She dreamt that she was staying in a holiday cottage with members of the fellowship. There was a common knowledge that every night at 3 a.m. they would suffer a horrific demonic attack. In her dream my daughter sweated in prayer, coming against these attacks in the name of Jesus. And the demons would leave. However, the members of the fellowship (largely led by women because the men appeared to be hovering on the sidelines, just tagging along) would see that the time was nearing 3 a.m. and rise from their beds in panic and say: "Quick, quick, the demons are coming. He have to get down to the River of God" Then they'd rush to this "river" (with my daughter tagging along at a distance) which turned out to be a deep and narrow man-made canal, with high muddy banks. Once there, they'd all jump onto a speed boat and make off down the canal through a barren landscape. But on the way, they'd come across muddy barrages that blocked their way and would have to jump out of the boat and with their bare hands dig away at these barrages, getting filthy in the process. When they returned to the house, it was as though they were drunk, although no alcohol had been consumed. My daughter recalls that in her dream she was so frustrated with their antics because they danced around and shouted and acted drunk, especially the men, and she could get no rest. Night after night the same process was repeated. And my daughter could not understand why they didn't just pray, as she did, to stop these attacks, and why they had to rush to this river/canal.

That dream is the truth about the power of prayer under spiritual warfare and the power fear is given when faith and prayer are absent. It is a redundant cycle, demons are relentless and spiritual warfare will be increased, as in her dream, the closer we get to the end times, as predicted in the Bible.

I feel strongly I should add:

Gal 6:1 Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted.

Gal 6:2 Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ.

Amen!

Thank you for your confirmation, None. That is how I understood the dream, too. The speed-boat and man-made canal spoke very much to me of man-devised techniques. There are no man-devised techniques that we can use against principalities and powers, only prayer and the authority we have in Jesus.

Ok, I still have yet to see where Benny Hinn himself said that he uses hypnosis...and are you saying that being "slain in the spirit" is wrong??? because if so, go and read your bible some more because people fell under the power of God all the time...

"Slain in the Spirit" is not wrong, FAKING slain in the Spirit is wrong, particulary those causing people to think that's what's going on by using hypnosis techniques.

Stage hypnotists, like successful trial lawyers, have long known their most important task is to carefully pick their subjects-for the stage as for a jury-if they expect to win. Compliance is highly desirable, and to determine this ahead of time, the stage magician will usually give several test suggestions to those who volunteer to come up on the stage. Typically, he may ask the volunteers to clasp their hands together tightly and then suggest that the hands are stuck together so that they can't pull them apart. The stage hypnotist selects the candidates who go along with the suggestion and cannot get their hands apart until he tells them, "Now, it's okay to relax and separate them." If he has too many candidates from the first test, he may then give them a second test by suggesting they cannot open their mouths, move a limb, or open their eyes after closing them. Those volunteers who fail one or more of the tests are sent back to their seats, and those who pass all the tests are kept for the demonstration. Needless to say, not only are they compliant, cooperative, and suggestible, but most have already made up their minds in volunteering to help out and do exactly as they are told.

To the OP.

Congregations set doctrine, not pastors. Pastors serve the congregation and the doctrine that congregation holds. It should not change, there would be no reason to change doctrine style or anything else, the Word has not changed ,why would we see our doctrines being tossed to and fro after some sort of "conference", regardless of who is running the conference.

Anytime a pastor comes up with some new direction, new doctrine based on what he believes, this is a major red flag. Pastors should never have that much freedom, they serve you, they serve the doctrine you have already established and that doctrine should not change over the decades. I would hope the elders of your congregation meet to discuss if this pastor needs correction or not, or should even continue in his office.

I would not let my children around him until this is sorted out.

Well, I will not accept this about the hypnosis teqniques unless I hear it straight from Benny Hinn's mouth...I am not saying you are wrong or right. I just like facts and not mere heresay....

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
