Many wars are indeed predictable.   So is the one that's coming.

Predictable yes, but not in the timing or outcome.

Surprise and deceit are the prime elements of war, all wars are based on deception.

Yes, and the Lord allowed Israel to be defeated by her enemies because she rejected the Lord... the US may very well suffer the exact same fate!

Alexander Solzhenitsyn was a writer and outspoken dissident of Soviet policies during the 20th century.

If I were asked today to formulate as concisely as possible what was the main cause of the ruinous revolution that swallowed up some 60 million of our people, I could not put it more accurately than to repeat: 'Men had forgotten God; that is why all this has happened.'”  (Alexander Solzhenitsyn)

I believe the Bible is very clear on the quality of mercy shown by God toward mankind.   He seems always ready to forgive individuals, but perhaps not so eager to forgive nations.   Many nations have fallen into the quagmire of history because they forgot the Lord, because they turned their back upon the Lord and because they blasphemed His Name.  So has the United States.  We have forgotten humility that made us great and we have raised ourselves to the level of gods instead of respecting THE ONE.

Recent news items are alarming.  From China we now read about a refurbished policy called the 9 dash line   (or 10 dash or 11 dash depending upon which story you read).  This is a 'line in the sand' Bejing has drawn upon the ocean in which free trade is to be regulated by China.  This matter goes back to 1946, but has raised its ugly head once again.  This is a clear indication of a belligerent attitude on the part of Chinese leadership.

In Russia a series of peace offerings have been made regarding the Ukraine war. While they don't appear to be any different from the attitude of the Kremlin since before their invasion of Ukraine, they stand as an effort from their point of view to negotiate peace.

My sources had told me back in August that meetings would be held in Russia and China regarding the commencement of hostilities against the United States over Taiwan and an increase in severity of attack against Ukraine - perhaps even the deployment of tactical nuclear weapons to "deescalate the war" (this peculiar phrase was often used in the text of the Medvedev doctrine of the late 1990's).  I was told the meetings and offerings of peace negotiations were expected to be denied by western nations and that this failure would lead to general war on two fronts.

Again, I was told that if negotiations weren't engaged (on Russia's terms and on China's terms) war would follow in a few weeks.

Specifically I was told hostilities would commence "in early October".

As of this writing 'early October' is less than two weeks away.

I wish to repeat my earlier statement here that it is my hope my sources are incorrect and that my personal alarm will prove to be unsubstantiated.   I DO wish and hope that peace in some form will endure in the western Pacific and that some form of cease-fire may be arranged in Ukraine.

But the leaders of America seem to have their attention fixed on other matters these days - not on the avoidance of war.

that's me, hollering from the choir loft...

War, it seems, is now almost inevitable.   Nobody wants peace.  Nobody speaks of it.  People on the street here don’t want it, but as usual our leaders don’t listen to us at all.  When the time comes we’ll be asked to sacrifice many things to promote their bankrupt foreign policy.

I certainly will not assist with it in the slightest.

Is anyone taking any of this seriously?

In case you didn't know, I AM.

Putin's attack dog Medvedev rattles the sabre AGAIN: Now ranting ex-President claims Russia is 'running out of options' in Ukraine other than a full-blown ground war with NATO which would lead to a greater 'cost to humanity' than WW2
  • Putin may be pushed to start a full-scale ground war with NATO soon
  • Top Russian politician Dmitry Medvedev says NATO is acting like WW2's Axis powers
  • He said that a third world war would be deadlier than World War II

The deputy chairman of Russia's security council has publicly claimed that Russia is running out of options and may resort to a full war with NATO.

Dmitry Medvedev, Russia's former president, warned that this would lead to a third world war, which would have greater consequences than World War II

I feel you, Brother!

As a patriot and veteran, I am disgusted with our government masters’ policies, morals, and spending. Our masters reflect the desires of the people who put them into office. Just as there is a powerful evil spiritual king behind Persia and Greece, there is a powerful one behind all human governments. Satan and his minions are the princes and powers of this world.

