What is funniest is that some people will believe anything the main stream media has to say about Trump, particularly if it negative and not true.  The main stream media, which is a part of the Democrat machine, has caused the irrational fear and hatred of Trump, most widely among low information voters.  The hatred is a planted thought in which some people hate Trump vehemently, but cannot even express why.  A name was coined calling it Trump Derangement Syndrome which goes hand-in-hand with Mass Formation Psychosis.

I am I suspect one of many that have read his book, found it and him wanting because of the evidence of his business dealings and the trail of financial injury that has befallen so many that have  been hurt in those dealings. Plus I have had to deal with his policies especially regarding trade and the Pacific rim while he was president, what a nightmare that was!

That does not make me a Democrat, fact I was once censored at WCF and had to recant or leave WCF for calling them Demoncrats. I choose to leave. Ancient history now of course.

I think of myself as being so far right that I used or see Rush Limbaugh as being on the far left horizon. A John "Birch Society" and Tea Party advocate, a person that  first voted for Barry Goldwater in 1964.

 I do not see The Donald as being a Republican, nor do I think does he. I can't hardly stomach Democrat  policies either, and so I have gravitated this time to rejecting them altogether. I will not vote between the parties of the duopoly.

Now having made  my mind up I am trying to get past the political rhetoric and back to the joy of worshipping my creator Jesus. I confess it isn't easy what with so many  attaching Jesus to the doings of  The Donald  as though The Donald is our Moses in a replacement promised land.

No, that was talk show host Rush Limbaugh that coined the term.  I think Rush was suggesting that low information voters were voters who didn't have enough knowledge to form any opinion about candidates, and who should probably not vote, but they do vote.  He also coined the term Drive By Media, describing the mess the media makes.  He knew better than to listen to them.

The more right wing a person is, the more Conservative.  I see no sign that you are a Conservative based on your writings here.  You are certainly free to believe as you wish, but you are pushing a fringe Democrat for president, today.  Can you imagine Conservative Rush Limbaugh, to whom you compared yourself, ever doing that?

Trump has to be Republican because the Republican Party literally endorsed him as their candidate for president.  In the two party system, he is definitely a Republican because he sure is not a Democrat.

Yes, there are low information voters.   

Last night one of my Hispanic friends/neighbor said the following about Trump:

"He's going to get rid of Social Security and Medicaid.   He's going to tax the middle class and give the money to the rich."

She has a large network of family and friends so I think they told her that misinformation.

Because some weeks ago she was for Trump's border policy.   Now she can't stand him.... misinformation.

Misinformation works (propaganda).  Hitler found that the most outrageous lies work, if you tell them often.  He has a lot of quotes about big lies.

Why not ask your friend/neighbor why they believe this rumor?  Is it due to research or no research that they believe it?

I don't think I can broach the subject with her again.

I had phoned her to ask something else.   Before ending the call, I asked if she had got the video (Trump talking about Cuba, Venezuela, Russia having food shortages due to price controls).   She wouldn't watch it because it was Trump.  Then she went into her misinformation.

I could barely get a word in!   Managed to say he'd protect Social Security, said he wants to lower gas and that would lower food costs.

Democrats in the media say the same things every election year.  It's scare tactics, and they work against people who either won't look for themselves, or don't know how to look.  If she ever brings it up again, say "Trump was already in office.  Did he do that last time?"  Of course, he didn't because he does not stand for that.

I doubt she'll bring politics up.

About her saying he'd get rid of Medicaid...that's a State program.... nothing to do with Trump!

But I barely got to say what I did to her.   A bad case of TDS.
