Hello Oak, I have enjoyed your post for it was very interesting. However, I think that the reason some don't go to church is for their heart has grown cold. The world don't care about the Lord and it shows everywhere I go. I have seen a lot and I do not think it will change until the Lord comes. I see church as people, not a place where one worships, for we can worship anywhere. I saw a lot of good points from all of you, and I sure did miss coming on here. for I have learn a great deal from you all. Please keep it up. God bless

Like 3d had asked, I would agree,Now how do you know that the Lord is not wanting him to go there to witness to the folks that is not saved? There is too many Christians out there that feel that they are to separate themselves from the sinners meanwhile they forget that they were once sinners themselves and needed a Christian to witness to them. If I was your friend,I would pray in this matter, and wait on the Lord for this is a serious matter to him and hw is being wise to question it all. May God bless him and you Jerry!

I agree with posts and im here to tell you the way you and your sister reacts can either damaged him or help him you both do need to set boundary and the confrontation id seek a professionals advice on that but that's just me i will pray for you all Gbu

I used to think no.however I learn that if we don't,then how are we to show the light? How are they to know of Jesus if we are shunning them when we weren't shunned for us to get saved? if we never had others to witness or see their actions then we would of lost out on Gods giftso yes we can and should we can be in the world yet not be of it

Thanks for posting this for theres so many that can use the info.I was in an abusive relationship on 94 and I was so desparate for love not wanting to be alone I put up with it for a year til I nearly lost everything including my life for I was being choked for not cooking fast enough,I didn't know I wasn't in a good relationship then for I never really had one as in a healthy one I thought I was the bad one thinking maybe if I had done this or that then he wouldn't do this again I had to get a lot of counseling to see it wasn't anything I did he was responsible for his actions he was to control himself he didn't love he wanted to control everything for he couldn't control himself Im glad I got out when I did I so thank God for that
