I have been very grieved in my Spirit as well as in my soul about something I had seen on T.V.

There are labelings of childre who appear to have extra perceptions.

They are called crystal and indigo children by psychologists, new agers, and neuropsychologists.

I looked these names on the internet which creates a deception within it self.

When a child is coming forth with seeing angels, having wisdom which I believe is coming from a Godly source...and being expressed they are being labeled as such above. Most of the parents who are not aware of Godly gifts are protraying this as extra perception and going to the new age with their kids.

In return these kids, starting from a very young age are being taught ungodly practices and their gifts are being snatched out from under us by eastern philosophies and other idolatric practices.

I have been crying about this for two weeks now. Yet I see no other aternatives giving to these parents in a christian way. This is how I started as a child hateing God and going the opposite way believeing the gifts were not coming from God.

As we pray for our children to dream dreams and have visions they arebeing stolen as they are born.

Also on these websites there is no angel talk...but When kids according to the show I watched, see angels and report it they are diverted away or angel worship ensues.

I do not know how to start a web page at all and want to put something within this scope so when someone searches crystal or indigo children my page will pop up also.

May not be profitable but at least others will see and maybe one set of parents will take a trip to a church....

I am a staunce believer in not only complaining but tryin to make a change as well.

What do you guys think? patricia1

Alot of cultures relate to and do experience supernatural phenomena. Science comes in in the hope of proving or disproving beliefs and following up a hypothesis in order to establish validity. The fact that children, the sick, the elderly and even the poor have, for centuries, reported supernatural occurrences does have science baffled.

However, I personally disagree with labelling because with it puts ppl in a box.

God wants us to know that there are angels and that they do his will, but he doesn't want us worshipping them or taking our eyes off him. Even the angels would be upset about being worshipped.

I will pray and ask the Lord to guide you in your decision :24:

(i'm new to this website and don't really understand how to post new topics.. i would appreciate my query advice/help and/or prayers.. please bare with me it's difficult to explain)

Most of my family is christian.. i always have called myself a christian but only recently have i started to further understand and learn about God and the love I have to offer.. my sister who is 21 now has always been a close friend not just a sister of mine.. but about 4 months ago she started going to a Baptist Church and changed her whole personality and way she treats not just me but my family.. I'm not quite sure for the reasonings as to why but my guess may be perhaps because she was new to learning more about god and commiting herself to being a christian she was succeptable to other spirits.. i have heard of this before..

usually when you have a newfound love for God and change occurs it usually is fine you i mean you become a more compassionate person, loving and self-less.. my sister has had quite the opposite change which is what hurts me and my family.

She fell in love with the minister's son (which is fine i am happy shes in love) two months later they were engaged.. i didn't even know his last name then.. although this was very hard for me.. my sister not sharing her thoughts with me.. it has gotten worse.. they are getting married in march (yes, this year)

she doesn't spend anytime with my family anymore.. only his family and she believes once they are married they are "one" so i cannot have a friendship with just her anymore. She even told my dad who is a non christian that he cannot love her.. which has hurt my dad more than anything in the world.. he loves her unconditionally.. she invited my grandfather (who left my mother when she was little had an affair with his secretary while he was married to my mums mother and moved to africa ((we live in australia)) without a word spoken.. he now 30 years later hadn't put any effort into contacting any of his former family) to the wedding as well without talking to my mother first... let alone my mothers brother who hasn't spoken to him in over 30 years.. when my mother found out he was invited i had never seen her so upset in my life.. ever i was really worried for her health.. and my sister sat there staring at her stone cold later saying to my dad she "freaked her out" and she has the right to invite her grandfather because they're related.. which is true technically but the fact she didnt even ask my mother is disturbing.. I then asked her if we could have a friendship once she was married and she said her and phil could.. they are one.. I couldnt help but start crying knowing i couldnt have a friendship with her indiviudally and she stared at me..

and i asked why she wasn't reacting to any of this and she said "God has given me strength angels are with me right now".. what does that mean? why would god give her strenth to not give me a hug or just sympathise?

I just want to know if this is right? Are Baptists supposed to act this way? i'm very confused as to how to deal with the situation but more importantly I want to know if this is right, how she is acting? What should i be doing, am i doing the right thing?

:)

advice, help and/or prayers will help me out greatly and I would really appreciate it.. to understand from another point of view especially a christian perpective

I read in a book written by a former spiritist who is now a priest that there are evil spirits trying to imitate angels around. Within the same session the evil spirits pose as good and bad spirits and quote scripture as well. Their intention is to confuse people. Therefore discernment I believe is necessary. These spritists are very powerful and even perform miracles. They intervene and heal people in even foreign countries. Thought I will just pass this on to you.

Assuming if this is correct... do they know they are intending confusing people and are they aware of this?

thank you for replying to my post.

yes of course i will always love her and as my dad says the door is always open and we are supporting her with the wedding..

i suppose i cannot change her hostile behavious towards us though... she doesn't want to spend any of her time with us..

it is like we are second class citizens..

so i'll just be patient? there is no action or anything i can say to improve the situation?

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
