Your daughter needs a "heart conversion" to Jesus Christ....that is when she will start to change or in some cases totally change.   We usually call it being born again as Jesus called it in the Gospel of John chapter 3.

I was grown up with a mom who wanted to control me even after I was an adult, and also my marriage, and that's not good at all for anyone, believe me! It went so long that she ended up persecuting my husband and I, so I decided to cut off all contact with her, which was an huge relief. 

I'm 55 years now, don't have any children myself, but if I had, I know that it would have been good for both me and the child(ren), if i let them live their own lives when they grew up, and not try to stick my nose and try to control them, if you know what I mean.

My mom is not yet saved and born again, and she actually persecuted my husband and I, too. If she had been saved and born again, she had gladly accepted us in the Lord, and had been a Godly example for her daughter and other women, and she had understood that her daughter was an adult and she hadn't tried to control her or her husband, but she had blessed them and prayed for them. 

As I see it out of what you've told us, (and I don't beat around the bush, but I like to tell people the truth in the Love of the Lord, as I know that the truth can set people free), I believe that both you and your daughter are lost right now, but there's hope for you both to wholeheartedly repent and get saved and born again! 😊 I really hope and pray that you both will one glorious day consider to do it, and that it will bring you into the healthy relationship with each other, that only the Lord can do. Shalom. 🙏🏽 

We go to church every Sunday. Confession on Saturday. There was a few times she has had issues with cleft members.
