I believe the written Word (the Bible) is God's Word. The Bible - Old Testament and New Testament. It is God's Word. With help, from internet sources, here goes:

2 Timothy 2:

14 But as for you, continue in what you have learned and have become convinced of, because you know those from whom you learned it,

15 and how from infancy you have known the holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus.

16 All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness,

Scripture attests to its own immediate inspiration. II Timothy 3:16 which declares "all scripture" to be "God-breathed" is Scripture itself. Scripture self-attests to itself as being God

So when Paul quotes from Greek Poets, that makes the quoted Greek poetry "Scripture"" The "Word of God"?

Or when the Bible quotes from apocryphal books, that makes the portions of Apocryphal Books "Scripture"? The "Word of God"?

Or when false prophets are quoted, does that make their words "Scripture"? The "Word of God"?
