repeat and rinse repeat and rinse repeat and rinse please don't bring up the gospel when defending Islam next are you going to say that Islam is the same as Christianity only with a different name? I think this is the first time I have seen you mention the gospel? is that to make your propaganda more believable? you think Islam is just a false religion? the misinformation is coming directly from you
-
and the above seems to be perpetuated by Badjao to the point of indoctrination it's way past tiresome at this point
-
did you miss this? from my post above? where I said I don't care about your carefully selected statistics? you are ill informed, and it seems determined to prove your opinions as facts it is almost funny that you would use as 'proof' for a good citizenship award, nonsense from the playbook of the liars we know muslims to be a non-muslim person is a non-person. period at this point let me go a little farther. I am actually getting kind of disgusted with your constant preaching about how this satanic religion is really no worse than any other what exactly do you stand for? isalm is satanic. no good will ever come from it

nope nope nope I know better

I joined it because I have lived both sides of the coin you are minting listen...no one...I repeat no one...dislikes a saved and satisfied kind of church more than I I could quote scriptures to support ANY view...I know the Bible well enough to do that...HOWEVER I don't think that is the point BALANCE is required and necessary and feelings are not what drives the truth I can guarantee you there is more error in how you group operate than you are aware of and this? from you regarding what I think or how I perceive things? is most definitely error. bigtime. I caution and I will continue to caution until I no longer breathe on this planet about the excess and abuse of spiritual gifts and the fact that people have run amuck with them and I believe in the gifts, as God grants them, through the power of His Spirit. HOWEVER it seems Pauls instructions on the use of those gifts is pretty much ignored because 'we' don't want to cramp the Holy Spirit...IN SPITE OF the FACT that much of what is seen is NOT the HOly Spirit do you hear yourself telling me what it is you say I am doing? that alone is big red flag. you have no clue what I am doing because I have not said what I am doing however you have. YOU have stated how you operate within your group and it seems you tend to think that if someone does not agree with your exhortations and other phenomena, they must be collecting dust in a pew in a church that has not experienced God for the last 100 years

as I already said to you, I'm not going to refute all your statistics anymore that would be because stats can be gathered with prejudicial intent...just the way you are doing even if the sexual assaults were not a consideration, you gloss over the actual aim of Islam which is domination and world conquest you consistently reflect one bad thing against another in an apparent attempt to make it seem like muslims are just misunderstood and please understand, I am not interested in having a one way conversation with you wherein you say everyone but you is wrong and if only we would all just understand that muslims are no worse than your Christian neighbor that nonsense does not fly with people who can actually use their own cognitive operating systems (brains) to reflect on the facts and decide autonomously with no misleading information on whether or not muslims should be allowed to descend on ANY nation they do not already control, set up shop, and operate like they do from the point of their origin(s) and by the way, that would include a history of Islam violence since its inception

I did not say you were NAR..but what you describe sounds like you have developed your own style of winging it why do you state you are vehemently opposed to deviation from scripture when what you describe is a deviation from scripture...oh but you do not think so that is exactly how all the groups you say you are opposed launched themselves I never mentioned a degree from anywhere, but Paul WAS highly educated in spite of some peoples disdain for that sort of thing as though it was a sin..and since he was personally chosen by Jesus...like the 12...and since he wrote about 30% of the NT no worries though...you certainly are not professional...not biblical either though why did you start this op in the first place? it seems you believe you are on a 'higher plain' then the rest of us poor mortals who may attend church or who may disagree with your opinion of thinking you are 'all that'

