The impossible was explained to me via 1John 4:2 a year or so later. A part of a verse in 1 John that I cannot point out, because the total ramifications are unbearable but touches on your question. A 1John 4:3 spirit threatened me 5 years or so ago and I have been under 24/7 demonic attack since then. Vile and unbearable but must be borne. He keeps "me" going.I also have received supernatural punishment more than once for disobedience. The Holy Spirit is The Teacher. I am a pupil of The/our/my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, The Son of The only True God The Father.

Thought I was a believer, but learned what belief really meant--consider carefully all of Hebrews 5. Heart of Gospel to me:Christ Jesus and Him Crucified for the sins of the world/kosmos/Universe. After dying multiple billions of times on the Cross and taking the wrath of God The Father for every sin of every sinnable creature past-present-future[time till End of This Age], He descended into Hell. "My God, My God, why hast thou forsaken me?".

Eph 3:19 And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God.

Hbr 12:2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of [our] faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.

2 things: One, His one-time dying was ONCE - for ALL. I assume the multiple billions of times you mention is from some strange Roman Catholic understanding, but not from the Scripture:

1Peter 3:18 For Christ also suffered once for sins, the righteous for the unrighteous, that he might bring us to God...

Two, Satan is not ALLOWED to attack Born Again believers 24/7. If this is your experience, I highly recommend the book Bondage Breakers by Neil T. Anderson. And I leave you with this glorious thought: "It was for freedom Christ has set us free; therefore do not be subject again to the yoke of bondage" Galatians 5:1

I hope that "all may learn, all may be comforted, and THE Jesus Christ's Church may be edified" by all this. 1Corinthians 14 part of my reason.

Maybe I should not have put my view[based on my understanding as a pupil from the Scriptures and...] as that Jesus Christ died multiple billions of times on The Cross. To me, the absolute Holiness of this should probably have resulted in absolute silence from me. Thought/think about deleting that part of my post-to me, world needs no more lies and confusion about The Word of God. Drowning in it. PLease use Galatians 6:1-2 on me and each other.

False accusers/slanderers abound. Wolves coming in and not sparing the flock, those within causing division. Roman Catholicism of course is headed by the antichrist, Luther was a Jew hater, Protestants have every single believer "spirit-filled" and interpreting The Word of God for themselves and Jesus' Church is split into n pieces... How if you don't interpret certain Scriptures certain ways you are not rightly dividing the word of truth. How we should be in the whole armour of God-Ephesians 6:10-18- against the enemies defined and NOT use the sword of The Spirit=Word of God against each other, our brothers and sisters in Christ. Stop jabbing one another! "Love one another as I have loved you". Jesus.

As to what the enemies {Satan, devil, Beliar, Beelzebub, Lucifer, principalities,powers,kosmokrators, spiritual wickedness in high places, demons,unclean spirits...} are allowed to do/what they do versus what various teaching and selected Scriptures say they can and cannot do:.

From my first post, Satan {according to Andrea Yates' testimony} kept at her and argued her into drowning her 5 children. ndrea and her husband Rusty [they are now divorced] were both fundamentalist Christians. I found Satan's argument logical {e.g. Andrea suffered for years, Satan kept telling her she was a bad mother and her children would go to hell if she raised them and only solution was to kill them}-of course, John 8:44 "devil ...murderer...liar and the father of it."

From a partial summary from The Word of God:

Consider how Satan was able to influence King David to do a census resulting in God's punishment to Israel,how the Lord of Hosts sent a lying spirit, how God sent an evil spirit to trouble King Saul,book of Job, Zechariah 3, how the apostle Paul had the power to turn people over to Satan, how Paul was given a 'thorn in the flesh'[messenger of Satan],...

Consider the various reports from multiple sources re people "hearing voices" and murdering, exorcisms that fail, and how this all Ends. Eternal torment.

How, for example, Seung Hui Cho's mother {he was shooter at Virginia Tech college} went to churches seeking deliverance for him and got no help. None. How some condemn believers who don't "receive" for lack of faith or something.

How just Revelation 13 and Daniel 7 state "given unto him to make war with the saints and overcome them/wear out the saints of the most high."

Before this study people told me I was way too fundamental, too much Holy Bible. When the Supernatural started was like a freight train coming right at me. The devil hurt me in ways that is past describing/sharing.

In 1 John 4

God is not commanding us to test to see if it is him..Knowing him is easy to those that are his, for his sheep shall know his voice. It tells us to try the spirits to see whether they are of God.......

1: Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.

2: Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God:

3: And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.

4: Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.

5: They are of the world: therefore speak they of the world, and the world heareth them.

We are all spirits, me, you, Joe down the road, the pastor at the church, the gal at the store, satan, demonic spirits......

We are to try or test every spirit, if they do not claim that Jesus come in the flesh they are not of God. If they do not have the truth of the Word they are not of God. We test them by the Word. Whether we meet them in the flesh or hear them in our head, if it does not line up with the Word of God, they are not of God and are false prophets or demons. Even Satan knows the Word of God and changed one word to deceive Eve

We will also know them by their fruits(those that are and are not of God) as stated in....

Matthew 7:15-20

15: Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.

16: Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?

17: Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.

18: A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.

19: Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.

20: Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.

By their fruits, or the works that they do, you shall know if they are of God. I have been a part of casting out devils, even from my own sister.

I am blessed by the relationship that I have with Christ, He does talk to his children. If I can help in any way, I am here.

They actually believed in going 100% by The Word of God as The Holy Ghost teacheth! Praise The Lord Jesus Christ! Hagin claimed that "Teach My people faith" was his God-given ministry {if you know all this, please excuse me-my spirit is excited right now!}. As The Scriptures teach, Jesus was very rarely pleased by anyones' faith, including His disciples'.
