  1. FreeGrace, been a long time since I commented on this forum, but nevertheless, being somewhat dismissive is expected but I know it can be frustrating at times when it appears obvious but others just aren't getting it. So, shalom, let us both know that neither of us has absolute knowledge. Please, do not take me as being sarcastic here but I have no choice but to throw in a rhetorical question here. To paraphrase Paul's 1 Corinthians 9:9, is God actually concerned about the mildew in a house or is He telling this for our sake? If we are going to dismiss the symbols and signs, then communion is nothing more than just eating bread and drinking wine and water baptism is nothing more that having a cool off, and Abraham and Isaac has no bearing on the Father and Christ. And do not get me started on the Temple. No, wait, even the Temple confirms that the fifth item (bowl of incense) and fifth festival (Trumpets) in chronological order is regarding a rising up to God, a beautiful aroma to God, a joyful noise. So why would God give an elaborate law for mold, seemingly illogical as well, if He could have just said rip out the mold and fix it yourselves? No, I did not. Same as I did not remove 2 Thessalonians 2:3. I see three separate resurrections still to come: 1) On the Day of Trumpets, pre-Tribulation, before the 1000 years of peace. All those who died after Christ's resurrection and those alive now. Christ does not return this day but rather calls believers away from the world, suddenly zapped away into the heavens. It is this event that causes the 10 nations of the Balkans to rise to power, and from it the Antichrist. 2) Upon Christ's physical return to earth on the Day of Atonement, all those who were beheaded during the Tribulation are resurrected. It does not mention it but I assume there will be some believers who die by other means (elderly, car crash, etc.) and will be resurrected as well, but those alive upon His return will not be changed, rather they go on to repopulate the earth for the Millennial Sabbath and will go keep the Feast of Tabernacles every year (Zechariah 14:16-21). They will be gathered to Him but not changed. 3) And assumed at the very end of the seventh millennium, all the believers who died during the 1000 years of peace. And people who did not go to war against Jerusalem, but survived to the end will be changed (like a second Rapture). Regarding point 3, Scripture does not give any details about how events are going to play out other than Satan will be released at the end to deceive the nations for one last hurrah. As I understand it God seals up prophecy and visions for the Millennial Reign (Daniel 9:24). Mankind will have 1000 years of God's literal presence, it will be blissful, and sin will be condemned and judged swiftly, but God will not give specifics this time as He has for our time, the Bible is complete. God will need to set Satan free in order to see if the humans truly love Him, will they choose Him or Satan. They will have 7000 years of history to ride on but it will be like Adam and Eve, a blissful state for 1000 years then suddenly Satan is back. In regards to 1 Corinthians 15:23 I see both the pre-Tribulation Rapture and Second Coming as being related to Christ's coming, the events are fulfilled apart by a few years but both form part of His coming. In regards to 2 Thessalonians 2 it is a similar thing, Paul is referring to the Day of YHWH, Yeshua's actual return to put away the Antichrist. Paul says only then will all tribulations stop, plus Paul was telling them that their tribulations are not the tribulations of the Tribulation since the Antichrist had not been revealed yet. They were clearly told by someone Christ had fully returned but Paul is not being specific about the Day or Trumpets and Day of Atonement, rather he is simply saying to not be fooled into believing the Day of YHWH has already come because it obviously had not. Perhaps a heretic statement here, but the Apostles did not know everything. It appears some of them thought Christ's return would be in their lifetime. It does not make them wrong though. But we can know that the early church eventually figured out it would take another 2000 years. The Epistle of Barnabas (extra-biblical yes) records, in chapter 15, the Sabbath Rest being a prophecy, in that Christ will resolve sin in a period of 6000 years. Peter assumed "one day is as a thousand years" is referring to God's patience without realising that his words (2 Peter 3) is telling us when God returns, in that each day of creation correlates to the major biblical theme of each millennium starting at Adam's fall. We are now in the sixth millennium, the year 5990, and man has filled the earth and the religion of man is dominant. The fifth millennium covered 33AD to 1033AD, what happened? The Gentiles flourished spiritually because the Gospel went to the nations (symbolically called the seas), Day 5 of creation says the seas flourished with life, followed by flying creatures (there's that rising up theme again). Some will argue for a 30AD crucifixion but that's besides the point of this topic. Matthew 24 describes two separate events in regards to being taken, and it references them in reverse order. It first talks about the Son of Man being revealed in the heavens, fully and in glory. Christ mentions in relation to this day, the Day of YHWH, that He takes away the wicked while at the same time gathering His chosen people. Then He goes on to talk about the Fig Tree and this passage use a popular Jewish idiomatic expression to refer to the Day of Trumpets. The phrase "nobody knows the day nor hour" is referring to the Day of Trumpets, not the Day of Atonement (a.k.a. The Day of YHWH). Two different events commemorated on two different calendar days. Christians would know this if they knew the Torah and Jewish culture and traditions, but they end up conflating ideas due to their lack of understanding the Torah. The festivals (being prophetic events fulfilled by Christ) are relevant to all believers, but Christians are quick to dismiss them as being Jewish and not binding to Gentiles (Zechariah 14 says the opposite), not realising they actually tell us the exact day of their fulfilments, and through other prophecies God has told us the exact year they will be fulfilled. It is how Christ knew the day He would be crucified and when He would be raised to life. Shalom.
