Once Christ Jesus died for the sins of those who accept that gift from the Father, there is no revocation, in my heart and mind. How can grace and mercy be undone ? Does anyone believe they can ?

Hope you all are safe and never need the guns. I have one, and pray daily that I never have to take another's life. I serve a giver of life.

Folks are often misled down that path. I cannot conjure God to to my bidding. I cannot demand anything of Him. Who am I to remind Him of His promises ? Have I kept mine ?

Now I say, may God bless you in abundance, in the name of Jesus, AMEN ! He has blessed me, in my trials and triumphs, in my darkest hours as well as my brightest days. He is my rock, my " goto " and it is in Him that I put ALL my faith.

Would you agree this is a gift and not a reward ? There is a difference.

"They feed on the sin of My people And direct their desire toward their iniquity. And it will be, like people, like priest; So I will punish them for their ways And repay them for their deeds. They will eat, but not have enough; They will play the harlot, but not increase, Because they have stopped giving heed to the LORD.…" Hos 4:8-10

Shouldn't we all follow Him, because we agree with Him ( since He is the Word made flesh ), and not for a reward ? The only gift or reward I hope for, is to be in His presence one day.

May God bless us all in His Wisdom. May His grace and mercy be poured out to each of us, that our cups overflow. In the name of Jesus, amen.

Regardless of the version or translation, isn't it God who reveals Himself to each of us ? I have met some very rigid KJV, AV, or other " translations ", that interpret His meaning different than I do. Does that mean I am right and they are wrong or visa-versa ? It is for God to decide, not me ( or them ). I am the creation and not the creator. It is HIS Word that is inspired, not mine or theirs. I pray that we all gain wisdom by His Spirit by the reading of His Word. I ask this in the name of Jesus, amen.

I read scripture, have read scripture, will read scripture and look to the Spirit of God to guide me in the meaning.

I wasn't attempting humor. If I have offended you I apologize. I use the NIV, and KJV, as well as translations you my or may have never heard of. My only prayer is that we each understand the meaning of what God has inspired to be His Word.

You felt uncomfortable, and what you need to understand is " why ". God will reveal this to you. Ask Him to show you. I could give my opinion, but it wasn't me in the situation Your reaction is either a leading of your own heart and mind, or a leading of His Spirit, which ( to me ) is the real question.
