Might help to first figure out what your greatest spiritual Gift is. Paul lists them in Romans 12:6-8 as Prophecy, Servitude, Teaching, Exhortation, Giving, Organization and Mercy.

How do I get through to my (unbeliever) husband?
Pop replied to milkteabun's topic in Have a problem? Looking for advice?
When you say you share the Gospel with him, I assume that also includes your testimony (what made you a believer)? Be sure to do that as well if you haven't. Beyond that, I think all you can really do is continue as you have and pray for the Lord to show him the error of his ways. And wait with faith and patience. Only He can truly change a heart. Praying He will reveal His true self to your husband. -
A worthy endeavor, staying hydrated is very good for your health. If you're not already aware, it's important to understand that most human bodies can only absorb about 100 milliliters (about 3.5 oz) of water an hour normally (I think it can be greater while you're physically exerting yourself, such as exercising), any more will probably just run straight through you and make you need to use the bathroom. So one needs to drink smaller amounts throughout the day rather than chugging large amounts to stay hydrated.

Understandable. It probably is a good idea to avoid even viewing any threads with political titles until then.

Happy Birthday!

Either way, "I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh." Ezekiel 36:26 Pray for and allow the Lord to give you a new heart.

Hardly "Everyone else", I've seen plenty others get mad at God. But if you're getting angry with God, that is the spirit of the devil. Resist him and he will flee from you. Remember that anything bad happening in your life ultimately came from him, not God. If you're going to get mad, at least try getting mad at the one actually responsible.

Of course you're too weak for Christianity. Every single one of us is. Even Jesus' disciples were. Only being filled with the Holy Spirit empowers us to be Christian. We have to really WANT it, pray for it, and seek Him.

A bit cliche, but probably Psalm 23: 1 The Lord is my shepherd ; I shall not want. 2 He maketh me to lie down in green pastures : he leadeth me beside the still waters. 3 He restoreth my soul : he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake. 4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil : for thou art with me ; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. 5 Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies : thou anointest my head with oil ; my cup runneth over. 6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life : and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.

Lord in Heaven, we pray you will provide Mel with Bibles to distribute so that he may spread your Word, in Jesus' Name.
-
Pray to the Lord for guidance and read His Word until His will is clear to you. He knows best, and will give you the victory.

Trying to hold in tears...

God hasn't abandoned you, He will help you and your family, just hang in there! "He chose the lowly and despised things of the world, and the things that are not, to nullify the things that are"-1 Cornithians 1:28 -
Long story short, I thought I was saved at a young age but don't think I really understood what it meant. I fell into sin as I grew up and eventually found myself slowly dying. The Lord led me out of sin and back to Him, and saved my life. I know only He could have done it. Excited to see where He leads me next.