  2. Congrats on a 20 year old post, and a few months. Wow, this forum is something else. Nevertheless, Leviticus 14:33-53! The Torah describes a pre-Tribulation Rapture in a wonderful word picture. Marxism (the religion of man, leftism, socialism, humanism, etc) is the reddish mold. Greenish mold is Islam. The two plagues in the world today. Notice the priest comes to call people out of the house first, then he shuts the house for 7 days. Anybody found in the house during the 7 days must wash their clothes. The priest returns after 7 days to rip out the infected stones and casts them out to an unclean place. There are still two churches, those who are kept from the hour of trial (us faithful now), then those who must buy clean linen garments (who become believers during the Tribulation). The second group is not called to leave the house because either they will survive to the end of the Tribulation or will be beheaded for rejecting the AC. The next possible date for the Rapture is this come Friday into Saturday, on the first day of the seventh month. If not this week then we wait another year until the next Day of Trumpets. The righteous person perishes, and nobody gives it a thought. Godly men are taken away, and no one understands that the righteous person is taken away from the evil yet to come. Yes, those who live uprightly will have peace as they rest on their couches. Yesha 'yahu (Isa) 57:1‭-‬2 CJB
  3. Agreed. The Law was never abolished, and Ezekiel's vision in chapters 40 to 48 describes the millennial temple in great detail, a very literal temple with the priesthood and sacrifices restored. What Yeshua did was empower us, through the Spirit, to keep the Law, to be obedient to it. But the thing to note is that there's a difference between Jew and Gentile, the Jews in Israel are to be the sign-bearers, not Gentiles who do not live in Israel. If we read Paul and James in the NT we can see they considered the moral, ceremonial and ritual laws as one group, the same, yet Christianity went and split them into three different types of laws. Water baptism is a ritual law that is found in the Law of Moses, immersion by water. Christians practice it today yet do not realise the same mindset must be applied to the whole Law of Moses, we do not earn salvation by doing it, rather we do it out of obedience, as a symbolic gesture, with gratitude. Christ never said it is okay to eat pork, rather He said it is one's decision to disobey God is what causes a person to be in an unfavourable position with God because the decision comes from the heart. The pork simply goes in the mouth and out the other end, that is not what concerns God, rather it is the person's decision to violate an express command that concerns God. Shalom.
