  1. I write according to my deep experiences. At the soul dimension, anything is possible. And the cross - made of God´s love, light and power - is the key out of hell. The cross also restores your soul and gives you a resurrected body and mind. Yes, I can experience this. But for me, it had to happen at the bottom before hell. FEEL the cross that you have received to then experience God´s power working through you.
  2. Thank you both very much for your words! Very enlightening!
  3. Thank you all for your answers. They gave me a bit of a new perspective. I now understand that one of the most important things is that we focus our attention on Jesus and he will lead us out of our negativities. But I think to have faith can be the very thing that can be a battle, and that can be the most dangerous battle, for what if you lose your faith?
  4. Becoming a Christian is not that easy. You step into a spiritual battle, a battle that you were blind to before you came into faith. But now you see it and you want to be spiritually sober and vigilant in the Spirit, so to not be beaten by evil forces and the fleshly tendencies: sin. I don´t think a Christian can ever rest. As long as you are in this fallen body, in this world in which Satan is deceiving everyone, you need to keep battling for your soul. You have the sword of the Truth and the shield of faith. I simply don´t think it is enough to just receive Jesus once and then think it will all turn out for the good automatically (correct me if I am biblically wrong here): I think you also have to choose to be saved in every moment, to choose love and righteousness over sin. For if you don´t, you fall into the grip of sin, and I think that is really not how a Christian should live. This is what I see now, a constant battle, but for an ultimately good reason: to win eternal life. Thoughts? Can a Christian ever rest? Of course, in heaven. But here?
  5. I think if you reflect on The Word you may get the answer you are looking for. For example, reflect on this verse: "Be still, and know that I am God". I want to reflect with you: "Be still..." what does this mean? To be mentally still? Maybe? "...and know..." maybe means "to experience"... "...that I am God" and God is love (1 John 4:8) And by the way, we have the answer right there in 1 John 4:8 - God is love. And you may continue to reflect on that. Ok, this was just a quick reflection. You may reflect further and deeper. Hope I could help.
  6. I have got the insight that faith is far more important than understanding. Understanding has limit, while faith has no limit. Faith surpasses all understanding. I think faith is the thing that you really need. Have for example faith in what Jesus did for you. I think faith in Jesus will protect you from all evil. I believe faith in Jesus can transform your whole life - as like moving a whole mountain. Have faith that anything is possible for God - which I believe is really a key-faith for transformation and miracles in your life. I think having faith in God will allow Him to work in and through you. Have faith. If you have own experiences of how faith has changed your life, you are free to share it here! I am just in the beginning of my journey with Jesus, and I am getting more insights. "Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you." - Jesus, Matthew 17:20 "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight." - Proverbs 3:5-6
  7. Watch this video. It will give you the answer, wether you are saved or not, and what to do to be saved.
  8. "I am the way, the truth and the life." - Jesus Do you really believe that Jesus himself could claim this? Or can you believe that it was The Truth itself that claimed it through Jesus? If the truth is universal, meaning that it is everywhere, in everything, in all of us, but that Jesus was the one who realized this? Thus The Truth could express itself through Jesus? Do you believe that the truth is a person or rather an universal spiritual substance that can express itself through some enlightened individuals?
  9. You say that Christ freed us from sin and yet at the same time you say that we cannot become sin free beings, and are doomed to be sinful the rest of our lives. Can you explain Biblically what this means?
  10. Do you believe that all evangelic healers are genuine? Do you believe that all evangelic healers are working with the real Holy Spirit? How can we tell the difference between a genuine and a false evangelic healer?
  11. Why would Jesus start a new religion such as Christianity? Isn´t it enough that we just follow his footsteps all the way to heaven? Isn´t it enough that we just follow his example? I don´t think that Jesus is an exception that no one can follow. I believe that Jesus came to demonstrate an universal path back home, a path that we all can follow. Jesus said, "follow me." NOTE: I cannot reply on your posts as I don´t have that option yet.
  12. I believe you need to be renewed from a sinful person into a righteous, holy person before you can enter heaven. Hence the following Bible verses: Paul said, "You were thaught, with regard to your former way of life, to put off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires; to be made new in the attitude of your minds; and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness." (Ephesians 4:22-24) Paul in the Bible knew the way. Paul knew that he could not face God and enter heaven as a sinful man and knew that he had to change into a righteous and holy man in order to make it. Paul said, "I die daily." (1 Corintians 15:31) Paul´s sinful self died daily. It had to, in order for his new self to be born in him. Paul said, "And have put on the new self, which is being renewed in knowledge in the image of its Creator." (Colossians 3:10) This new self is the same self that was in Christ. "Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus." (Phillipians 2:5) A man must be born again in order to enter heaven or see it, in other words: must have ben rewened into a sinfree, righteous and holy man. "Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God." So according to these Bible verses, it is not enough to just declare with your mouth that Jesus is your Lord and Saviour. You must go through the process of renewing yourself, from a sinful person into a righteous and holy person. It is more about an inner process instead of an outer declaration. Isn´t it true?

  14. Do you believe that an innocent child goes to heaven or hell if they die? How about a new born baby that dies?
  15. Yes. I would love Jesus anyway. How about you? My love is unconditional. Or I at least want it to be. I am practising unconditional love. Jesus comes from a place of unconditional love and he is in heaven (and here all over the earth as the Holy Spirit) and in heaven there is only unconditional love. I believe you must come from a place of unconditional love yourself, before you can enter heaven. I don´t think you can enter heaven if you have sin in you. Sin is not allowed in heaven. So I believe you must come from a place of unconditional love in order to enter heaven. How can you become unconditionally loving? By following Jesus. Jesus is the way of truth and unconditional love that leads eternal life in heaven. Follom him. He is the way. "I am the way." - Jesus (John 14:6) Thoughts? EDIT: oh, I noticed this is the "seekers lounge"... Maybe this post doesn´t belong here. Sorry!
  16. Before being able to walk in Christ, is it not wise to seek Christ first to find Christ so you can fully know who or what Christ is? I don´t think you can walk in Christ when you do not know who or what Christ is. I think you can only walk in Christ when you know who or what Christ is. So seek Christ first with all your heart so that you find Christ so you then can walk in Christ. Thoughts? "Seek and you shall find." - Jesus (Matthew 7:7) "You shall know the truth." - Jesus (John8:32)
  17. Hello! Is there any spiritual truthseekers in this forum who have eventually met Christ? The Title of this post is actually refering to me. I am a spiritual truthseeker who are turning into a Christian more and more. I have have come very far in the quest of knowing the truth, or rather jumping in and out of different truths without knowing what the real truth is. I want to know the truth so badly and I want to live in it forever. I already know much about New Age and the Christian faith. I know the depth of it all and have been into both separately. But now I am into both at the same time. I am mixing both and make them fit each other. Maybe I am creating a new spiritual movement out of this, or maybe I am just confused? It is not easy to stay on one track as all the tracks seems so true and so good. I am spiritual but confused. I want to KNOW, not just BELIEVE. Help me!
