Simply based upon your title, wisdom usually does come with age, but that's because older people have more and varied experiences. There are many young people who have had many more experiences of lifes ups and downs than I have had and therefore have gained wisdom. That of man, which is what is being spoken of here, and that of God, which is received through His word and is one of the Gifts of the Holy Spirit, the word of wisdom.
