Might want to look  around at what others are stating about these kinds of reports.

No, they said, the government is not taking over Chimney Rock; no, there is no discussion about seizing property; no, there are not dead “bodies everywhere” as a result of the storm.

Yes, what are the Democrats saying?  CNN and Snopes and the government itself are you go-to sources for 'truth?'

 Go to any responsible resource, even FOX News; just stop and think a minute, does it make any sense at all?   Go to local real news sources not some drama queen seeking to make useful idiots of us to follow her.

You want to censor free speech, Neighbor.  With free speech, you get to research things on your own.

When tragedy hits we  are not Democrats nor Republicans nor any political party members. Most of us are quite responsible loving neighbors and even if strangers all  jump in tirelessly to help one another.  

Then unfortunately there are a few that will  do anything to get personal attention  in an attempt to get more hits on their little blog  sites; and a few more that will use tragedy to try  to make some oddball political stand as though one group or another brought about the storm. Yes there is one elected nutcase doing just that from the"stupid" party Marjorie Taylor Greene.

What I am complaining about is irresponsible blatherings being posted as News at WCF. There is no news there.  If one wants to post such tripe as opinion or general foolishness that is okay with me.

I am objecting to it being called news when there is no basis for it.  It is a lie an absolute lie, one that is foolish  just on the face of it.  

There was a day when such nonsense would have to pass by an editor of a firm with some responsibility behind what it puts out as news. Today any drama queen  can blather foolishness, and evidently  find those useful soles that will gleefully jump on their band wagon to further spread falsehoods. All without accountability.

So yes I am exercising my free speech  to call it a  lie and to call anyone spreading the lie irresponsible. At the least it is not news. To put it in News on WCF is to degrade the value of the category.

At best it is opinion, and a fool's play.

I think you are both on staff, and setting a very poor example. Your debating each other and not the topic, the same thing you both have reported others for doing. Might I suggest you both stay on topic and if you have personal beef with each other that you work it out between you two in PM and not on the public forum.

You mean, like you could have done taking this matter to a PM to discuss with us, instead of the public forum?