  4. Responding to the original post. I'm assuming timeline of the End Times but the whole biblical timeline as well. I'm on my phone so providing scripture references will be minimal due to editing inconvenience. I hold a traditional view with some specifics that most believers tend to fear because of a phrase that says "nobody knows the day or hour except the Father." So over and over in Scripture, especially in the Torah, we see the 6+1 pattern. Genesis 1 establishes the order and theme of God's plan of salvation. If you look closely Day 1 of Genesis parallels with the first millennium, that's from Adam's fall until Noah. Man acknowledges God's existence then the difference between good and evil. The first item in the Temple is the altar of sacrifice. The first festival is Passover. The first stage in a believer's walk with God is to acknowledge God/Christ and discern between good and evil, which leads to repentance. You can see the parallels all the way through seven, the same order and theme. Then both the psalmist and Peter tell us that "one day is as a thousand years." Even in the book of Barnabas (chapter 15 I think), which carbon dates to the turn of the first century, shows that the first believers eventually figured out that it would take 6000 years from Adam's fall until Christ's return, because they realised the law of the Sabbath Rest was a prophecy, that each day represents one thousand years. Some 25 years ago I realised that it's the crucifixion, not the birth of Christ, that we need to consider as a millennial marker, the end of the fourth century, beginning the fifth. Regardless of the dispute over the crucifixion year, which I tend to believe happened in 33AD, I put the return of Christ to happen in the year 2033AD (2000 years or 2 prophetic days after the crucifixion), which should mean He returns on the Day of Atonement that year, being the 3rd of October just after sunset (Zechariah 14:6-7) according to the biblical lunar calendar. And the seventh millennium beginning on the 8th of October, 5 regular days later. I say this because the "day nobody knows" is not referring to the Day of Atonement but rather to the Day of Trumpets. A different event on a different day. Day 5 of Genesis speaks of marine life flourishing and flying creatures. The fifth item in the Temple is the bowl of incense, which symbolises the prayers of the saints, the believer being in communion and pleasant to God and a rising up to God. This leads me to conclude that the Day of Trumpets symbolises the Rapture. Now passages such as Leviticus 14:33-53 (yes, but open your spiritual and prophetic eyes) confirm that Christ comes before the 7 year long Tribulation to call believers out of the world. While it also confirms that during the Tribulation there will be people who wash their clothes, becoming saved. This aligns with the sixth (pre-Tribulation Raptured saints) and seventh (people coming to faith during the Tribulation) churches of Revelation. Also, the Tribulation is foretold to be 2520 days long (360 days times 7), ending not at Atonement but when Tabernacles (the seventh millennium) begins. Doing some reverse engineering, that means the Tribulation starts around 14 November 2026, the day the Antichrist signs the covenant of many, whereby the Jews demolish their border walls, divide the land, and commence building a temple. The Rapture can only occur on the Day of Trumpets, which happens around September/October time each year, so there are 5 possibilities left, being 2022, 23', 23' 25' or 2026. So nobody knows because the year is kept secret. This event must occur in order for the new 10 nation alliance to rise to power. Daniel speaks in his visions of the Babylonians, the Persians and the Romans, therefore concluding that the Antichrist will come from the region of the old Roman Empire. John says this alliance will only be given power in the last hour, therefore it cannot be China, the USA, or the EU, who all currently have power. The only candidates left are the Balkan nations. They fall within the region of Daniel's visions and currently have no political power. So we can over the next 5 years expect to see the Balkan nations talk of forming a political alliance. With the Rapture the western Christian world falls off the scene, hence why the USA is never mentioned in Revelation as being powerful or coming to save the Jews. With the Rapture the Muslims (the greenish plague of mold in Lev 14) believe it was their god who took the Christians away hence uniting faster in order to conquer the Jews. The atheistic secular humanists, the Marxists (the reddish plague of mold in Lev 14), will believe it was some strange science or aliens, hence easily supporting the rise of a new power. And without conservative Christians to influence them