Mans ego always gets in the way when the simplicity of The Gospel is presented to him. He has a hard time accepting the fact that God has made it possible for all who will to know His truth, and that it is not written for the intellectual mind. That is an isult to their ego.

How has God made it possible for all to know the truth? Through the Qu'ran, Book of Mormon, Baghvat-Gita, Bible?

I would say that to find the truth, one would have to question. Trying to find out how the universe works, is trying to see how God works(if he existed). And if you don't question your beliefs, how do you know you won't be deluded just how you think the non-believers and others from different religions are deluded?

And as for myself, I don't think anyone knows the truth, if God exists or does not exist, or which religion God favors, all of it is just assumptions. This is my I rather stay agnostic, this is just my honest answer on the topic of God's existance.

He has given me three miracle healings in my phsicall body, an overhaul of my mind, which is still going on, and He has shown me paradise, and hell, and when He sent me back from paradise to finish the work that He has for me here He said I will see you later. So you see there are no words of man regardless of who they are or how they try to convince me that God is not real that will succeed. I don't have to fear anything, this has been proven by the fact that some one stuck a cocked 45 in my face and told me that if I said the name Jesus once more I was a gonner, to wich I replied go ahead and do me a favor I know where I'm going and can't wait to get back there. And then I said and if I linger after the shot every part of my body will cry out to you I love, and hope you will choose to follow me to where I'm going. Well he pulled the trigger and needless to say it didn't do anything, so he physically escorted me to the door and very sternly told me never to come back. So you see I do know that Jesus is exactly who He says He is, and will do what He says He will do. And if you really want to know He will let you know in a way that will be for you only.

I am sorry for the things that you had to go through, but I guess muslim, jw, mormons and other non-christian religions would have stories that relate.

2bba - good question, the discussion rather veered towards me when, rather than answering my points, StrServant decided to have a go at my motives and myself.

However, they constrain themselves to a faulty paradigm.

I think the faulty paradign on humans is that they think there has to be a reason for everything to be here, when in reality, there doesn't have to be one.
