  1. You know we have AVG too and it works just fine for us...
  2. Its simply a disease of the mind which makes me think, and act differently than I guess, normal people...
  3. Yes I agree it is I've been using it forever.
  4. If this is against religious liberty then I am not promoting it. I believe in religious liberty.
  5. Wow my parents never did this...I am so sorry. Yeah I always thought that I was unique, and therefore special, and having this attitude backfired on people that wanted to bring me down because I didn't think the same way about myself that others did. It instilled in my inner strength and a certain confidence in my air if I recall. If others wanted to insult me, for instance, I would silently make fun of it because I told tell myself, "There is nothing wrong with me; this is their problem, not mine, I am fine just the way that I am." It works like a charm. It makes me feel good about myself and it ticks off the opposing party (that's the amusing part). There are some people though who do not have the strength to think positively about themselves though, and for that I would gladly lend my help to assist them with any need they might have. But thinking positively about one's self and having confidence are learned I guess, because I kept telling myself good things over and over again until I started believing them, making my self-esteem go way up.
  6. Oopps...we Baptists poke fun at Mormons. =o My Pastor has made many jokes about those guys. All in good fun though.
  7. I'm not your child, but thanks for asking. You know why he is saying that, do you? Because this is a religious board...
  8. I'm not your child, but thanks for asking. lol
  9. Where did you get your bible from? I got mine at a store called Treasure House, man those things are expensive.
  10. It means we can all live together as one. Which is a lie. Yeah I think that that is a lie too. I mean, the Muslims spread their religion through war, not peace. We can question their morality then. When our religious figure, Jesus, came on this earth he spread our faith through preaching, not through the sword. The people did hear him though and they wrote Christianity down in books... Islam was spread via muhammed through the sword. He was a barbarian. He conquered people and he forced them to convert to Islam or die. He was a little freakish barbarian in our eyes. I live in America and I don't think that the Koran is sold over here. Every time I've gone to the Religion section in bookstores they have always been selling the Holy Bible, which is the holy book of Christianity, so that is how I became a Christian. They were not selling any other religious material besides the Holy Bible. The Vedas from Buddhism were not there either. I have no idea what country you are from, and I also have no idea if they do sell the Koran over in the middle east because I have never been there in my life... There is a store called Treasure House, where I got my Bible from. It is in my local mall. They were only selling the Holy Bible in their religion section, I did not see and other text from any other religion except Chrisianity. Which leads me to wonder why they don't sell the Vedas or the Koran or something other than Christianity. Is my nation to blame for what goes on sale? Not even I have all the answers to my questions...maybe there is some freakish law I don't know about that says they can't sell you a Koran over here in America, I don't know. I'll have to look into it.
  11. Lol, I used to collect those... I hate pigs (the only thing they are good for is to be eaten), but I used to collect the bumper stickers. My taste in animals runs more towards bigs cats and wolves.
  12. No, but the Muslim terrrorists did pick 9/11 to perform their attack. I'm from America, I've been here my whole life, and I can tell you that my country does NOT see these guys as heros. Quite the opposite, actually. I think its us who first developed the term "terrorist" anyway. I guess if you were us and you were under attack you'd think that your attackers were evil too. I don't know where these guys would be hailed as heros, but it's not here. As far as we were concerned, Bin Laden was the scourge of the middle east. Not to say what Western thought is towards the middle east these days... ...I don't remember how long we searched until someone told us through the news that we had caught and somehow killed Bin Laden... ..a great day in history. Well, form my point of view is was great. Because I'm an American and Americans think this guy was from hell or something like that, not a pretty opinion of one's neighbors if you think about it.
  13. No one in this family thinks highly of muhammed. From our point of view he was nothing more than a barbarian and a scourge who spread war through the middle east, and is therefore seen as a common criminal. He spread Islam by forcing people to convert through war, when he could have done it peacefully. I guess I am questioning the morals of it all. We give him no thanks. Actually, we might as well just go ahead an dis-honor him.