God ironically gives them, on a silver platter, the freedom to pursue their Marxist ideals so that they will learn the hard way. China won't know the origin of it but will believe luck is on their side. The 7 year long Tribulation will be as follows: The first half the Jews will build their temple. The Muslims will form an army under the leadership of one leader they elevate to the status of Mahdi, likely from Iran. The Islamic army will attack Israel in the first wave from the north and south. The Antichrist will push back both armies, gaining northern Africa as territory. Around the same time he notices the Gog and Magog Islamic army coming in from the north and east, but God personally destroys this army. This causes the Antichrist to rage in jealously so rapidly starts a nuclear war so as to fool the world into believing it was him who destroyed the Islamic army and not God. The nuclear war is fast over but very destructive, the entire Middle East and Mecca is gone, perhaps the Vatican as well. During this war the first three trumpet judgements are unleashed, being nuclear war, a destructive oceanic volcanic eruption and an asteroid strike (the Apophis asteroid scheduled for a near passing in April 2029). Babylon, the world financial system utterly collapses, not even the rich escape its collapse. Now the Antichrist declares victory, then is assassinated (possibly while on live TV) with a knife or bullet through the eye, then he is raised to life by the same demon who possessed the Roman Emperors. The world marvels at him. He declares himself emperor, and goes to the Jewish temple and claims himself to be God incarnate. The Abomination of Desolation. He mocks YHWH, blasphemes Christ, declaring them nonexistent, while declaring all other religions false as well. 30 days later he sets up the Mark of the Beast, along with the support of a Jew (a.k.a. The False Prophet, the beast that rises out of the earth/land (Israel)). This event marks the midpoint of the Tribulation. Then the two witnesses appear on the scene, being Enoch and Elijah. The Antichrist tries to kill them and the Jews (who fled to the mountains) but fails at every opportunity, so he turns his anger towards the Christians and begins his quest to kill them all. With nuclear fallout, global famine, economic collapse, solar flares, demons unleashed to plague mankind, mankind continues to curse God rather than repent and grows more supportive of the Antichrist's call for all humanity to come destroy the Jews. China begins a genocidal land-grab towards the west heading for Jerusalem, and burns everything and kills a third of mankind along the way. With the armies of the world's nations now drawing close to Israel the Antichrist manages to kill the two witnesses and leaves their bodies lying dead on the street. 3 days later on the Day of Atonement, as the armies enter Israel, Christ raises the two witnesses from the dead and all those who were beheaded by the Antichrist and returns, with the pre-Tribulation Raptured saints, and destroys the armies by His presence. He touches down on the Mount of Olives and splits it open, healing waters rush out to begin healing the earth. Scripture says the survivors go on to repopulate the earth and go yearly to Jerusalem to Keep the Feast of Tabernacles, for that they have normal human bodies, not spiritual bodies as the Raptured and resurrected. The Seventh Millennium will start by Christ ordering Ezekiel's temple (chapters 40 to 48) to be built, mankind will see the return of the Levitical priesthood and sacrificial system. Yes there will be literal animal sacrifices again, but all the ritual and ceremonial laws are symbolic. The laws in Torah will be literally kept, not as a means to earn salvation but rather for their symbolic meaning. Christ did NOT abolish the Torah, He came to keep it. To fulfill in Hebrew means to keep, to obey, it does not mean to do away with. That lie crept into the church around the second and third century and still holds the church captive today. Towards the end of the Millennial Reign of Messiah, after mankind has lived at peace for 1000 years, Satan will be released one last time as a means to test humanity to see if they truly serve God from the heart. Scripture doesn't tell us much of how it will play out. I don't know if there will be prophets speaking of it or if God will deliberately not give information since mankind will have 7000 years of history to learn from. Then comes the Great White Throne Judgement, followed by eternity where God rolls up this universe and believers then live with God in the new heavens and earth. Shalom. 5. I interpret this verse to say He returns at dusk in Jerusalem, sun has set and it begins becoming dark, then His brightness lights up the whole earth as He returns.
