  1. I use this song for our church's Kids' Worship with movements and I just love this song. It is so uplifting and makes me very happy when I hear it. Enjoy!
  2. Hmmm, all I see here is pride and arrogance. There is no love in what you are sharing Quasar. 1 Corinthians 13:1-8 Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not love, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal. 2. And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not love, I am nothing. 3. and though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor; and have not love, it profiteth me nothing. 4. Love suferreth long, and is king; love envieth not; love vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up, 5. Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil; 6.Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth; 7 Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things. 8. Love never faileth: but whether there be prophecies, they shall fail; whether there be tongues, they shall cease; whether there be knowledge, it shall vanish away.
  3. I have been to some churches where the pastors have said that there is no more gifts of prophecy given anymore because we have everything we need in the Bible. After studying some of the scriptures, (I'm sure there is more ) I believe this is just not the case. Why would Paul write so much about prophecy in 1 Corinthians and Ephesians? Again, I believe that the so-called pastors are regurgitating what they have been taught. And, that most in the church are too lazy to test the words of the pastor themselves by searching the Scriptures. We need to stop listening to the lies of pastors who knowingly or unknowingly say things that go against the Word of God and search for ourselves to find His Truth. I've also been told I can't hear the Lord speaking because everything God has to say has been said in the Bible. That just really upset me because I know I've heard the Lord speak to me very clearly. I mean, Jesus even said that His sheep know His voice. But here are some verses that pertain to the gift of prophecy. But when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part shall be done away. (I believe this is when Christ comes back that ties into Ephesians 4: 11-13) No, I don't think "that which is perfect is come " is the Bible but The Word (Jesus) at His second coming for it says in Ephesians 4:11-13 And he gave some, apostles; and some prophets;and some, evangelists;and some pastors and teachers; for the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ; Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of god, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ. I don't know about you but I don't think the church if perfect yet and it certainly needs edifying, and most certainly the churches are not unified in our faith. 1 Corinthians 14:3d But he that prophesieth speaketh unto men to edification, and exhortation, and comfort. 1 Corinthians 14:22 Wherefore tongues are for a sign, not to them that believe, but to them that believe not: but prophesying serveth not for them that believe not, but for them which believe. 1 Corinthians 14: 31 For ye may all prophesy one by one, that all may learn, and all may be comforted. 1 Corinthians 14:39 Wherefore, brethren, covet to prophesy, and forbid not to speak with tongues. 1 Thessalonians 5:20 Despise not prophesyings Joel 2:28-29 And it shall come to pass afterward, That I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and yours sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, and your young men shall see visions: and also upon the servants and upon the handmaids in those days will I pour out my spirit. Acts 2: 17-18 And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams: And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy: The lying wolves have infiltrated the churches and have even the ignorant pastors teaching and preaching there is no more gift of prophesy. Why? I believe it's to weaken the church, to steal the power given to believers that we may use to exhort, to comfort, to speak the truth of God. Isn't that just what Satan loves to do? This kind of heretical teaching has stolen the power of the saints and has rendered them weak and defenseless, and confused. Satan doesn't want believers to know that all have the gift of prophesy because then he would be trembling in fear of the believers walking in the knowledge of the power given to them through our Lord Jesus Christ. 1
  4. You sound like the Roman Catholic church, thinking the masses are too stupid to know any better so people like you need to tell the general public what to believe, what God says or doesn't say. Our authority comes from the Holy Spirit showing us and giving us understanding. God is not a God of confusion. He gave us His Word and to ask Him if we don't understand and also gives us wisdom. You seem to think just because you "studied for 80 years" gives you authority. You could have been reading and interpreting based on your own strength and just regurgitating what you have been brainwashed to think instead of asking the Holy spirit to reveal His mysteries to you and searching the Scriptures. Have you ever just read the Scriptures asking the Holy Spirit to guide you and not look at notes from so called "theologians?" There is no such word as "theologian" in the bible ya know.
  5. It says in the article that a Grandmaster Garry Kasparov was beaten back in 1997. hmmm.... in Revelation, I caught something while reading. It says ON the forehead, and IN the hand. Interesting don't you think?
