Often the blessings are not obvious, and many, many, many times and in many, many, many things I have not been blessed.

Despite the deprivations and withholding of specific blessings, in general the blessings abound and along with Habakkuk I can say "He makes my feet like hinds feet in my high places," meaning there is no danger of slipping into bondage.

• 1Pe 3:8,9 -> "Finally, be ye all of one mind, having compassion one of another, love as brethren, be pitiful, be courteous: not rendering evil for evil, or railing for railing: but contrariwise blessing; knowing that ye are thereunto called, that ye should inherit a blessing.".