  14. What does this prove? That there was Jewish settlement there a long time ago? I heard the Muslims insist that they were there before the ancient Israelites were, but you know what? My family has never really believed that. We have always believed that the Jews were GOD's chosen people, and that the arabs were from the line of Ishmael (as stated in the Old Testament of the Bible), so you know what? I had a good laugh at that one. If archaeology further proves that the Israelites were there from ancient times, it might topple the Muslism's argument that they were there before the Israelites. But my family has never believed that. We have awlays believed that the Israelites were there first and then later in history Muhammed came and conquerred the land and corrupted it through this barbaric ways of war (the little slime ball), so from ancient times the land rightfully belongs to the Jews, I guess.
  15. Whatever artifacts are there, I want them to be preserved. I know that the Muslims were destroying archaeological evidence, they need to be sued or held accountable or something. Just because the evidence argues with their position and probably proves it wrong is why they are trying to destroy it I'll bet. And that is sad. Because if they were right then they would have no reason to want to destroy evidence. But they are wrong, so they lash out by destroying whatever proof argues against their position. It's sad, and suspicious. They are retaliating against being refuted. I wonder if their mothers ever taught them anything at all... How do we protect these artifacts from potential destruction?
  16. they will flock to the antichrist as if he were Christ, since they have been told over and over that the real Christ comes before the fake one, its just a matter of time that this deception will show its greatest threat to believers, regardless of all the warnings both the prophets and Jesus Himself gave I'm fed up with this mocking of pre-tribbers. I'm not a pre-tribber myself, but pre-tribbers will NOT be deceived. They are not so stupid as to fail to recognise the signs even if they are surprised to find out that the rapture hasn't happened when they thought it would. They know about the two witnesses. They know about the number of the Beast. Those who are deceived will be Atheists, liars, thieves, new-agers and other fools. God does not desert those who believe in him nor does he try to deceive them. Stop mocking pre-tribbers. Your smugness and display of self-superiority is evident that you have little concern for your fellow Christians and are more interested in point-scoring! \ God will take us out of this world in His timing and it doesn't really make a difference when that will be,in His arms we're safe wherever we are in or out this world:) He is mocking pre-tribbers? Oh, then I should probably stop mocking post-tribbers then...sorry we all have someone we've made fun of, and me? guilty as charged. My church does not hold to a post-tribulation belief system. Nor is it A-millenial.
  17. What do you mean when you say homesick? I am in no hurry to die, I want to enjoy life as much as I can while I am alive, although now that I am getting older I can feel myself slowing down a little bit but that is probably because I'm not 15 anymore, lol. But I do remember what it was like to be 15, one of the greatest years of my life. I will always treasure my 15th year, it was like rays of golden sunshine in fields of wheat. I think it is kind of sad you are looking forward to death. Life is precious, life is sweet, life is a gift not to be taken lightly, because once it is gone it is gone forever. I used to have clinical depression, and it was only because of that disease I was so preoccupied with death. Once I started taking my medicine thought that preoccupation went away, thankfully. Is there something wrong with you too? Look, I don't think it's normal or even natural to be looking forward to the termination of your own existence. I think the natural inclination is self-preservation...

    Costco

Just like I own and operate this laptop, it's mine and I bought it with my own money so if someone else confiscated it I could accuse them of theft. If they hacked it I could accuse them of invading my privacy and unlawful break-in.

    Costco

Any business has the right to decide how the want to operate. If you don't like the membership thing, then go elsewhere, because that's how free enterprise works. There's certainly other stores out there so the decision is yours to make. Well at least my parents agree with me; they hate Costco too and are not fans of theirs either so I am not offended by your opposition... ...I wouldn't expect anything less from two conservative republican thinkers who are fans of smaller government. I have often wondered how smaller government might affect shops and stores if they didn't always have big bad uncle sam looming over them.
