A Device That Causes Something to Happen ~ Trigger.

Good morning, everyone,

We all have our eschatological views and biases; I am no different. This ancient hatred goes back in antiquity to Jacob (Israel) and Ishmael-Esau (Arabs). The Arabs believe Esau received the promises and the land (ALL of it). Global leaders are foolish to think a Two-State solution will solve anything. History up to current affairs proves Arab – Muslims cannot live peacefully, even among themselves. They all hate and kill each other as much or more than Israel. Any competent strategist realizes that.

Simplified history: To understand today, we must understand biblical history. The so-called Palestinian refugees are pawns and an excuse and rallying point; the Arabs-Muslims could care less about them. If the neighboring Arab nations care about them and their problem, with the vast amount of unoccupied land, why do they not take them in or give them a sliver of land to call home? Answer: They do not want them either.

Ezekiel 7:11 Violence is risen up into a rod of wickedness: none of them shall remain, nor of their multitude, nor of any of theirs: neither shall there be wailing for them. [sounding familiar?]

Violence ~  2805 חָמָס (ḥā·mās): n.masc.; ≡ Str 2555; TWOT 678a^[1] Hamas, are we starting to get a prophetic picture?

This brazen attack by Hamas is unprecedented since being caught off guard by the 1973 Yom Kippur War and most likely is prophetically significant. Israel has a red line not to be crossed; this line has been struck with war being declared. Everyone knows HAMAS and HEZZABOLA are supplied by Iran, proxies of Iran, and do Iran’s bidding. The Persians could care less about the Arabs, other than they are useful idiots and die in place of Iranian troops. The Iranians are witty, but our Lord is omniscient.

An inner ring of hostile nations and terrorist organizations surrounds Israel. A fragile peace exists between Egypt and Jordan (home of Hezbollah). Iran and terrorist organizations have headquarters in Damascus, Syria, a geographically close threat. Israel “vowed” not to allow Iran to join the nuclear club. Russia has a military build-up on Israel's northern border, becoming belligerent toward Israel. What are we to make of all these current events?

To be brief, we can now easily see and reason how and why prophetic events for our time are shaping up. Psalm 83 war (ring of bordering nations), Damascus, Syria, a ruinous heap overnight (Jer. 49 & Isa. 17), the destruction of Elam (1/6 of S.W. Iran – Jer. 49) where Iran’s nuclear facilities are located, the annexation of Jordan (Jer. 49), the formation of nations, alignment, and treaties for the Gog-Magog invasion, etc.

There must be a trigger that sets off these near-future events. Is this that trigger?

Pray that those needing to be stopped will be stopped; those needing help will be helped; those needing saved will be saved; His will done in Jerusalem and its surroundings.

My question is - what is going on in the spiritual realm now?

Prayer is a good beginning and actually an absolutely necessary one, a given. So what then, after that  what is the practical application? I decided to open a thread on that - Thanks for stimulating my mind  toward that ( Practical application) this day.