Daniel 2:21 And he changeth the times and the seasons: he removeth kings, and setteth up kings: he giveth wisdom unto the wise, and knowledge to them that know understanding:

The Lord sets Presidents, Kings, Leaders, and despots for His plans and purposes. If Helen Keller were alive today and a Christian, she could not help but know the tribulation is drawing near; she would be able to feel and sense it.

Today’s governments are not wise or have understanding; they believe and enforce the lie(s). I could detail the abominations, evolution, gender identity, and other examples, but what would be the point?

We see the globe screaming for a solution to all the global problems, a man with a plan, everything from climate change to equality between peoples and nations. If we become one world, problems will be solved, right?

Although I agree with what you posted, I don't believe that the majority of those who voted for the current administration had any idea what they were voting for. They thought the O'Biden would unite the Country, not try and destroy it. They don't want open borders, runaway inflation, endless billions to Ukraine. Only about thirty percent of the country are racist socialists.

Why is this not in the conspiracy section.... because that is where it belongs.

Oooh china's gonna invade. We're gonna run out of toilet paper (again) blah blah blah.

Oh yeah, and I have no real sources I can share so your just gonna have to take my word for it.

Yeah...I'll believe it when I see it. Meanwhile I'm not going to go out and fear buy. Because you know what, first off I trust God.

Second off a wise person keeps a few extras on hand at all times just to be safe. If you don't then your part of the program, because even if this is true everyone waiting until the last minute to buy stuff like toilet paper, will just make a disaster worse.

Remember the run during COVID? Reality was there wasn't that much of a shortage to begin with. Just enough to minority inconvenience a few people. But, because a bunch of uninformed and under prepared people overreacted and started fear buying, that minor inconvenience turned into a major problem.

Happened with ammo during Obama's presidency. The military, every few years buys a large amount amount of ammo. And I mean large (it is a military after all) of largely 5.56 and 308 ammo, buy a very small percentage of .22 for training purposes. Now, ammo manufacturers know this, they have assembly lines set aside just for the military and make and store the ammo separately from what they sell to John Q public.

Now had this been a republican in office, the military would have gotten their order with no affect on civilian sales.

But, since it was Obama, all the sudden conspiracy theorists started crying wolf, saying Obama is going after the guns by buying up all the ammo supply. Completely garbage of course, but that's what they said.

Next thing you know everyone is fear buying ammo, and lots of it.

And the worse part...a lot of people who knew little or nothing about guns, just went into the gun stores and bought whatever was cheapest, which was .22 lr.

.22lr which, by in large the military wasn't buying at all. I could walk into a gun store and buy 5.56, which the military does use, but I couldn't find .22 for close to two years. It's still hard to come by, and far more expensive for that reason.

All because of panic buying. Stop panic buying people. Stop jumping in fear over every rumor that you hear. We serve a God that is far more powerful then anything in this world.

Hello Rick,

I did not want to get into a political debate, but I think ignorance, likeability, looks, and feelings play a big part in voting. Few these days are interested in the big picture, what is best for the country, or have even read the Democratic Platform.

2020-Democratic-Party-Platform.pdf

Few will read through almost 100 pages to discern their agenda.

Many voters are only interested in one aspect: what the government can do and give me.

The proof in the pudding will once again be put to the test in the next election.

Shalom, choir loft.

Yeeshuwa` ("Jesus") said,

Matthew 24:6-8 (KJV)

6 "And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. 7 For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places. 8 All these are the beginning of sorrows."

War is to be EXPECTED by those who believe Yeeshuwa`s words! However, He added,

John 16:31-33 (KJV)

31 Jesus answered them,

"Do ye now believe? 32 Behold, the hour cometh, yea, is now come, that ye shall be scattered, every man to his own, and shall leave me alone: and yet I am not alone, because the Father is with me. 33 These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world."

I'm pretty sure Joe Biden knows how to point at China on a map and say to his generals "Attack this".

I don't know ....... Biden gets lost walking down the sidewalk!