  6. So this article is presenting AI that taught itself to play chess in four hours then goes on to beat a Grandmaster champion using never before seen moves. I've also heard of maybe downloading peoples' brains if they have the chip in the heads to learn to do anything. Reminds me of the "Matrix " movie where the character Neo downloads into his brain how to do Jujitsu, kickboxing, and other such martial arts. Look at the technology of the smartphones. I read, most people can't even go without looking or checking their cell phones for 15 minutes. They use the smartphones for shopping, maps, texting, all other sorts of things and they love their cell phones. What if this chip is introduced that you get in your head and you are your own "smartphone" with information that can be downloadable right into your brain. MARK OF THE BEAST... hmmm sounds like people won't be "forced" into taking the MOB per se but flocking, and running to get that chip to "enjoy" technology at your fingertips and improve your performance, thinking, and abilities. What is your take? http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencetech/article-5204513/Robot-taught-never-seen-chess-moves-hours.html
  7. I think we will be given a so called choice. Take the mark, or starve, can't buy or sell, travel..... God will allow us to have a choice to choose comforts or to choose Him and that could mean that we may die for our faith, our refusal to take the MOB
  8. I found this Christian musician on Spotify. I love her music! So nice to listen to while we are busy around the house, eating, or just nice to have in the background playing that is relaxing, glorifying the Lord. Hope you like it!
  9. Yes, there is a difference from repenting and turning back to the Lord for those who knew the Lord and then turned away. It's different when we are talking about those who never made a decision for the Lord, and thinking they will have time (another chance), go about living their own life the way they want and then make a decision for Jesus at a more "convenient time." All throughout the Gospels, Jesus proclaimed, "Repent, for the kingdom of God is at hand!" He is talking to people who have never made a decision for Christ.
  10. You are very welcome mable. Some of them are in order, they might reinforce for example there is scripture about the last trump, then I followed up with finding where else does it mention about the trumpet sound in scripture. Hope it helps, but really ask the Holy Spirit to help you find the truth. I try not to listen to preachers or books anymore, just trying to read the Word of God and asking the Holy Spirit to open my eyes and give me understanding. Like the bible says, let him who has ears to listen. Yes, you might be busy for awhile! LOL
  11. There is no such thing as a second chance! That totally takes away from the urgency of the Gospel message. That is total heresy! Jesus says, I stand at the door and knock, if anyone hears my voice and opens the door..... Jesus is not going to have you open the door, close it and say to Jesus come back later, because you Jesus is going to give me second chance. Does that even make sense??? That is misleading and false teaching. I know missmuffet you genuinely love the Lord, but please, you might be leading a baby Christian into false doctrine and teaching. They might say, oh, if I get a second chance, then I might as well live the life I want to and then make a decision to follow Jesus later because I will get a second chance. NOOOOO!
  12. Hi Mabel, Try looking up into Matthew 24, Mark 13, Luke 21, 2 Thessalonians 2, Matthew 13: 38-40, 1 Thessalonians 3:2-4, 1 Thessalonians 5: 2-4 2 Thessalonian 1: 4-5 2 Thessalonians 2: 6-12 Revelation 2: 10-11 Revelation 3: 10-11 2 Timothy 1:8 Daniel 12:10 2 Corinthians 1: 5-6 Revelation 6: 9-11 Revelation 12:11 Revelation 3:8 1 Thessalonians 4:16 Revelation 3:3 Matthew 10:22 Matthew 13: 18-23 Ephesians 3:13 Revelation 16:15 Revelation 20: 4-6 Revelation 21:7 Revelation 3:2 Luke 12: 35-48 1 Corinthians 15: 51-52 Revelation 11: 15, 18 Hope these will help you. Pray that the Holy Spirit would reveal truth to you. Search these Scriptures, and then compare them with other scriptures. See if they line up. Precept upon precept, line upon line. Test the scriptures. Hope this helps!
  13. Cindy Lynn, I'm so sorry about Katelyn. You describe her as such a beautiful woman of God. Maybe if it's any comfort to you, God needs her up in heaven. I heard of a story where a woman was shown someone's daughter who passed away at 13 yrs old. She was taken because God chose her to lead the youth up in heaven in preparation for the Marriage Supper of the Lamb. She was known for her leadership and compassion for others while here on earth. Maybe your daughter has a similar assignment from God. May the Holy Spirit comfort you in this time and know that one day we will all be together and will never have to shed another tear. We will be with our Amazing,Almighty Father and our loved ones FOREVER! PTL!
  14. It sounds like you were walking upright and trying to be salt and light and set an example by how you walked. That is awesome. You are strong in your faith and that is a good thing. But remember, there are others here who might struggle or new believers reading and looking at all our posts so for their sake we must be diligent in not causing any to stumble. And yes, there was someone who said they have "Christian tarot cards."
  15. Hazard, I get what you say but think of other brothers or sisters that may be weak in their faith. Maybe someone who just came out of the occult. It might cause them to stumble. Our eyes are the windows to our souls. For the sake of new believers, those struggling with those kinds of sins, or any other kind of sins for that matter, we should all take to heart what we post here and be mindful not to cause someone to stumble.
