Just 2 cents on that. The cruel slaughter and imprisonment of Jews under Naziism, was certainly a factor in the rebirth of Israel in 1948.

Evil men and even Satan himself played his part in the crucifixion of our Lord. Without Jesus death and resurrection, I would still be lost in my sins.

This does not mean that God anoints evil people nor condones evil, but it does show that Romans 8 is true:

28And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose. 29For those whom he foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, in order that he might be the firstborn among many brothers. 30And those whom he predestined he also called, and those whom he called he also justified, and those whom he justified he also glorified.

Evil does not catch God off guard, He knows it exists, He know when it is coming, and He often allows it to happen, it is within His plan even if He does not cause or endorse it, He allows it. However, we know that He works all things together for good for those who love Him and are called according to His purpose.

No, you said that. God allows men to live in their own  free will, BUT......He intervenes at tines for his chosen  people, for Israel, and for the Church at various times as you well know via documented biblical accounts. Now God  seeing the evil heart of mankind, uses that KNOWN  ENTITY to bring things to pass, He knew Hitler would try to wipe out the Jews as Satan has been  trying to do for over 3000 years and God then turned the war into a chance to create a Jewish state. God did not send Hitler, he just foreknew history, of course. Whereas via Persia and Cyrus God ACTED, he used Cyrus to defeat Babylon and thus to free Israel. God can bring events to pass both ways. Via Donald J. Trump God used Trump to SLOW DOWN the onslaught of the coming Anti-Christ, thus were ahead of schedule, he also used Donald Trump to bring forth the Abraham Accords, you see when Gog and Magog who is basically Russia, Iran and Turkey, attack Israel, no Nation with a Common Border with Israel joins in, we just saw an UAE Royal Airplane land in Israel 2 months ago for the first time ever.

The Psalm 83 war was all of the nations that surround modern Israel, trying to take her out from 1948-2010ish, then Iran became a regional threat and all of Israel's neighbors see Israel as friend and Iran as a regional threat with maniacal religious leaders. So, God elected Trump to do His will and he did just that. It was prophesied in 2911 he would be President, when no man who wasn't in the Army or in Politics had ever been elected president. You not seeing what I see may just mean you were not called unto Prophecy as I was. 

You biggest problem, in IMHO, is you can't see what the movement of God is bringing. Try as you might, you do not even believe God doesn't use me n not of God for His own purposes. You had to come up with some convoluted point, then you admitted you know God uses "NATIONS" ...........SMILE...........God elected Donald Trump to fulfill his purposes, whether you see that are not is not important tbh.

You don't need a river to dry up in order to cross it. But if your lives depend on that river, then you would need to kill the ones who dry it up. 

Iran and Iraq who are both east of Armegeddon and greatly depend on the euphrates river and the ones who cause it not to rain upon earth for the three and a half years preceding the river going dry are to fault. I expect the beast will need to kill those people in Jerusalem who have taken thier life giving water from them. 

Besides, Muslims are told in the hadith to destroy the army of dajahh after the third year of the drought. They will be more than ready to go to war by the time the euphrates runs dry.
