I don't think it beyond possibility that preppers could be part of a fringe group. And it's also true there are survivors of the nations that fought against Christ that live on, and go up to worship the Lord year after year. And again, I see 'all' as 'to each, or every, as it applies'. It's quite possible there will be some resisting the tyranny of the beast who do not confess the Lord Jesus nor believe he was raised from the dead.

So then even though we don't see it in scripture beyond mere implication, I don't see a prohibition.

I see all that, who is saved and who is not saved, being sorted out at the GWT.

I think up to that point, the GWT, it's not so black and white.

If you believe in predestination it is black and white. God's chosen people are all accounted for. I believe that once the Holy Spirit is removed, and the unsaved world in in obedience to the new world order ( headquarters in Jerusalem) we will be in the time of Jacob's trouble  (the period of Great Tribulation). It will only be 5 months after that when Jesus will come and cleanse this earth with fire, this beginning His eternal kingdom.

Not predestination as you seem to define it. Using a single verse in Romans 8 as evidence for the definition negates a volume of scripture.

Zechariah 14:16 Who Will Be Left Of The Nations?

You will closely note, Zechariah 14:16 & Isaiah 4:3-4 are "Parallel" readings of the same event, as Isaiah gives a clear account of those who are left, those who are found in the book of life, the final judgement has passed, eternity has begun "After" The Day Of The Lord

You will closely note in Isaiah 4:4 below, Jerusalem will be purged by the spirit of (Judgement) & (Burning)

Zechariah 14:12KJV

12 And this shall be the plague wherewith the Lord will smite all the people that have fought against Jerusalem; Their flesh shall consume away while they stand upon their feet, and their eyes shall consume away in their holes, and their tongue shall consume away in their mouth.

Only The Righteous Are Left, The Book Of Life "Was" Opened (Every One That Is Written Among The Living)

Zechariah 14:16KJV

16 And it shall come to pass, that every one that is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall even go up from year to year to worship the King, the Lord of hosts, and to keep the feast of tabernacles.

Isaiah 4:3-4KJV

3 And it shall come to pass, that he that is left in Zion, and he that remaineth in Jerusalem, shall be called holy, even every one that is written among the living in Jerusalem:

4 When the Lord shall have washed away the filth of the daughters of Zion, and shall have purged the blood of Jerusalem from the midst thereof by the spirit of judgment, and by the spirit of burning.

Revelation 21:24-27KJV

24 And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it: and the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honour into it.

25 And the gates of it shall not be shut at all by day: for there shall be no night there.

26 And they shall bring the glory and honour of the nations into it.

27 And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb's book of life.

I will closely note no such thing. The gathering of evidence here seems sketchy as much evidence is left out, the analysis wanting.

I might get back to this later.

It's a fact, Zechariah 14:16 & Isaiah 4:3-4 are the very same event in who is left after the day of the Lord takes place, the book of life has been opened

Last thing I would do is ride into town as a "one verse Charlie"

Predestination is all throughout scripture. The very " seed of Abraham" is a perfect example.

Not saying you would. A incorrect definition, or misunderstanding the concept of predestination, negates a volume of scripture.

Yes. Just not a predestination by lineage, name, ethnicity, race, etc.

"predestined to be conformed to the image of Jesus Christ" is what the scripture says.

The seed of Abraham is the seed of faith in God's promises. Abraham was made the people of God by faith, not birthright. There was no lineage before Abraham. Anyone that's the seed of Abraham is of the seed of faith.

And Jesus is the very essence of faith.

Without faith ( Christ) it is impossible to please God.....Hebrews 11:6

Not even close. How do you get to your conclusion?

Then all the survivors from the nations that came against Jerusalem will go up year after year to worship the King, the LORD of Hosts, and to celebrate the Feast of Tabernacles"

In your take Jerusalem would have to come against Jerusalem. Here it's the NATIONS.

Whoever remains in Zion and whoever is left in Jerusalem will be called holy—all in Jerusalem who are recorded among the living—

Here God is speaking about the ones IN Jerusalem, not the NATIONS that are outside and not a part of Jerusalem.

The idea of parallel here is one of time, but certainly not a parallel event as in two witnesses of the same event, but one of only within the same time frame.

Why do you insist on ignoring the text? The plague here strikes those who made war AGAINST Jerusalem, not the people of Jerusalem.

So you highlight the vast difference between the NATIONS and those that REMAIN IN JERUSALEM, yet you can't see it, comprehend it, take it in to account?

You "Deny" the simple fact that (The Day Of The Lord) takes place In Zechariah Chapter 14, the very same (Day Of The Lord) as seen in 2 Peter 3:10 below "Fire" in final judgment, as the heavens and earth are "Dissolved" by this "Fire" The End, no Mortal Millennial Kingdom on this earth Following

Yes Zechariah 14:1 is showing (The Day Of The Lord) Zechariah 14:12 is a detailed description on how the unsaved wicked are judged by this "Fire" in final judgment, as they're consumed as they stand on their feet

You don't want to acknowledge the Lord's "Fire" at his return, because it destroys your false teaching that a 1,000 year kingdom on this earth follows "False"

Zechariah 14:1 & 12KJV

1 Behold, the day of the Lord cometh, and thy spoil shall be divided in the midst of thee.

12 And this shall be the plague wherewith the Lord will smite all the people that have fought against Jerusalem; Their flesh shall consume away while they stand upon their feet, and their eyes shall consume away in their holes, and their tongue shall consume away in their mouth.

2 Peter 3:10KJV

10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.

Yes Jesus is revealed in "Fire" that will (Destroy Them All), very same "Fire" from God out of heaven seen in Luke 17:29-30, Revelation 20:9, 2 Peter 3:10, and Zechariah 14:12 (Same Exact Event)

Luke 17:29-30KJV

29 But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all.

30 Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed.

Revelation 20:9KJV

9 And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them.

God made the promise to Abraham and his "Seed" and that "Seed" was "Fulfilled" in Jesus Christ 2,000 years ago

Galatians 3:16KJV

16 Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to thy seed, which is Christ.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
