Ben is a sixteen year old kid that likes to watch TV, play video games, and read books. What makes him different? He has Down syndrome. Thus the TV he watches, the games he plays, and the books he read are generally done so at a third grade level. I love Ben; he is the highlight of my day.

If that same "expert" took a walk through the halls of any school, high school or grade school....she wouldn't have enough fingers and toes to count how often kids greet each other with hugs. That expert had better put a stop to such socially unacceptable and dangerous behaviour with those kids too!

Hearing something like this just angers me. Blissful innocence made to seem dirty.

Will those "experts" be there for Ben when he becomes confused about why he can no longer hug people and perhaps may start to act out? I doubt it because I've seen it with my own eyes.

Well you know what an 'expert' is....an 'ex' is a has-been, and a 'spurt' is a drip under pressure!

We certainly see that here. Bet those 'experts' would write a report saying how perfectly 'healthy' it is for two homosexuals to be necking in the halls..........

Bleh. So-called experts like that make me angry. Usually, they have paid thousands of dollars for an impressive education, yet have missed the REAL lessons in life. Give hime a hug for me, too! Hugs are great!

Well then,that is a wonderful article you wrote. But as you say the sad thing is that their heart of a true child isn't wanted or accepted in this world, see because it is too much like Yeshua would be, and that can't be tolerated.

Are you going to school to be able to work and teach them full-time? I am not sure what it's like nowadays. My Mother went to college when I was around 9-12 and when she started they didn't even have the coriculum, but in the following year they did so she switched her major and did 5 years instead of 4 because of the specialty of it. She got her first job at a private school where she worked for about 10 years and then was made head Schoolmistress until the School closed. Then she went on to work and eventuallly run the Dept. in the State School until she retired. I worked there a year myself till I got married and moved away.
