The only dance is believing that God created the sun on the day He said. Apparently you don't. Disbelief is not 'accepting His word' it is rejecting it.

In Daniel a week is a yearweek. If it was not a literal day then it would have to be something else that is the same for each day. A day is like 1000 years. In 2 days I will revive you. Hosea. That's 2000 years. Why does Daniel get year weeks when it's all just random time frames and mixed up anyway? If you take the evolution time table and make it millions or billions of years instead of days it's still not what Genesis says.

Everyone rested from work on the seventh day, slaves included who did alot of the hard labor.

A day is like a 1000 years the same is true that a minute is like a million years or longer and there was evening and morning the first day.

Yom the Hebrew word for day doesn't just mean a civil length 24 hours but is used for a multitude of periods of time.

The English language the word day is either literal or figurative like today.

I don't think in Genesis the days are based on earth spinning while facing the sun and moving around the sun at the same time.

In a solar system that's moving around a center of a galaxy. That is also moving through a universe.

24 hour days on earth in this Sol little sector is happening right now while at the same time it isn't throughout the universe. Each planet in the solar system has its own day length even other galaxies. The universe is still day one expanding.

Every light in the expanse are for days months years seasons.

Scripture doesn't say creation week was based upon earth's rotation nothing else.

I do believe He rested though He doesn't and finished the heavens and earth clay base for the bowl that is still being created, filling the heavens and the earth.

God can rest and not rest at the same time.

Gen says it was finished. If you build a house and it gets finished, that does not mean nothing will ever happen in that house again. If you changed a washer in a tap, or painted a wall that does not mean it was not finished. If your family filled the house it still does not mean the hose was not finished. If you rested from that job, and right away started to build other things, that does not mean the house was not finished.

Yes you can have many additions to the house.

Just because a hydrogen atom and a oxygen atom have to be created first and be finished doesn't mean those two are not water before they bind.

Having work done on a finished house at some later time does nothing to change the fact it was finished. Part of what was finished was water. Whatever atoms were involved doesn't matter because it was all done at creation. Atoms are just a tiny component of what was created.

So what this boils down too is you believe God is not still creating the heavens and the earth. And water was part of what was finished "in the beginning" which means (Genesis) where water is never mentioned as even being created, then later the other part got finished and the two parts became a finished whole?. Hmm 👍

Water isn't created its a process involving other created things and forces.
