You only have to update things as you take things out and put new things in them such as buying a new car or house. Switching banks and such.

Ha; live poor, die at sea, leave nothing but memories behind.

Three dollars in the bank and a dozen maxed out credit cards is what a friend of mine tells me

Ya know that is just what my grandmother on my father's side did! Plus she had a living room floor full of race sheets spread out the day she died. She loved the horses.

She went through a lifetime of money down to the last penny and when it ran out she up and heart attacked.

Is there a right or wrong way to be buried when we die for a Christian? i have some people in my family who want to be cremated, and then my husband wants to be cremated and his ashes scattered over the ocean.

Don't forget that Jacob asked for his body to be cremated in the Egyptian style before his body was transported back to Palestine to be buried with his forefathers.  That is a many day trip as they would have traveled by camels or donkeys.  Thus we have to assume that the Lord does not require a certain burial process.

Hi, I just personally ran into the issue. It was not a change but simply the age of the trust that became the issue. It will simply may not be recognized without a update of it after five years time has elapsed from the time it is dated.

Surprised me!

From a site teaching how to set up a trust.

By federal and state law, a trust can remain open for up to 21 years after the death of anyone living at the time the trust was created. The special needs trust remains in effect throughout the person's lifetime

Hi, you can rely on that if you wish. I just this past two months have been going through it and was greatly surprised, stunned even!

Think burial is a personal matter and thinks God is not dogmatic about it. If the bible don't counsel on it then its up to the individual.

It says you shall return to dust and not to ashes. I find cremation very weird. But people hardly have a choice if they make it so insane expensive. My rabbits, no way I would let them be cremated. I just dug a hole illegal in the park and hid behind the bushes, but when you do that with human remains they might get the idea you're a murderer instead of a cheapskate.

It could have to do with State Law.
