Great questions. There is no requirement to have a Social Security Number. My children are 6,10,13. Of course I bank(there is no requirement to have a SSn for a bank account most ppl just assume.) The short answer to all those questions is there is no requirement to HAVE, let alone use a SSN, even credit can be established without one.(I would know bc I am one of those ppl that do) My privacy is important to me. Or Govt servants following the law is important to me. I make sure that whatever govt claims that they do do lawfully. It is my duty, and should be for all Inherent political power holders. What you really want to know is how are these things possible. The answer is educating yourself, your govt officials, and requesting certain documents and then following through when your rights are violated.

Hi there. What mandatory payroll tax are you talking about? and to whom does this so called tax apply to? Have you ever asked the SSA or the IRS? (I have, and its not what you think. I even have a few tax court cases and direct testimony from the feds, but thats just me. I don't take peoples word for things when it comes to money and Taxes(that would be hearsay) I also find it a bit amusing that you say SS is not fraudulent or illegal. Our entire monetary system is built on FRAUD!(as in theft by deception).
