In His Love,Kwik I just right-clicked on it, chose "Open link in new tab", and it worked properly. I've also just tested holding down the Ctrl button and left-clicking, which worked as well. If neither of those works for you, then you could simply go to breitbart.com and search for "British police arrest", or something similar.
