Why does any so called Christian want to give a open door to Satan?

Is that an open door, or am I just seeing things?

I'm just trying to figure out...what they will say when they stand in front of the throne of God, the author of life, Jesus Christ. This isn't a post for Children of satan...this is a post for people who say they believe in Jesus Christ. Have we really come so far where there is no shame or guilt? Is it a just a big game of were under grace and lets see how defiled we can become?

I know people at work that go to church and don't see nothing wrong with abortion or any liberal ideas. One lady who's husband is some pastor says that the book of revelation has already happened and told kids not to concern themselves with it.

They believe grace is a license for immorality when the bible tells us to hate sin. To fear God is to hate sin. As far as I can tell the enemy is setting in pews across the United States of America.

I don't think it's up to us to try and figure out what they'll say. If it is as you say it is, they will be without excuse.

Christ said "Let them alone, if the blind lead the blind, they will both fall into the ditch".

I think I have a pretty good grasp of what the truth is. No one had to tell me what was right and what was wrong. I took it upon myself to go out and search the Word, no one forced me to do that.

People will act according to the desires of their hearts. On the day we stand before the Lord, we will be held accountable for those desires, whether they be good or bad. It's not up to us to try and figure out what those desires are.

The Lord will call who He calls and who He chooses is up to Him, not us. The truth is out there. If someone wishes to search for it, that's a good thing, and if they don't, I'm not gonna worry about it. What I'm gonna worry about is myself and how the world sees me. When they see me, are they going to see someone who is angry and hateful and professes God, or are they going to see someone who is living the Word?

We should harbor no ill will toward one another, no matter what. There are gonna be hardships, but we cannot let them get to us. Because when we do, the devil has won.

Be strong in grace.

2 Timothy 2

1 You therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus.

2 And the things that you have heard from me among many witnesses, commit these to faithful men who will be able to teach others also.

3 You therefore must endure hardship as a good soldier of Jesus Christ.

4 No one engaged in warfare entangles himself with the affairs of this life, that he may please him who enlisted him as a soldier.

5 And also if anyone competes in athletics, he is not crowned unless he competes according to the rules.

6 The hardworking farmer must be first to partake of the crops.

7 Consider what I say, and may the Lord give you understanding in all things.

:)

Steal, Kill, and Destroy, Doesn't this describe Abortion?

Yes, it does, in every way. Satan's way is to steal, kill and destroy and he has been extremely successful in influencing people who are lost spiritually to buy into his lie, and further sear their souls, driving them further from God.

I think I have a different perspective here. I once considered myself a Christian (debatable, depending on if you're into the once-saved-always-saved debate) and considered myself "pro-choice." It took years of growth and a child to find out how wrong I was. This would really be a debate about whether a person is saved or not if they're sinful and clueless about it.

I remember years ago when there wasn't nearly as much known about the unborn at earlier stages of development. I think that as more is discovered about the earliest stages, the anti-life crowd will be forced to admit they're wrong.

You have a point. However, I believe that throughout all the ages of man, before modern times, the dire lack of knowledge of reproduction and fetal life and development coincided with what I consider to be an innate belief that doing away with the unborn would be an damnable abomination.

The further away society gets from God, and the more self-lauding we become, the less abominable these sins become.

Abortion is a heart issue. Unless the heart is changed, the outward actions and attitudes will not change.

Pray for change, the only kind of change that comes with Christ. :)

Women identifying themselves as Protestants obtain 37.4% of all abortions in the U.S.;

Catholic women account for 31.3%,

    • You are coming up higher in this season – above the assignments of character assassination and verbal arrows sent to manage you, contain you, and derail your purpose. Where you have had your dreams and sleep robbed, as well as your peace and clarity robbed – leaving you feeling foggy, confused, and heavy – God is, right now, bringing freedom back -- now you will clearly see the smoke and mirrors that were set to distract you and you will disengage.

Right now God is declaring a "no access zone" around you, and your enemies will no longer have any entry point into your life. Oil is being poured over you to restore the years that the locust ate and give you back your passion. This is where you will feel a fresh roar begin to erupt from your inner being, and a call to leave the trenches behind and begin your odyssey in your Christ calling moving you to bear fruit that remains as you minister to and disciple others into their Christ identity.

This is where you leave the trenches and scale the mountain to fight from a different place, from victory, from peace, and from rest. Now watch as God leads you up higher above all the noise, above all the chaos, and shows you where you have been seated all along with Him in heavenly places where you are UNTOUCHABLE. This is where you leave the soul fight, and the mind battle, and learn to fight differently.

You will know how to live like an eagle and lead others to the same place of safety and protection that God led you to, which broke you out of the silent prison you were in. Put your war boots on and get ready to fight back! Refuse to lay down -- get out of bed and rebuke what is coming at you. Remember where you are seated and live from that place.

Acts 1:8 - “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses … to the end of the earth.”

    • George Whitten, the visionary behind Worthy Ministries and Worthy News, explores the timing of the Simchat Torah War in Israel. Is this a water-breaking moment? Does the timing of the conflict on October 7 with Hamas signify something more significant on the horizon?

    • Understanding the Enemy!

I thought I write about the flip side of a topic, and how to recognize the attempts of the enemy to destroy lives and how you can walk in His victory!

For the Apostle Paul taught us not to be ignorant of enemy's tactics and strategies.

2 Corinthians 2:112  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

So often, we can learn lessons by learning and playing "devil's" advocate.  When we read this passage,

Mar 3:26  And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
Mar 3:27  No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strongman; and then he will spoil his house.

Here we learn a lesson that in order to plunder one's house you must first BIND up the strongman.  While we realize in this particular passage this is referring to God binding up the strongman (Satan) and this is how Satan's house is plundered.  But if you carefully analyze the enemy -- you realize that he uses the same tactics on us!  Your house cannot be plundered -- unless you are first bound.   And then Satan can plunder your house!

    • Daniel: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 3

      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this study, I'll be focusing on Daniel and his picture of the resurrection and its connection with Yeshua (Jesus).

    • Abraham and Issac: Pictures of the Resurrection, Part 2
      Shalom everyone,

As we continue this series the next obvious sign of the resurrection in the Old Testament is the sign of Isaac and Abraham.

Gen 22:1  After these things God tested Abraham and said to him, "Abraham!" And he said, "Here I am."
Gen 22:2  He said, "Take your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I shall tell you."

So God "tests" Abraham and as a perfect picture of the coming sacrifice of God's only begotten Son (Yeshua - Jesus) God instructs Issac to go and sacrifice his son, Issac.  Where does he say to offer him?  On Moriah -- the exact location of the Temple Mount.
