I don't believe that. There are so many cities with 7 hills. Yesterday I read that Mystery Babylon was London. Makes more sense with that evil Freemason group there that planned covid. But it can also be Istanbul or whatever. There are loads if you look on wiki. One thing is for sure. It's not Zevenbergen.

The descriptions of Babylon: the Mother of Prostitutes, (found in Revelation), and her punishments, are all found in the Prophets of the Old Testament. Even direct quotes concerning details match with specific traits and judgements of Israel. As matter of geography, all her sins and all the nations with whom she committed adultery are contained within the future perimeter of New Jerusalem - 12,000 stadia on each side, Jerusalem as its center.

I only use scripture to reveal prophecy. Many are hesitant to study deeply enough into God's Word to find this. It is much easier for us to see the opinions created by researching current events and trying to define scripture through the lens of the world. I used to... At times, my bookshelf looked like a pastor's library, filled with commentaries, study guides, books, books, books. 

I was a bible teacher, ("mimicker"), for more than thirty years. I have since abandoned everything that is found in commentaries. I've learned to rely solely on Scripture and the Spirit of God for knowledge, wisdom, and insight.

But, that's me... I don't judge anyone for adopting their beliefs from the variety of teachings that exist in this world.

Many believers who study prophecy and last days events are aware Christ linked  “ the abomination of desolation  “ as a key event relating to the timing of a future great tribulation and his glorious return.   It is commonly known that a major  archetype of the antichrist (Antiochus IV Epiphanes) caused an abomination of desolation in Jerusalem around 168 B.C.  

Yet, few Christians are aware of an important context surrounding the time. There are  documents that show how he exposed and forced upon the people of God sexual defilements, eerily similar to much of  what we see happening today.  It is significant as this was the only other time, like now, when such a large-scale sexual agenda was forced upon God's people ( causing many to fall away and compromise their faith.) It is important  to note that the spiritual issues surrounding the abomination of desolation are beyond the stone and mortar temple. 

Jesus used a term that people understood from their knowledge of Daniel's prophecy and of events also recorded in the historic books of the Maccabees. These books (written between the testaments) give a historic record of prophetic events in Daniel. Parts of the Maccabees appear in the Greek Septuagint, and some Christian denominations have considered the works as part of the Bible (including the early Reformers), others considered it as not canonical but useful.14  

Most Christians are probably not aware that under Antiochus’ direction, God’s people were regularly exposed to homosexuality near the temple grounds. This became a major point of conflict which led to a revolt.11 Also, as one early church historian notes, the Jews were forced to celebrate the god Dionysus.12 In modern terms, he was a genderqueer god associated with homosexuality and cross-dressing, a god of transgression. 

In 1 Maccabees, we read, “At that time there appeared in the land of Israel a group of traitorous Jews who had no regard for the Law and who had a bad influence on many of our people,… built a stadium near the Temple hill and led our finest young men to adopt the Greek custom of participating in athletic events” (1 Macc.). 

Importantly, in the ancient world, the gymnasium (where homosexuality was the norm and men wrestled naked) was also notorious for its pederasty. Plato notes, "The lovers of boys came to the gymnasium in crowds."22 There was a sexual defilement and an exposing of it to those faithful amongst Jewish people right in the vicinity of the Lord's temple!  Many Jews were shocked and grieved to see young people drawn away by this new custom and ideology.  Sound familiar?  

 Antiochus gives us a model or a foreshadowing  of the coming "Lawless one" and his agenda. These and other events related to this, represent the 1st  evidence of a coming rainbow antichrist.

So in summary,  under  Emperor Antiochus's Direction , some of the apostate Jews, High priests , build a Stadium where perversion was happening right near the Temple mount. In today's situation,  although the world is forcing the LGBTQ…XYZ  rainbow agenda, it is the apostate Church buckling under to the antichrist spirit that is allowing such things as Drag Queens teaching  children at Sunday school,  What typically used to be called the altar of Christ, at the front many churches is now  draped with the colors of sexual perversion.

By the way,  a few more details  as to the forced “celebration” of the Dionysian parade,(under Antichus’ direction):
 2 Maccabees 6 states it as a regular celebration, v.7 "Each month, the foreigners celebrated the king's birthday. And during the ceremony, they cruelly forced our people to eat the insides of sacrificed animals. Besides this, they made us wear sprigs of ivy in our hair and walk in parades whenever they celebrated a festival to honor the god Dionysus “(2 Macc. 6.7 CEV).   

The text shows they were required to have a symbol upon their heads (an identifying mark) for this antichrist parade.   These “colorful”parades included men dressing as women, lewdness, debauchery, all in “celebration” of a god of lawlessness.  Sound familiar?
As noted One of the earliest church writers on eschatology (last days), Hippolytus, described the forced Dionysian parade as relating to the mark of the beast in Revelation 13.

As many know, enforcement is depicted in the imagery of horns on beasts.

Hi,
Yes the antichrist spirit is about " enforcement" coercion.   Rev 13 " he causes all to receive the mark..." 

First the Jews were supposed to tolerate  the nudity and homosexuality flaunted near the temple. Then they were supposed to “celebrate”  in the sexually lawless parades. Many fell away from the faith and compromised. Such was the work of the coercive antichrist spirit of emperor Antiochus , and this foreshadows the final rainbow Antichrist.  

I hope the church can wake up and see the significance of all these things, before it's too late.
