Spirits?

if you see them, what are they doing?

if you hear them, what are they saying?

what emotion do you feel when you see or hear them? comfort? fear? uneasiness?

have they identified themselves?

have you asked for their names?

I wonder for I have had friends and family that have seen into the spirit world, the spirit world is not separated from the physical world by anything other then sight.

a demon can dwell in a place and never bother any one..... that is until there is reason to. as a person draws closer to God through Christ, the demon gets aggitated, if there is no growth, the demon can almost be dormant.

one young lady friend of mine was physically lifted off the floor and thrown down the stairs, when she hit the bottom of the stairs, her mother was trying to get up out of the chair she was in and was unable to, and she watched her daughter get picked back up and thrown across the room. the mother and daughter were the only two in the house..... they were resisting the daughters biological fathers dealings with the occult, witchcraft, where he was a high priest.

there are cases where the angelic beings, those that are of God will manifest themselves before mankind, they will either come in ones or twos, for messages and escorts, other times they might show up is in a group for battle. i can give examples of each, but then the Bible also gives examples.

I have seen the results of these beings, both those of satan and those of God.

one young man i know use to follow God, and through his pride fell for the bait of satan, and is now in the mormon church. this young man is so deceived he has turned his back on his family, claiming they are all against him. on the contrary, his entire family is praying for him.... including his brother that can not stand to be around him for his attitude. his father has not heard from him in over 7 months, and has not seen him for almost a year and half.

the spirit world is not a place to be playing games, it is a very dangerous mission to undertake..... it is one that one must be full, completely full of the Holy Spirit going into warfare, if they are not, they can be asking for a good whooppin'.....

to handle some like these one must spend time in prayer and fasting...... seeking strength through the Lord.

Peter and John, when they were walking into the Gates called Beautiful, they met a man asking for money..... when they responded, they did not spend time seeking the Lord, or trying to get filled in the Spirit, they did not fall on their face and beg and plead that the man be healed, nor did they make a big scene, they simply were walking in the Spirit, continuously walking in the Spirit, full of the Spirit and when they spoke the man stood up and was healed.....

this also is the same with dealing with the spirits, one must be prepared ahead of time, cause there is no time to try and figure out how to clear a jammed rifle in the heat of battle, the time to figure that out is in training, not in battle..... we must be in constant training so that when the time comes we are ready.......

have you ever seen a marithon runner that has not trained? no, they work and work and work and work for years to get to the point of being able to run a marithon, even a runner that has been working at it for a year and bringing his time down to a very quick pace may not even be ready for a marithon. The first time I ran the 26 miles, i had been running distance for several years, enduring cramps, enduring fumes from traffic. the first year I was only able to get my distance up to about 5or 6 miles with out stopping, during this time I also got my mile down to about 5 1/2 minutes. not fast enough, so I alternated speed work and distance work for the next year. when I finished High School, I was able to run 5 miles in about 21minutes 15.something seconds. it was just before I left for boot camp in the Navy, that I actually was able to run the 26 miles, my training was 10 miles every day and some days two sessions. it took me 6 years to accomplish this. my time? almost three hours, no olympic record by no means...... a friend of mine ran a race that included Frank Shorter, my friend finally broke out of the pack and never saw a person in front of him, until he finished, the person that beat him was Frank Shorter. I had run with this friend many times, and he was quick, had 6 inches on me for height, his legs didnt have to move as many times to cover the same distance I covered.

could i have done this in one year? no, i really do not believe so.....

can a person go out and cast out demons with out having spent time with the Lord? maybe, but i really do not believe so, not unless the Lord has ordained them to do just that, for even those he sent out in two's they came back and were astounded by the deeds that were worked through them, and then, there were some that could not do it, they got their tails kicked. and Christ told them how it is to be done......

Even Christ Fasted and Prayed..... even Christ spend time alone with the Father, we do not know how much time, but we do know He spent at least one time of 40 days, and there were other times He slipped away to spend time alone...... ALONE.... with GOD.

prepare yourselves before entering battle. ensure all the weapons are clean, and in good repair and ready for combat.

we must remember there is only ONE OFFENSIVE WEAPON, that is the WORD OF GOD, THESWORD.... every thing else is for defense.