  6. In order to hold the view that Mark 13, Matthew 24, Luke 21 has already been fulfilled one needs to, IMO, discard all other prophecies, or twist them, and take Christ's words out of context. How can you say "Christ trumps Zechariah" when Christ referred to the prophets as the Word of God, in that Christ spoke through them? If you read the book of Barnabas (yes I know it's not canon, but is insightful) you'd notice the first century believers eventually figured out that the end of the age would occur at the end of 6000 years, the 6000 year long period from Adam's fall to Christ's return. They realised the Sabbath Rest is a prophecy, that one day represents 1000 years. Even the book of Hebrews and Revelation confirm the Millennium will be 1000 years long, being one prophetic day long, being the 7th, symbolic of the Sabbath Rest. Next, the Book of Revelation was written after the destruction of the temple in 70AD, so John is referring to another temple in Revelation 11, the same one referenced by Daniel, Paul, and even Christ (Matthew 24:15). That already shows you don't know to whom the "you" is referring to. Verse 34 tells us who the "you" is referring to, it is referring to the generation that sees ALL the signs. Peter's generation didn't witness all the signs, therefore the Olivet Discourse has not yet been fulfilled. Read Peter's question in Matthew 24 carefully, he asked when Herod's temple would be destroyed and what would be the signs of the end of the age. Each of the authors actually wrote Peter's question differently. But to the Jews the end of the age is referring to the Day of YHWH, when God comes to earth in clouds with thunder and earthquakes and great noise (i.e. Isaiah 29:5-6; 13:1-16; Matthew 24:27; Joel 2:30-32). What you assume is that Christ is actually answering the first part of Peter's question directly, not realising Christ is rather prophesying about the signs leading up to His return at the end of the age and not to Herod's temple. For example, He says the Gospel will be preached to all the nations of the world, that obviously wasn't fulfilled before 70AD but is referring to the angelic preaching mentioned in Revelation 14:6-11. That obviously hasn't happened, therefore Matthew 24 has NOT yet been fulfilled, therefore there is another tribulation coming, a tribulation of such proportions that the whole world has never seen or experienced yet. The tribulations of the first century church wasn't unique, the fourth century believers experienced worse persecution under Emperor Diocletian, that's long after Herod's temple was destroyed. What you misunderstand about the New Covenant is that it gives the power for one to obey the Old Covenant. The New Covenant didn't do away with the Old Covenant, rather Christ's sacrifice and resurrection provides the power to the individual to live in obedience to the Law of Moses. The Church has been beguiled ever since the Catholic Church claimed the Torah was done away with. Their reasoning was done in order so that individuals would look to the Catholic Church for spiritual guidance as opposed to the Law of Moses. They even managed to fool believers into disobeying one of the Ten Commandments, being the Sabbath Rest, because if they could get a believer to discard a command of God they could get them to overlook all the others and be apathetic towards the Torah. You wanna follow Christ's example? Then obey the Law of Moses because that's what He did. And it's why when He returns He'll build Ezekiel's temple (40-48), reestablish the Levitical priesthood and restore the animal sacrifices. It's then all the people from the Gentile nations (Zechariah 14:15) that were not destroyed (Zechariah 12:9: Zechariah 14:1-4) will go up to Jerusalem to worship God (Zechariah 8:20-22; 14:16-21; Micah 4:1-3). Edit: Just wanna add. The ritual and ceremonial laws are symbolic, they are not performed to earn salvation, but are rather performed as a symbolic reminder of what Christ has done for us. Water baptism is a ritual that finds its origin in the Torah, in Hebrew they call it a mikvah, something the Jews still practice today. The same principle, or thought process, needs to be applied to the whole of Torah. There's always a deeper symbolic meaning. Breaking bread is also another Jewish tradition that finds its origin from the time spent in the Wilderness, its a ritual Christians have adopted because of Christ yet don't have any quibbles about whether or not its legalistic to honour the tradition. But mention the keeping of the Sabbath, or not eating pork, or keeping the seven festivals and new moon calendar and the response is many Christians being up in arms while shouting out "that's legalism." Go figure.
