt in God.

 

However I said in the opening about readers that come here. They read only. They may not know as much as you do. They may not realize some of these images are bad. This post is to make them aware to not have these around them or to influence their way of thinking etc. . Kelly if you mostly talk to Christians you won't see this much. Start talking to unbelievers and you'll see a number of this. Jesus told us not to talk only to our brethren as even the publicans do. Jesus wants us to talk to unbelievers also. So we can witness to help them to then become believers. As we were once unbelievers years ago like they are now.

 

Jesus said I come not for the righteous but the unrighteous. The healthy not need a doctors but the sick need one.

 

So my post was more focusing on those that know less. That need to learn what God is telling us to avoid and a very extreme sin. It's very scary having any of these on you. All of a sudden a demon keeps following you playing this magic stuff where you go. I've lived it . . I tell you by experience. Even from others.

 

I didn't know many of these symbols until a few short yrs ago. Now things make more sense than before. I also Kelly thought these images were ancient. I did some reading. They exist in a blended modern way harder to see than before. . When its blended we usually don't notice. .If we can notice we can rid of these. For example. The one I was with found art with pagan symbols mixed with Jesus, Mary etc . . Pagan symbols can be disguised in arts work pertaining Jesus or anyone saints etc. If you didn't know this for example Easter is pagan. Easter derives from Ashtoreth the pagan goddess. .

 

Do you see how well all this is disguised? That's the importance in warning people to watch out. Jesus when one thinks they had nothing. Maybe they do and didn't realize so. . Some is known to mix pagan, Jesus, Mary and saints images symbols etc. . When we have this here in America as Rome does to a certain degree in hidden places. Not so obvious. This is just a head start. Others can carefully read and study what's to avoid: symbols, arts, and sculptures not to have at home. Including no psychics, taro cards and adults movies. Madonna is the modern day satanic sex symbol with things she does on stage. .

So if you think the devil is easy to elude Kelly maybe you can. Not for many that is . . If they see these things aren't wrong they'll have no hope. We need to reach out to these people. Not just us only. Remember there are readers that don't know the bible as much. At least knowing to stay out of danger is a good start and can start learning the bible . . So this posting concerns others staying out of this mess as I once did. The other poster that used to be into this practice. Kelly you need to include us how we were trapped into this and didn't know why . . If I had read what you wrote I never would've before had a reason to stop those movies. For in your posts you didn't warn anyone whether unbeliever or a new Christian just learning.

All posting Kelly isn't always for advanced Christian teaching. We need to reach further to unbelievers to get saved and new Christians to understand. Your way of speech is always for advanced Christians. Not for the rest who can't obtain your words yet. . Look in the mirror. Remember you back then. How did you learn? How much at the beginning did you know? Teach others as you were learning so you can reach them also. . Your level is too high constantly for people that don't know as much as you. You're talking over many peoples heads. I read comprehensive Christian books I can grasp. That's the way we learn here. I try to use it at board. Use what people can grasp. Better to learn something than nothing at all. . I'm not in a race to be better. Together with God we all are seeking to cross that finish line. It's not I but it's rather we us.
