Why are there vestigial structures such as the appendix, spurs in snakes, remnants of hip bones in whales? Why is it that the skeletal structure of animals are so similar to each other- would a creator not have designed something completely new in each animal, rather than obviously repurposing existing structures? Why in the heck would a whale have such a similar skeletal structure to that of the land mammals, if it was specially created for its role?

Look in Genesis - we were created vegitarian until after the Fall God decreed we could eat meat. The appendix is also something to do with the immune system in our bodies.

Why change the system if you have something that works? God created a skeletal structure that did and does its job then why bother making a completely new one for the next animal when the previous model was perfectly fine, except maybe with a few adjustments to suit?

We are creative beings just like our creative Father, when we design things in this world and find a good way of doing things don't we keep the same system going? All houses are built to a similar system or they would not work, same with cars, machinery etc

Correction AAA. I am currently taking nutrition we still eat cellulose. You eat it in wheat bran, whole grains, green and leafy veggies, fruits..... Cellulose provides the body with fiber you don't eat enough fiber.. You could get constipated, have symptoms of colon cancer and diverticulosis. Now since you've explained earlier that your college going person. I am sure in your diet of highly processed foods your not taking in any cellulose if any at all. We don't absorb the cellulose but it does provide for the bulk of a our stool. So yes we still do eat cellulose....Sorry to get on a soapbox and this comes from my nutrition and diet therapy book.

Prophecy can be found in any book on the planet, if you look hard enough. You just have to interpret it "correctly".

Example? (also Biblical prophecy is pretty plain to understand, different interpretations only are needed for those which have not occured or with those that people think are revealed in Revaltions/Daniel/Oliviet Discourse that occured before 70AD~the point is they still happened in their eyes, (rapture, second coming, anitchrist)

I've heard that some Christians use word ciphers to find predictions in the Bible. I was alluding to using the same tool to prophesize about the JFK assassination using Moby Dick, which has been done.

Anyways, I'm not going to look up true prophecies in other fiction books, but here's some false ones from the Bible.

Those who do as God says will never be infertile (neither will their cows!) and will never get sick. 7:14-15 Deuteronomy

Seems to me that there are barren Christians.

God says that the Israelites will destroy all of the peoples they encounter. But according to Joshua ( 15:63, 16:10, 17:12-13) and Judges (1:21, 27-36, 3:1-5) there were some people they just couldn't kill. 7:24 Deuteronomy

Well, Rome handily drove the Israelis out of Israel, and the only reason the Arabs aren't doing the same is because of copious amounts of U.S. arms assistance.

These verses falsely predict that Babylon will never again be inhabited. 13:19-20 Isaiah

Iraq sits on Babylon, I do believe.

This verse predicts that there shall be five cities in Egypt that speak the Canaanite language. But that language was never spoken in Egypt, and it is extinct now. 19:18 Isaiah

# Ezekiel prophesies that Israel will reside in their homeland safely and securely, never again to fight neighboring nations. 28:24-26 Ezekiel

# Ezekiel makes another false prophecy: that Egypt would be uninhabited by humans or animals for forty years after being destroyed by Nebuchadrezzar. But there was never a time when Egypt was uninhabited. Humans and animals have lived there continuously since Ezekiel's prophecy. 29:10-13 Ezekiel

These verses predict that the Egyptians will worship the Lord (Yahweh) with sacrifices and offerings. But Judaism has never been an important religion in Egypt. 19:18-21 Isaiah

"Henceforth there shall no more come into thee [Jerusalem] the uncircumcised and the unclean." But many uncircumcised people have visited and occupied Jerusalem after this prophecy was made. 52:1 Isaiah

Nations that do not serve Israel will perish. 60:12 Isaiah

Jeremiah prophesies that all nations of the earth will embrace Judaism. This has not happened. 3:17 Jeremiah

Honestly though I doubt you would take the time to read each page and consider the arguments for God. Being slanted and hard in heart towards our Father, I guess you'll give my response about as much time as I gave yours.

You keep making absolute statements based off the trends of science today, but anyone will tell you science changes like the weather, new things are found out all the time, now granted i'm being vague but the point is you or the scientific community do not know everything. Am I right?

You assume to know that by not having "proof" scientifically that God exist because there's no tablet with his picture autographed, or a floating kingdom next to the moon for you to look at with a telescope, "well then there God just doesn't exist", but He tells in His Word that by just looking at Creation you can not deny Him.

You mean like DaVinci Code style thing? That's just a load of old crock. When God prophecies He speaks it plainly in words, not hidden things within the text of other things/books.

And I wonder also, do you Atheist's go to other religious websites (that aren't Christian based I mean) and fight against them trying to disprove their gods, belief's and their bible?
