The Eastern philosophies and religions serpentine into people’s lives under the guise of “health,” and “wellness.” I am glad you discerned those serpents of Tai Chi and Qi Gong. The Eastern spiritual slaveries are seductive, they know most Americans will consider something if its health oriented.

No, Christians cannot practice Yoga. Yoga is tied intrinsically with Buddhism, Hinduism, and Jainism (Jain Yoga, Karma yoga, Buddhist Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Diety Yoga, Guru Yoga, https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yoga). Hinduism does not make converts via preaching but getting you to adopt their practices till you are Hindu, Yoga is part of that proccess. Classical Yoga also has gods, “the yoga school of Hinduism accepts a "personal, yet essentially inactive, deity" or "personal god" (Ishvara)” (Wikipedia, Yoga). Tantric Yoga also ties to 10th Century Hinduism and Buddhism. A General Definition: “Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in ancient India and aim to control (yoke) and still the mind, recognizing a detached witness-consciousness untouched by the mind (Chitta) and mundane suffering (Duḥkha).” Yoga means Yoke, “The Sanskrit noun योग yoga is derived from the root yuj (युज्) "to attach, join, harness, yoke".Yoga is a cognate of the English word "yoke"(https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yoga) ^Its aim to yoke you to the spirituality of Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism and etc. We as Christians are suppose only be yoked to Christ Jesus, “Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.” (Matthew 11:28-30) Most of the positions in Yoga are the spiritism, symbolism, and to the gods in Hinduism, Buddhism and Jainism. The Lotus Position is what The Buddha is poised in. Jesus says, “And Jesus answered him, “It is written, “‘You shall worship the Lord your God, and him only shall you serve.’” (Luke 4:8) You cannot serve two masters (Matthew 6:24), and adopt two yokes! You must serve no other gods!, “Thou shalt have no other gods before me.” (Exodus 20:3).

Satan and Fallen Angels can take human form like all angels can, demons possess bodies like The Man who had Legion. Demons are half breeds, children of angels and human women (Genesis 6:4-6). They lived in giant bodies as Nephilim, but The Flood and the Wars in The Promise Land destroyed their bodies, but since they are half angel, they are now disembodied spirits looking for flesh to dwell in. That is why they tell Jesus not to send them to dry place, but instead into the pigs.

Indeed as Solomon says. Its a shame the 21st Century Infiltrators are making great gains as people abandon Grace for the ladder of merit that even Dante writes in Canto VII of the Paradiso cannot save mankind: “Man in his limitations had not power To satisfy, not having power to sink In his humility obeying then, Far as he disobeying thought to rise; And for this reason man has been from power Of satisfying by himself excluded. For God more bounteous was himself to give To make man able to uplift himself, Than if he only of himself had pardoned; And all the other modes were insufficient For justice, were it not the Son of God Himself had humbled to become incarnate.”

We all have access by Christ and through Christ to holiest places. Your point earlier about apostles, evangelists, pastors, teachers, and prophets, its not offices in the Koine Greek, it is gifts, they are gifts: “Now these are the gifts Christ gave to the church: the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, and the pastors and teachers.” (Ephesians 4:11) Not titles or offices, for Jesus forbids such titles: “But you are not to be called ‘Rabbi,’ for one is your teacher, the Christ, and all of you are brothers. 9 Call no man on the earth ‘your father,’ for one is your Father, he who is in heaven. 10 And do not be called ‘teacher,’ for one is your teacher, the Christ. 11 Instead, the one who is the greatest among you shall be your servant. 12 Whoever exalts himself will be humbled, and whoever humbles himself will be exalted.” (Matthew 23:8-11)
-
That’s not true, all of Jesus’ followed may enter the holiest place, “Therefore, brothers and sisters, since we have confidence to enter the Most Holy Place by the blood of Jesus the new and living way that he opened for us through the curtain, that is, through his flesh.” (Hebrews 10:19-20) For we are all one in Christ, “There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.” (Galatians 3:28)

“I beseech Christ for this one thing only, that He will enable me to endure all things courageously, and that He break me as a potter’s vessel or make me strong, as it pleases Him." ~ Huldrych Zwingli

I am glad it blessed you. Zwingli tends to get overshadowed by Luther and Calvin. But he has some great wisdom.

Right, but the Romanite priesthood is a revival of the Levites, same for Eastern Orthodoxy priesthood. It happened with Constantine: “But I will say this: after completed the great building I have described, he finished it with thrones high up, to accord with dignity of the prelates (bishops, priests), and also with benches arranged conveniently throughout. In addition to all this, he placed in the middle the Holy of Holies -the altar- excluding, the general public from this part too by surrounding it with wooden trellis..," (The History of the Church, Eusebius, Penguin Classics, pg 315) Constantine re-erected a holy of holies and made priestly caste, when Jesus tore the veil in holy of holies, “And Jesus cried out again with a loud voice and yielded up his spirit. And behold, the curtain of the temple was torn in two, from top to bottom. And the earth shook, and the rocks were split,” (Matthew 25:50-51), made all Christians kings and priests, “from Jesus Christ, the faithful witness, the firstborn of the dead, and the ruler of the kings of the earth. To him who loves us and washed us from our sins by his blood, and made us to be a kings and priests to his God and Father; to him be the glory and the dominion unto the ages. Amen.” (Revelation 1:5-6), and we may enter holiest place by Jesus, “Therefore, brothers, since we have confidence to enter the heaven’s holiest place by the blood of Jesus.” (Hebrews 10:19). The Roman Church officially schismed from Eastern Orthodoxy in 1054 A.D. They were one Church since 323/325 A.D. Constantine had the original St. Peter’s Basilica built.

