How strange.....right before I clicked on your post, I was thinking about starting a Thread in regard to Satan’s Lie—-“ Yea, hath God “Really” said?” And how it relates to Paul’s Gospel. Jesus says that to Rest in that Gospel is the Way Of Salvation.Those That add to the Gospel, Those That Don’t Trust in it enough to Rest in it....aren’t they repeating by their words and actions the same lie told by Satan that God “ didn’t really mean what He said.”You kinda beat me to the punch, proving that “ great minds think alike”...... lol.......

I could be wrong about everything I think.I could be mistaken in every post that I have ever typed on this stupid I-Pad of mine——- but I would not bet on it! I am staking the Eternal Souls Of myself, my wife and my daughter on the Belief that what I think is Biblical Truth That has been properly discerned and acted upon. I Believe in “ Nothing But The Blood” For Salvation . This squares with the Gospel Of Pure Grace, Given personally to Paul by Jesus in the Sinai Desert.It was Jesus personal “lets take 3 years to get the “ Pharisee” out of this Guy” schooling Given by Jesus Himself. The Gospel Found In 1Cor15:1-4 is Promised by Jesus it be the Gospel That Saves, If simply believed, if simply obeyed, if not ADDED to and if TRUSTED to the point that you REST in it .It ALONE ! The Gospel proclaims That Jesus died for your sins and rose from the dead. Jesus had the chance to tell Paul ANYTHING when Paul was being “ Schooled” in the Desert . I see no mention of “ Repentance.” If Your mind has been changed from NOT Trusting the Gospel Of Jesus to save you, to putting your Faith in that Gospel as God’s Way Of Salvation....you have done the only ONE TIME Type Of “ Repentance” That plays a Role in your Salvation. Paul’s Gospel allows NO ROOM for Human Merit ( THAT is Religion), and that is why it is “ foolishness” to both the Tare and the Religionist.The Gospel is WHAT GOD DID FOR MAN..... N O T what Man can do for God. I know that I sound like a broken record as I keep preaching 1Cor15:1-4. Sorry, but I don’t give a “rat’s patootie” about that. We all need a sturdy Anchor that we can grab hold of during times of insecurity and we need something to “ shut the mouths” of the spreaders Of Leaven , and those that go beyond Nothing But The Blood for Salvation ( The Foundation that underpins The Gospel Of Grace) Of course those That are Blind to the Things Of God , will never “ shut their mouths.” Paul said that HIS GOSPEL is what you are going to be judged by when you stand before God on Judgment Day.The Legalist who says, “ YES! Of course Jesus Saves...B U T once you know that you have to ....( insert your pet Dead Work here, usually repentance from all sins before you die) Yes, It is True that the Modern -Day Judaizer will not shut his mouth in the here and now.There will be time for that in Judgement Day, when he finally and tragically discovers that God never wanted a “ Co-Savior.” May God bless us all in the understanding of these things........................... P.S. I failed to mention that I use the Tares and Religionists that are found here at Worthy as valuable “ Springboards” to get the Truth Of The Gospel out to Newbies In The hope that they do not get Ruined with a Crippled Walk Of FAITH before they even get started- they are not getting from the VAST MAJORITY of churches that I am familiar with......

A Beatles tribute band played to a Packed audience near me at Shawnee College in Portsmouth Ohio ..... “ They were called “ The Return”.......They were flat-out AMAZING! If they ever show up near you.....GO SEE THEM.....you will thank me later! Lol They used to have a site that showed their schedule.....

David.....I got stuff here that is Beatle Related that would have you salivating if you knew what it was....lol....give me your mailing address and I will send them to you for you to borrow.....if I can find my Beatles Trivia game I may put you to the test..... The Beatles themselves couldn’t answer a lot of these questions!

