20-30 minutes of Bible and apologetics study, 20-30 minutes of prayer in the morning. Prayers before bed, and prayer throughout the day as nessicary.

May I suggest that, in addition to reading the Bible you have purchased, you also find a good Bible commentary? This, especially when you are new to the faith or just looking into it, is so key to helping you understand things. A couple of resources that I personally use and have grown and helped me are the Desiring God channel on Youtube, and the Got Questions website. Both totally free and readily accessible online.

I pray God blesses you in your search for him. Don't forget perhaps the most important thing; pray to God and ask him to reveal himself and his truth to you. Tell him you want to know him and are willing to follow whatever is true!

Thank You so much Sir. this helps me further.

I indeed read the bible daily ( daily office online ).

Thank You so much.

God Bless You.

SALVATION AND ETERNAL LIFE IS A FREE GIFT THROUGH JESUS CHRIST

THE MOST IMPORTANT DECISION YOU WILL EVER MAKE

2 Corinthians 6:2 (For he saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.)

We are not guaranteed a tomorrow, or even a next minute. We all can die at any unexpected moment. If your sins are not covered by the blood of the Lamb, do not procrastinate or put off accepting Jesus as your Lord and personal Savior.

2 Peter 3:9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

Our Lord Jesus loves you so much that:

John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. 18. He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

Salvation and eternal life are as easy as ABC.

Admit you have sinned.

Believe Jesus personally died for you.

Choose to accept His gift of forgiveness.

If you would like to accept Jesus as your own personal Savior right now, pray the following prayer and sincerely mean it in your heart:

Dear God, I know I have sinned and I want to ask for your forgiveness. I believe Jesus died for my sins. I now accept your offer of eternal life. I will follow Jesus as my Savior and try to obey Him in all that I do. Thank you for my new life. In the name of Jesus, I pray. Amen.

If you asked Jesus into your heart and earnestly meant it, you are now a Christian and have eternal life. You are now a brother or sister of mine in Christ, we are now a family. You may not experience drastic immediate changes in your life, as it is a growing process. You will find your “want too’s” will change.

I love that you are here on a Christian website looking for advice, answers, truth, wisdom, knowledge.  Jesus said to seek him and you WILL find him!  I have been seeking the Lord for over 40 years and do not have any set routine other than talking to him all of the time throughout the day.  He is my closest friend and Lord through the entire day.  I only retired from a career a year ago so the best part about that is my time in the morning.  I am no longer rushing off to a job every day so most day I spend an hour or so with him in scripture, prayer, learning, seeking.  Then of course the plague has changed the past couple of years for many but that should be ending any time and life should return to mostly normal for each of us.

The Lord just wants you and He will accept you any way you come to him and for whatever amount of time you can give during a day. It does have to be a daily walk though.  Think about the father-child relationship in a good and healthy, loving relationship.  That is what our Heavenly Father wants to have with each one of his children.  Sometimes humans want to put all lots of rules, rituals and requirements on this agape relationship with our Lord but in reality all he wants is you, warts and all.  He wants to love and save us and we need him to love and save us.  The true Father image. All relationships take time and effort for a lifetime. A relationship with Father God is the most important of all in each human life whether the human knows it or not.

Just keep moving onward and forward with Him, day by day!

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Daniel: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 3

      Shalom everyone,

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
