That is just a way of asking you to subscribe and not actually doing it automatically.   I am subscribed to the channel and they have some really good videos.

All I can state is at the end  there was a "button" that stated Subscribe and that it quickly changed to Subscribed on it's own. That is not what I call an "invitation".

There was an "invitation" to support their cathouse operation.

And yes as soon as I saw Istanbul Turkey I should have been way more cautious.

@kwikphilly Spam can be a nuisance sometimes, right? .............

I suppose- as I said I hardly get any and I don't get stupid calls either because I don't give out my phone number plus the scam shield blocks them anyway

There are very often offers to support their operation on YouTube.   It's how they pay for the food and houses for the Cats.  Most preachers on YouTube make arrangements for donations, just like we do in church.

It seems that you don't spend much time watching YouTube videos.

I agree,I've heard about those type of " buttons" -yikes!

It's true though, the Muslims do revere the cat above most other animals- they'd feed and set up houses for cats before they would for a person in need from what I've witnessed in those parts of the world....so basically I believe they target the "Westerners" for $$$$ with these types of things.....I don't lend any support where there is no need

Istanbul has (& always has had) community cat houses, feeding stations etc and everyone pitches in - they are basically community cats

It's like the monkeys in India with the Hindus- they don't need donations either, lol

If that is so; that they are seeking "offerings" of financial support I do think that video violates the WCF TOS for it is a solicitation  of money!

Everything on YouTube has a "Subscribe" option. When the sidebar is open there is a list of all the things you are subscribed to. If you don't want to be subscribed anymore you just delete the subscription.

Interesting, though I have never had that happen before. Do they automatically change to "subscribed!" though???? I just have never seen that on youtube when I watch a church service for example.

Anyway I guess I will say far away from future postings like that. Thanks for looking  it over.
