Of course it was made an official holiday by Abraham Lincoln, and was intended to be a thanks to God for his great blessings on this Nation. I definitely think Christians should celebrate it. It's based on a myth but there's nothing wrong with observing Thanksgiving, seeing as how we ought to seize every available opportunity to give thanks to the Lord who has given us everything. I'm thankful to the Lord for giving me this time to walk with Him. It's an honor and a pleasure to make it possible for my coworkers to spend time with their families today and over the weekend.
