My strength evaporated like water in the summer heat. Interlude 5 Finally, I confessed all my sins to you and stopped trying to hide my guilt. Romans 8:5 (the last part) "... but those that live in accordance with the Spirit have their minds set on what the Spirit desires." And this one is probably even better: 8:18 "I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us." Alot of times we think we can do nothing without god, but the verse that I just wrote is more of a way we can say, yes we can, because god is my strength. he is everything that we need. The sriptures in Timothy is certainly a good one to keep one excited and encouraged in the work of the Lord and it'encoragement from above and not down here below. There have been so many good scriptures that have been used so I will through in mine as well. John 14:1-4--"Let not your heart be troubled ye believe in God believe also in me. In my Father's house are many mansions if it were not so I would have told you I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you I will come again: and recieve you unto myself that where I am there ye may be also. And: whither I go ye know, and the way ye know. I just couldn't take one verse out of this passage (sorry) as they all fit together but it is a passage that has given so much to me like comfort, hope, encouragment, and joy for my journey.
