Satan is a fallen angel. 1/3 of the angels fell away from grace with him. Therefore the odds look to our favor 2 to 1. But since I have the angels working overtime, its up to you to follow God's will in your lives and keep the faith. Just kidding.

We find in Revelation that Satan is cast into the Lake of Fire. He is not there yet, nor his minions. They are real, and doing whatever they can to get our focus off of God. Until they are sent to the Lake of Fire, they are our everyday enemies. So brothers and sisters, stay vigilent and close to God.
