I do because if i say god that means i am talking about diffrent gods. When i capitolize God it means i am talking about the true God. I also wanted to tell you i think you all should capitlize G for God. thanx for replying

If I do not it is most definitely an error on my part.. If I see it I assume it is an error on the part of the person making the post and not on purpose.. unless it is an unbeliever who would not care to capitalize.. And then again.... I have a sister who writes only in lower case .. sigh...she does not capitalize anything at all.. Or she has the caps on and does not use the lower case letters.. for some reason known only to her...she will not mix the cases.. I asked her about it and she said that is the way she likes to type.. end on conversation.... But she is my sis and I love her...

I find it interesting how many Jewish people show their respect for God's name. They will often leave the "o" out of the word God. I suspect this is why the term Adonai often appears in Scripture in place of YWVH. In Hebrew, names are very important and not to be taken lightly. Anyway, I completely understand where you're coming from.

God refers to The Creator of All Things.

If there are any instances where I failed to follow that practice, it was a typographical error. I agree that God deserves respect and his name should begin with a capitol G. In addition it is helpful when reading to determine if we are speaking of Jehovah or one of the many idol gods. I agree with you 100% Roxy121.