Lol.....my daughter is also a big Beatles Fan.... “ Sexy Sadie” is her favorite Beatles song......she is like me— her favorites are usually the psychedelic songs like “ Tomorrow Never Knows” and “ Strawberry Fields”......I like those best also..... there is an interview with Prudence Farrow available on YouTube.....she seems to be quite unimpressed with the whole matter....lol.. My old girlfriend back in the late 70’s bought me a boxed set of every Beatles Album ever made .....the original BRITISH albums......only 3000 were issued....before Capital Records bastardized them, taking one original British Album and in order to make more profits , turning into Two albums.....That is where “ Something New” and “Beatles 65” and “ Yesterday and Today “ came from......greedy #*#&#*&# ! Haha.....

The singing.....the instrument playing.....their wit.....their hair-cuts .....their looks.....none of it would have amounted to a hill of beans without the songs..... that is why we are discussing them today and NOT “ The Dave Clark Five” or “ Jerry and the Pacemakers”......to paraphrase James Carville, Clinton’s former Campaign Manager—- it’s the MUSIC , Stupid! Lol....... To watch them grow over the years ......every album a pleasant surprise as they showed that they were always a step ahead of everybody else and alway strived to grow in their craft .....they could have relaxed, and cranked out album after album of simple love songs and continue to rake in the money....but their intelligence lead them to be quickly bored with the same old stuff and that was , to a very large degree , the impetus for them to always be pushing the boundaries of Popular Music... like all true Artists, they did the things that pleased THEM......NOT necessarily the audience.....About the time they were REALLY advancing and maturing in their song-writing skills, I had an older sister that declared in her “ Beatle Book” that she was going to shut down said book because the boys “ No longer had the Beat”.....that was about 1966....... lol.....

I must know.......did “ YOU” scream ? What in the World was UP with that? Lol......

He will also perform “Miracles” that will win over many to his side.....Fire from the heavens.....a statue of himself that will talk.....and more.... The same power of Demons to perform Miracles that was first displayed at Pharaohs Court when staffs were turned into snakes will be on display .

David.....we need to talk.....I have been an absolute Beatles NUT since 1963..... In fact, although many have come before with their B.S.—- “ I” am the True “ Fifth” Beatle! Haha! I saw them Live in Cincinnati back in 1965......tickets we’re about $4.00..... show was 25 minutes long after sitting through hours of a bunch of nobodies......of course, you could not hear them perform.....nobody seemed to be upset by that - I know I wasn’t...... strangely enough , the show was inside “ Cincinnati Gardens” in August with no air -conditioning and I’ll never forget how HOT it was...... Some thoughts......Thank Goodness they did not bow out with “ Let it Be”.... it was Lame by Beatles Standards and Abbey Road was a Masterpiece.....glad they finished on a high note.... James Corden hosted the show where Paul visited his childhood home.....it’s on YouTube ....interesting.... My favorite Beatles Song is “ Dear Prudence”.....I love how it starts out so simple and builds to something much bigger......loved the drums at the end.....did not know for a long time that Paul was doing the drumming on that and a few other songs because Ringo had “ quit” the group.....Donovan taught John how to play the guitar for the style he used in this song......and of course , I will not insult you by asking who the real “Prudence” was......lol......Beatles 101...... haha....

People who claim God can never let go of us weasel out of that Promise Of God By saying “ God will not let go of “Us”, but we can let go of “Him”. Hogwash. If a person was Saved and God had this person in His grip and the Believer was also doing his part by also maintaining “their” grip.........if that person was trying to stop doing their part by themselves letting go of God’s grip, would that not be a FUTURE event? God does His utmost to “ cover all the bases” in regard to His Salvation , But some weak and/ or poorly taught people are just “ damned and determined” to find a way around His Promises to keep the Secure Sheep in a state of fear......Satan loves it.....

Last night was Saturday night.....I got drunk every night of the week for 20 years, but Saturday was the “Biggie”.......I could have got plastered last night like I always used to do.....why didn't I? I did not WANT to! The Sermon on the Mound pretty well teaches that if you WANT to do something, you are as guilty as the one that goes ahead and does it. How do we get those “ wants” changed? Trusting the Holy Spirit to change “ The INSIDE of the Cup.” Ask Him to do this and He will.....it could take awhile ....it’s the only way .....all we can do is change the Outside.....that’s Religion.....the former is Christianity.....a slower form of “ change” maybe.....but it is for real.....
