I found this article enlightening in an aspect of Rabbis deleting it from their readings.

Yeah, it's hard to get around that passage but some still do...

They teach that "Israel" is the suffering servant. I'm very pro-Israel but I have yet to meet a jew who "opened not his mouth"

Even something so obvious as Isaiah 53 is still only for those who have eyes to see and ears to hear...

This simply boggles my mind. I had no idea they were not openly familiar with the passage.

Yes, every week they read a portion of the Torah and a portion from the prophets. Eventually in one year they will have read every chapter from the prophets except for two: Isaiah 53, and Daniel 9. Those two passages are the most devestating to their theology. Daniel 9 especially proves that Jesus is the Messiah.

PS: Has Efraim Goldstein produced a similar letter covering the significance of Daniel 9? I would love to have something like that directed especially to a Jewish person.