really? that would make me superficial and deliberately dense...and prone to inflating comments in order to make a point sound familiar? never mind. you are not helping yourself I truly doubt that you know better than anyone who has explained why what you say is not a factual account of what is happening I found an interesting site yesterday since you like posting links so much, here is one for you COMMENTS ON MIGRANT MEN & EUROPEAN WOMEN here's a sample post... you have not offered anything but excuses as to why you think muslim men are really not so bad after all do I think or suppose all muslim rape women or little girls every chance they get? no I do not however you have offered single person arrest links for men going on 'sex tourism' jaunts...single arrests...as though it was multiples of men at one time check out what is happening in Europe...GANG rapes...do you see the difference? not holding my breath here you have some sort of ideology you wish to put forth about the 'good' muslims do you have an idea of what 'world conquest' is? pretty much done with this exchange. you do not seem interested in the facts anyway
-
well, it seems you refuse to actually look at the evidence. yes migrants are absolutely increasing violence...by percentiles with double digits I believe that may have been already expressed and then ignored by yourself similar to the way in which you deflected from the article I posted from MaCleans that is a merry go round type of reply that has already been refuted translation: I can't deal with the facts...can we please have some more statistics handpicked by myself? when you come back, if you do, it will just be more of what you have already posted do you have something new? something that someone elses' post or article did not yet mention?
-
well I supplied details and the analysis of the individual who wrote an article for a well respected magazine and they changed their mind about their stance on the 'harmless' muslim men and said that anyone ignoring what is really going on has their head in the sand you do no justice to the actual events or continuing outrage but deflect with nonsense about comparing a crisis caused by muslim migrants to sex tourism which has been around for hundreds of years...do some research...and try to give the impression that muslims are no worse than anyone else in that effort, you once again negate the factual accounts of muslims creating a colony of rape culture within European cities and the apparent lack of desire to respect the host country that has allowed them in perhaps you do not understand the actual conversation? thousands upon thousands of North American men are not flocking to Asian countries to partake in sex tourism nor are they migrating to other countries and committing atrocities on the populace you do not have any comparison that is equivocal as much as you would like to think so

instead of looking at a 2003 ocktoberfest, let's look at recent events following from an article in MaCleans magazine (Cdn publication) Jan 2016 as I said earlier, people are now reacting to a culture that has never allowed for women to be treated as anything more than less than men...way less Police are now investigating over 500 criminal complaints from that night in Cologne. The majority of those arrested so far are indeed asylum seekers. Other German cities reported similar attacks. Across Europe, more stories emerged. In Sweden, for example, police have been accused of covering up a series of mass sexual assaults committed by gangs of Afghans who groped and molested girls as young as 11 or 12 at a popular music festival. The Cologne attacks immediately shifted the refugee debate in Germany. Previous supporters of an open border policy began to argue that too many had now arrived, more than one million in the last year. German Chancellor Angela Merkel, who has pushed the hardest among European leaders to accept more asylum seekers, quickly found herself in a precarious position. Demands for her resignation increased as public opinion began to turn. And not just in Germany. Across Europe and North America, from the racist right to the feminist left, people are pointing to Cologne and claiming it’s simply too dangerous to accept more asylum seekers from countries like Syria. This is the part of the column where you would normally expect me to argue the odds of being raped by a refugee are somewhat lower than being attacked by rabbits, where I might make some reference to instinctive bias, and then suggest everyone should just calm down. But they’re right. When refugees arrive in Western countries, they bring with them violent and sexist cultural attitudes that contributed in part to the mess they fled. Consider a global survey by the Pew Research Center; when asked if women should have equal rights, only 45 per cent of Egyptian men agreed, compared to 97 per cent of Germans. Similarly, not a single Arab or North African nation makes it into the top 100 counties ranked in the most recent World Economic Forum’s gender-gap report. Those medieval attitudes translate into barbaric actions. Due to reporting variances, tracking sexual assault statistics between countries is extremely difficult, but a large comparative database created by the WomanStats Project ranks Muslim countries among the world’s most dangerous places for women. If you’re surprised that some refugee groups in Europe commit crimes at a higher rate than the general population, you’re either not paying attention or you are lying to yourself. read the entire article here this from someone who did not think these problems existed I think it really is a problem of culture. which goes right back to the culture of muslim countries where a woman is just not worth as much as men and inserting men into a culture where women are not thought of that way in general, is bound to cause problems such as the op of this thread suggests, as well as other posters statistics can be slanted by the questions asked it's not American or Canadian citizens going to muslim countries and raping their women ... en masse or regularly sure there are exceptions, but exceptions are just that. meaning different from how things usually are perceived stating everyone is doing 'it' does not equal North Americans arriving en masse and creating 'cities within cities' wherein even police hesitate to go
-
well if that comforts you, but it does not comfort those raped and gang raped by muslim men and the reality of what European countries now have to deal with just the attitude of the Muslim culture reveals women to be less and easily attained or disposed of believers are free and equal in Christ the Muslim 'religion', Islam, is actually a political ideology with global conquest as it imperative convert or be beheaded. yes. who wouldn't want that choice? and as far as rape supposedly being lower in muslim countries, two things. 1. who says? women are afraid to admit to being raped for fear of being 'worthless' in a country that pretty much dismisses their worth anyway. who wants a 'used virgin'? and 2. muslim men let loose upon unsuspecting European women treat them like they treat their own women. the difference is that outrage is growing as this is not the norm for European societies but sadly and perhaps very telling, is the equally shocking cover up officials have been doing so as not to alarm their populace and possibly North America that they have made a terrible mistake with their open borders policy the regular Joe on the street has had enough now and backlash is occuring more and more IMO, what we have been seeing is the muslim diaspora and an aide to their world conquest goals