  16. I would also suggest repenting, renouncing, binding, and rebuking in the Name of Jesus. Close that door that the enemy was allowed to get a foothold.
  17. If Satan can get some Christians to doubt the virgin birth, then he can basically say that God was a liar. That is the bottom line, to make it seem like God was a liar, that He is not who He says He is, that He wasn't powerful enough to make that happen, and most of all to question the Word of God. Satan is trying to put the seed of doubt. He sure is sneaky.
  18. Justin, I'm not quite understanding what you are saying, could you please explain a bit more with detail? thanks....... also, you know how it says that in the last days it will be like the days of Noah, what do you think those fallen angels or wicked men will do? I think this transhumanism and maybe the GMO, crossing animal DNA with plant DNA might be what that verse is referring to... Another thought that I had, what do you think about those legends about the cyclops, minotaurs, centaurs, and such creatures were maybe not legends but real? Maybe they were part of the corrupted animals that the "angels that left their first estate" corrupted?
  19. Sister, do you think it is a literal 144K?
  20. Again with the personal attacks and not disputing with Words from Scripture..... SMH
  21. Davida, now here you are again attacking the person assuming something you don't know, you are the one presuming "I would presume it is an example of those that do that do not belong and fellowship at a church or have a Pastor and they have not been taught how to properly read and study the Bible." That is not becoming of a brother in Christ. How do you know that? I belong and fellowship at a church, I also lead worship, I am currently leading a bible study with a woman in the study of Genesis. I am not boasting here, merely pointing out that you don't know that those of us who hold against the Pre-trib rapture is not what you presume. Argue with the Word of God, don't attack the person who is your brother or sister in Christ!
  22. Yes, Davida those are God's Word, but you must take into consideration ALL the other scriptures regarding this time. Isaiah 28:10 For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; Line upon line, line upon line; Here a little, and there a little. 2 Thessalonians 2:1-4 Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our LORD Jesus AND by our gather (one event) together unto Him, that ye be not soon shaken in mind or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the DAY of Christ is at hand, let no man deceive you by any means: for THAT DAY shall not come, except there come a falling away first, AND THAT MAN OF SIN BE REVEALED, THE SON OF PERDITION: who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God. Luke 21: 12-13 But before all these, they shall lay their hands on you, and persecute you, delivering you up to the synagogues, and into prison, being brought before kings and rulers for my name's sake. And it shall turn to you for a testimony. Mark 13: 4-27 4 Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign when all these things shall be fulfilled? 5 And Jesus answering them began to say, Take heed lest any man deceive you: 6 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many. 7 And when ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars, be ye not troubled: for such things must needs be; but the end shall not be yet. 8 For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be earthquakes in divers places, and there shall be famines and troubles: these are the beginnings of sorrows. 9 But take heed to yourselves: for they shall deliver you up to councils; and in the synagogues ye shall be beaten: and ye shall be brought before rulers and kings for my sake, for a testimony against them. 10 And the gospel must first be published among all nations. 11 But when they shall lead you, and deliver you up, take no thought beforehand what ye shall speak, neither do ye premeditate: but whatsoever shall be given you in that hour, that speak ye: for it is not ye that speak, but the Holy Ghost. 12 Now the brother shall betray the brother to death, and the father the son; and children shall rise up against their parents, and shall cause them to be put to death. 13 And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved. 14 But when ye shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing where it ought not, (let him that readeth understand,) then let them that be in Judaea flee to the mountains: 15 And let him that is on the housetop not go down into the house, neither enter therein, to take any thing out of his house: 16 And let him that is in the field not turn back again for to take up his garment. 17 But woe to them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days! 18 And pray ye that your flight be not in the winter. 19 For in those days shall be affliction, such as was not from the beginning of the creation which God created unto this time, neither shall be. 20 And except that the Lord had shortened those days, no flesh should be saved: but for the elect's sake, whom he hath chosen, he hath shortened the days. 7 And they asked him, saying, Master, but when shall these things be? and what sign will there be when these things shall come to pass? 8 And he said, Take heed that ye be not deceived: for many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and the time draweth near: go ye not therefore after them. 9 But when ye shall hear of wars and commotions, be not terrified: for these things must first come to pass; but the end is not by and by. 10 Then said he unto them, Nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: 11 And great earthquakes shall be in divers places, and famines, and pestilences; and fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven. 12 But before all these, they shall lay their hands on you, and persecute you, delivering you up to the synagogues, and into prisons, being brought before kings and rulers for my name's sake. 13 And it shall turn to you for a testimony. 14 Settle it therefore in your hearts, not to meditate before what ye shall answer: 15 For I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which all your adversaries shall not be able to gainsay nor resist. 