IT seems in todays world that exorcism has become more and mroe popular. I know there are whole churches that revovle around the idea of exorcism. My question is it real? should be done Biblicaly? or what the Bible has to say about it...

If you will, just follow me on this:

If you believe in the afterlife, you acknowledge that we have an existence as a spiritual entity unbound by worldly laws. If this is true, than the countless people who have passed away throughout history also must have another existence unseen to the human eye.

And if so, being as there are so many who arent so peaceful as to follow the light, linger and wallow in the nightmare that this world is when you truly understand WHAT it is. Think of how long these beings, ignored and ill-remembered, wallow and cry unheard unable to understand their spiritual world.

You must then understand, as we hold spirits in us, they know all their is to know of our human machinery. They come and tug at our synapses and everything that is maliable to their etheric hands and scream in our world all their madness and anger. That's what all the fuss is about these so-called demons that are exorcized. THEY'RE NOT DEMONS: THEY'RE PEOPLE-souls of once human beings, just like you and me.

If you studied really hard, you'd see that a real demon, and I mean a REAL deamon, as what it really REALLY is, has no need or desire to possess any human for any reason at all at any time.

"Think about it."

Exorcism is nothing new. Jesus performed them. The catholic church is well known for performing them.

God is a Spirit, we in our eternal nature are spirits, angels are spirits, and demons are nothing more than the angels who chose to follow Satan in rebellion against the authority of God.

24 When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest; and finding none, he saith, I will return unto my house whence I came out.

25 And when he cometh, he findeth it swept and garnished.

26 Then goeth he, and taketh to him seven other spirits more wicked than himself; and they enter in, and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first.

It is more comfortable for a demon to live in a person than not.

All believers found in Spirit and in Truth have the authority to cast out demons.

It is quite real; and they ARE demonic spirits. I have been involved in several exorcisms.

There are many that are not real. We do not exorcise demons.... we cast them out. Most of these people have no idea what they are doing and devils just play with them back. They deceive the "ministers" into thinking something was done, but nothing was. Many people will begin to imagine devils that are not really there either.

However, along side the false is the true. There are a handful of real, called, deliverance ministers. This is not a learned ministry. This is not a ministry God puts very high on his list.... it is a product of preaching the gospel. It is the product of a holy lifestyle of worship and praise and deep conversation with God. It is God who does this through preachers.... no human does it in reality.

It is not a ministry to desire by itself. It cannot be separated as a ministry.... like evangelism.... it is not to be done by just anyone. Those who did it in the bible, not knowing what they were doing were "jumped on" by the devils. There are some devils that will not leave "except by prayer and fasting" on the part of the minister doing it.

Need expert advice?

Now replying to a bit of what was said earlier by others.

Demons are not people who have died. Demons are mythology in reality.... what the bible calls them are devils with Satan being the head devil.

Dead humans are not ghosts either... they are devils playing in houses impersonating people who lived there.

Never do the dead humans contact the living. They are devils in disguise.

Devils do indeed possess people. They also oppress people. It depends on what they were into and exposed themself to and what sins were done by them and their ancestors.

If the Holy SPirit can live in someone, so can devils.

Questions?

Yes, I have one questions. Can a Born Again believer, filled with the Holy Spirit, be possessed?

Yes it is all real, no they are not spirits of people - they are demons: angels that have fallen alolng with Satan.

I have been possessed and was delivered about 3 years now and filled with the Spirit. Many demons have come back for more attacks, some worse than others. The more recent attack was a month or two back when a demon actually tried to get possession again. It wasn't the nicest experience and when it did grasp ahold of me it would start to paralyze parts of my body and limbs so I couldn't move or speak. But internally there was a full-on battle waging with the Holy Spirit fighting against the evil spirit to kick it out. Everytime the HS won the battle the evil one would leave with some violent outburst before coming back round again about 5 or 10 minutes later. This all went on for about an hour or so untill some of my friends that recognised what was happening and knew what to do came along and cast it out completely and the Holy Spirit flooded over me! Hooray!

Demons are real, they come and have a go at you but God will always prevail because He already has the victory! He has put people in place that can stand in the face of danger and evil and be strong and not fall to the fear of demons.

There's a link in my sig to my testimony of anyone is interested in reading about my life previous to my deliverance 3 years ago

I hope that answers some questions.

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Daniel: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 3

      Shalom everyone,

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