that's quite an interpretation of what others, concerned, have said here it seems you also take liberty with how you 'revise' other posts and it also seems the attitude remarked on by some at the beginning of this thread, is not misnamed who do you think you are talking to here? if the attitude displayed in your post above is indicative of the atmosphere in your 'meetings' a person might believe, and be forgiven for believing, that one begins to think more highly of themself than they ought to the Bible indicates freedom in Christ in a body of believers for the gifts of the Spirit to operate but not as an alternative to the word that has already been delivered once and for all there are groups operating pretty much as loosely as what you describe, such as NAR..new apostolic reformation...and they are making inroads into churches who seem to have forgotten that extra-biblical messages are not necessarily from God at all but it seems people continue to consume this hogwash of 'the Bible is ok but it's holding us back' to the detriment of those determined to understand with their minds as well as their spirits, with a good sprinkling of 'we are busy doing things' and much better than you pew sitters who do not have the liberty to do our own thing as the 'spirit' leads seen that, been there, left. chaos

sorry...just wanted to add: it is not true that only Jesus gave 'sermons' as you put it how about Peter on the day of Pentecost when 1000's were saved? or how about Paul preaching in the streets or temple courtyard? many other examples

ummm...since one of the spiritual gifts is teaching, seems it might be good to give that a go? otherwise, it sounds like alot of personal interpretations I'm thinking as far as knowing about making mistakes, the exact same can be said for people giving 'exhortations' funny thing is, what does everyone think an exhortation is? LOL! and how do you edify without truth from the word and how do you know it when you hear it if you are not taught? questions. I have lots.

probably muslims raping little girls and boys are not a problem for some until it hits home I'm aware others rape as well, but anything I have read concerning how muslims view rape, indicates it is part of their 'culture'

How To Bring Back Christian Sexual Morality In Society?
Sevenseas replied to AspiringChristian's topic in General Discussion
well you know it's taking God out of all things societal and replacing Him with, in many ways, Hollywood people are right though. you cannot expect non Christians to act like Christians sadly many who themself Christian do not supply a very convincing life style either I don't think we can blame the devil for the slide of Christians into immoral lifestyles...it's a complicated mess with a simple answer that has been rejected by most -
right it starts with one thought we can let in and grows, literally, from there 'helmet of salvation' and the rest

not trying to insert myself into the middle of your other conversation here, but there are biblical principals that actually do apply in agreement with the op I mean, why do we have the spiritual armor? or why should we be aware of the devil's schemes? I find that the OT battles can often be a very appropriate example of spiritual battles so many of us may have having a difference of personal application or opinion is common all the way round, but the Bible says that all of it is good for instruction etc the 'battle' is real and often enough is not personal but may be for the benefit of another who needs prayer...who needs someone to 'battle' on their behalf these things are real and that is what the OP was addressing IMO...an actual biblical principal I understand what you wrote...but as has been said, that is not the point sorry if I belabored it to you

well, if we are going to use 'metaphor' or 'illustration' or 'story' as a fall back position, where do we draw the line? seems Jesus spoke in parables but made it plain it was a parable I think your sense about the study was spot on. I would be very careful about those who say this or that is only a 'story' to illustrate a greater principle or however it was put great question by the way

I honestly think this topic is a bit of a minefield. on the topic of Joyce Meyer, I'm not sure she still teaches some of the things she used to teach. I think she has become more centralized and less WOF. I think she is a great encourager and pretty spot on with things she says about 'practical' Christianity On the other hand, with reference to playing songs by Beyonce, I would think that shows a lack of discernment and I would wonder why play her songs or any other secualr music at a Christian conference. Beyonce has publicly come out and stated that a spirit overtakes her when she performs and she has even given it a name. not going to link to it, but I guess a person can google it if curious the worst thing about NAR is their extra biblical 'revelations' that seem to take precedence over the Bible however, I would also agree that not everything or everyone that is painted as a heretic, is a heretic. that's an awful broad brush and used too often if a person is really uncomfortable with what is going on, they can always ask someone familiar with the event why such and such is happening and if the answer provided is not sufficient to indicate things are ok, said person can leave these days, more than ever, a person needs to study scripture and understand what God's will is (and that is not some nebulous feely meely unatainable 'it'. we renew our minds with the Bible and understand what the will of God is. no exceptions) that's my take anyway
