However, God does give more detail to Danile and other Prophets. 1. Dan. 2. Great Image - overview of the Gentile Rulers of the world. 2. Dan. 7: 7 & 8. Fourth beastly kingdom has 10 horns/powers and one that will come up among them. 3. Dan. 8: 23 - 25 the description of the fierce king who will deceive the nations. Dan. 11: 21 - 45 more description. 4. Dan. 11: 15 The King of the North. This is the region of the Seleucid Dynasty when Alexander`s Empire was divided up. (Iraq, Syria & Jordan) 5. The kjv says that the four angels are bound "in" the great river Euphrates. Either way, they will be spiritual influencers over the kings of the east. Revelation 16:12 And the sixth angel poured out his vial upon the great river Euphrates; and the water thereof was dried up, that the way of the kings of the east might be prepared. The kings of the east will march their massive armies westward and will kill a third of mankind along the way to attack the beast-king. The beast-king is not the king of the north, because he originates from north and west of Israel in Daniel 8:9. Then what you are saying is that the Sunni's (Muslims) are aligning themselves with Rome (RCC) roman catholic church and the rest of the West (Europe) does not align themselves with Rome.