The Levites are no longer needed, we all have The High Priest in us and we are in Him, “All who declare that Jesus is the Son of God have God living in them, and they live in God.” (1 John 4:15) For we have become God’s Living Temples: “Do you not know that you are God's temple and that God's Spirit dwells in you? If anyone destroys God's temple, God will destroy him. For God's temple is holy, and you are that temple.” (1 Corinthians 3:16-17) “Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own” (1 Corinthians 6:19) “What agreement has the temple of God with idols? For we are the temple of the living God; as God said, “I will make my dwelling among them and walk among them, and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.” (2 Corinthians 6:16) “So then you are no longer strangers and aliens, but you are fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God, built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Christ Jesus himself being the cornerstone, in whom the whole structure, being joined together, grows into a holy temple in the Lord. In him you also are being built together into a dwelling place for God by the Spirit.” (Ephesians 2:19-22) “For we are God's fellow workers. You are God's field, God's building.” (1 Corinthians 3:9) And there shall be no temple in the New Jerusalem: “And I saw no temple in the city, for its temple is the Lord God the Almighty and the Lamb.” (Revelation 21:22) We are One with God The Trinity, and thus are his priests (Revelation 1:5-6) and ambassadors (2 Corinthians 5:20).

Do you long for being free? Seek the true liberty!
Fidei Defensor replied to Leonardo Von's topic in General Discussion
True liberty is in Christ. We have Him living in us and we are under a Better Covenant, “But in fact the ministry Jesus has received is as superior to theirs as the covenant of which he is mediator is superior to the old one, since the new covenant is established on better promises.” (Hebrews 8:6) -

Ah but you hold only to Old Testament correct? We have a New Testament. So when we say Scriptures, we mean Old and New Testaments, not just Genesis to Malachi. -

“This matter arose because some false believers had infiltrated our ranks to spy on the freedom we have in Christ Jesus and to make us slaves.” (Galatians 2:4) It is incredible how history repeats itself. Today there is popular stream that has flowed into the Church, pretending to be Christians of a sort, but really seeking to enslave us again in laws and requirements Christ nailed to the cross. We must beware, there are those who “spy our freedom” in Christ and will seek to lead us into slavery.

I am not distorting it, I’ve read the RCC Catechism, spent 2 and half years attending masses and reading Catholic theologians. Roman Catholicism is Prima Scriptura: Scripture and Church Tradition are equal, but their church traditions contradict Scripture. Jesus warned, “And he said to them, “Well did Isaiah prophesy of you hypocrites, as it is written, “‘This people honors me with their lips, but their heart is far from me; in vain do they worship me, teaching as doctrines the commandments of men.You leave the commandment of God and hold to the tradition of men.” (Mark 7:6-8)

“Finally brothers, whatever is true, whatever is venerable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable--if any excellence and if any praise--think on these things.” -Philippians 4:8

“I recognise that I could lose my health, family members, friends, fellowship, my job, my home etc. etc. and so I give thanks to God for His provision, whilst I have them, but I always try to remember how temporal things of this earth can be.... How transient.” - @B-B Well said. You speak as a Mature Believer: “Indeed, I count everything as loss because of the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord. For his sake I have suffered the loss of all things and count them as rubbish, in order that I may gain Christ.. Let those of us who are mature think this way, and if in anything you think otherwise, God will reveal that also to you.” (Philippians 3:9, 15) I wonder if perhaps evil one and his cohorts visits calamity on me with aim to get me not to give thanks: “Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe..” (Hebrews 12:28)

The Battle is Real. The Battle is Spiritual. What to do?
Fidei Defensor replied to Jayne's topic in General Discussion
Amen brother! “May I never boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through which the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world.” (Galatians 6:14) “There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus. And now that you belong to Christ, you are the true children of Abraham. You are his heirs, and God’s promise to Abraham belongs to you.” (Galatians 3:28-29) -

“All the believers devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching, and to fellowship, and to sharing in meals (including the Lord’s Supper), and to prayer.” -Acts 2:42 -
Jesus is our High Priest now: ”Therefore, since we have a great high priest who has ascended into heaven, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold firmly to the faith we profess. For we do not have a high priest who is unable to empathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are—yet he did not sin. Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.” (Hebrews 4:14-16) And we are Priests under Jesus The High Priest: “But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for his own possession, that you may proclaim the excellencies of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light.” (1 Peter 2:9) “Jesus, the Christ, who isthe faithful witness and the first begotten of the dead and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us and washed us from our sins with his own blood and has made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him beglory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.” (Revelation 1:5-6)