16 And ye shall be betrayed both by parents, and brethren, and kinsfolks, and friends; and some of you shall they cause to be put to death. 17 And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake. 18 But there shall not an hair of your head perish. 19 In your patience possess ye your souls. 20 And when ye shall see Jerusalem compassed with armies, then know that the desolation thereof is nigh. 21 Then let them which are in Judaea flee to the mountains; and let them which are in the midst of it depart out; and let not them that are in the countries enter thereinto. 22 For these be the days of vengeance, that all things which are written may be fulfilled. 23 But woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck, in those days! for there shall be great distress in the land, and wrath upon this people. 24 And they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led away captive into all nations: and Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled. 25 And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring; 26 Men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken. 27 And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. 28 And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh. 29 And he spake to them a parable; Behold the fig tree, and all the trees; 30 When they now shoot forth, ye see and know of your own selves that summer is now nigh at hand. 31 So likewise ye, when ye see these things come to pass, know ye that the kingdom of God is nigh at hand. 32 Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass away, till all be fulfilled. 33 Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away. 34 And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares. 35 For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth. 36 Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man. 21 And then if any man shall say to you, Lo, here is Christ; or, lo, he is there; believe him not: 22 For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect. 23 But take ye heed: behold, I have foretold you all things. 24 But in those days, after that tribulation, the sun shall be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, 25 And the stars of heaven shall fall, and the powers that are in heaven shall be shaken. 26 And then shall they see the Son of man coming in the clouds with great power and glory. 27 And then shall he send his angels, and shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from the uttermost part of the earth to the uttermost part of heaven. Luke 21: 7-36 7 And they asked him, saying, Master, but when shall these things be? and what sign will there be when these things shall come to pass? See, Davida, I did not subtract or add. I am merely quoting from Scripture, precept upon precept, line upon line. And I don't listen to men's opinions. I test the scriptures, and read them like the Bereans.
  23. What does that have to do with how Jesus is coming back? Luke 17:33 Whosever shall seek to save his life shall lose it, and whosever shall lose his life shall preserve it.
  24. The tribulation is called tribulation because it is tribulation. Wrath is called wrath because it is wrath and not tribulation. There is a distinction there. I think you nailed part of it. You make it sound incredulous that God Almighty would have to "divinely protect every single believer from harm at the point of His wrath until Jesus returns at the end of the Tribulation." Don't you think that the God who created the world with just His Word can protect His elect, His beloved,His chosen?
  25. I'm sorry but any little kid would be able to tell you that if you say "first of two comings," will say that that doesn't make sense and you really mean three. Tell me, where in the world in Scripture does it say that it doesn't count if His feet doesn't touch the ground? Because what I believe is shall I say "crystal clear" in scripture that we are still here during the tribulation. Matthew 24:29 Immediately AFTER THE TRIBULATION of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the start shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:v. 30 AND THEN shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven; and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. v.31 And he shall send his angels with a GREAT SOUND OF A TRUMPET ( where does it mention trumpet in Revelation? after the seals where the moon turns to blood, earthquakes, the sun is blackened as sackcloth... after the star "wormwood" falls from the heaven (Rev. 8:10-11) ... Revelation 11:15 The seventh trumpet (or last trumpet sound). and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other. Now remember the parable of the tares and the wheat? From Matthew 13: 24-30. Another parable put he forth unto them saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field. but while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way. But when the blade was sprung up, and brought forth fruit, then appeared the tares also. so the servants of the householder came and said unto him, Sir, didst not thou sow good seed in thy field? from whence then hath it tares? He said unto them, an enemy hath done this. The servants said unto him, Wilt thou then that we go and gather them up? But he said, Nay; lest while ye gather up the tares, ye root up also the wheat with them. Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn. When is this harvest?: Revelation 14: 15-19 And another angel came out of the temple, crying with a loud voice to him that sat on the cloud, Thrust in thy sickle, and reap: for the time is come for thee to reap; for the harvest of the earth is ripe. And he that sat on the cloud thrust in his sickle on the earth; and the earth was reaped. (This is the last harvest , your wheat) And another angel came out of the temple which is in heaven, he also having a sharp sickle. ( This is the harvest of judgment, your tares) And another angel came out from the altar, which had power over fire; and cried with a loud cry to him that had the sharp sickle, saying, Thrust in thy sharp sickle, and gather the clusters of the vine of the earth; for her grapes are fully ripe. And the angel thrust in his sickle into the earth, and gathered the vine of the earth, and cast it into the great winepress of the wrath of God.