  7. While it is true that they are a foreshadowing, Zechariah, Isaiah and Ezekiel (40-38) all describe a literal temple, sacrifices and all, during the Millennial Reign of Messiah. The Torah is the Word of God and must still be obeyed. The ritual and ceremonial laws will be kept as delineated in the Law of Moses, mainly by the Jews as the sign-bearers, but for their symbolic value, as a memorial, and not to earn salvation. Christ did not do away with the Law of Moses, rather He kept it perfectly to make atonement for us and as our example of what Torah obedience looks like. In Hebrew to fulfill means to uphold and to establish, to abolish means to uproot and to break. After the Tribulation the Gentile humans that were not destroyed at Christ's return will go yearly to Jerusalem to keep the Feast of Tabernacles and will even offer literal animal sacrifices: "Finally, everyone remaining from all the nations that came to attack Yerushalayim will go up every year to worship the king, Adonai-Tzva’ot, and to keep the festival of Sukkot. If any of the families of the earth does not go up to Yerushalayim to worship the king, Adonai-Tzva’ot, no rain will fall on them. If the family of Egypt doesn’t go up, if they refuse to come, they will have no [annual] overflow [from the Nile]; moreover, there will be the plague with which Adonai will strike the nations that don’t go up to keep the festival of Sukkot. This will be Egypt’s punishment and the punishment of all the nations that don’t go up to keep the festival of Sukkot. When that day comes, this will be written on the bells worn by the horses: “Consecrated to Adonai”; and the cooking pots in the house of Adonai will be [as holy] as the sprinkling bowls before the altar. Yes, every cooking pot in Yerushalayim and Y’hudah will be consecrated to Adonai-Tzva’ot. Everyone who offers sacrifices will come, take them and use them to stew the meat. When that day comes, there will no longer be merchants in the house of Adonai-Tzva’ot." Z'kharyah (Zec) 14:16‭-‬21 CJB God will even take some Gentiles to serve as priests and Levites during the Millennial Reign of Messiah, and the passage says how everyone living will keep the new moon calendar and the weekly Sabbath Rest days: "“[The time] is coming when I will gather together all nations and languages. They will come and see my glory, and I will give them a sign. I will send some of their survivors to the nations of Tarshish, Pul, Lud (these are archers), Tuval, Greece and more distant coasts, where they have neither heard of my fame nor seen my glory. They will proclaim my glory in these nations; and they will bring all your kinsmen out of all the nations as an offering to Adonai — on horses, in chariots, in wagons, on mules, on camels — to my holy mountain Yerushalayim,” says Adonai, “just as the people of Isra’el themselves bring their offerings in clean vessels to the house of Adonai. I will also take cohanim and L’vi’im from them,” says Adonai. “For just as the new heavens and the new earth that I am making will continue in my presence,” says Adonai, “so will your descendants and your name continue. Every month on Rosh-Hodesh and every week on Shabbat, everyone living will come to worship in my presence,” says Adonai." Yesha 'yahu (Isa) 66:18‭-‬23 CJB
  8. You are correct, I read over the word "not" in the passage.
  9. Yep, exactly. Case in point is Luke 8, the demons beg Yeshua to cast them into the Bottomless Pit. Perhaps the same pit the demon (beast) comes from that possesses the Antichrist. So it appears the Bottomless Pit, aka the Abyss, is a holding place for demons, and dead unbelievers (Psalm 16:10). Also, the passage says they are commanded to not harm any green thing such as grass and trees, and this is similar to the command God gives Satan when allowing him to harm Job. These lead me to believe Revelation 9 is speaking of demons, described as locusts, being released to inflict pain on Antichrist worshippers during the second half of the Tribulation.
  10. Could very well be but as I believe the End Times is on our doorstep, only a few years out (around 5) from starting I am more prone to accept it will be an AI program that will look like the Antichrist speaking since to get everybody with holographic technology might be a bit too far out, though is definitely a perfectly reasonable possibility. I assume John saw a moving picture, like a really good painting that moves. I am lead it to believe it will both be individual, due to the AI, and collective, similar to a SOTU speech.
  11. What you said at the end here fails to take into consideration all the other hundreds upon hundreds of End Times prophecies. For example Revelation 14:6-12, "Next I saw another angel flying in mid-heaven with everlasting Good News to proclaim to those living on the earth — to every nation, tribe, language and people..." So His return is not dependent on us preaching the Gospel but that the preaching will be via angels and will happen at a predetermined time during the Tribulation, the latter half. And we cannot make it speed up because God already established when it would all occur. Back in the Torah God told us the 6+1 pattern in Genesis 1, in the 7 Festivals, the layout of the Temple, the Sabbath Rest law and various other laws in the Torah (when you open your prophetic eyes). Both the Psalms and 2 Peter say "one day is as a thousand years" and both are in context of knowing the timing of prophetic fulfilment. The Epistle of Barnabas might not be canon but it dates to the first century and provides valuable insight to how the first believers thought. In chapter 15:1-6 it shows they already knew that from Adam to the end of the age would take 6000 years, they realised the Sabbath Rest was a prophecy, which would then be followed by the Millennial Reign of Messiah. Christ was crucified in 33CE, being the most scholarly consensus, so we're looking at 2033CE being Messiah's return in the third quarter of the year, and late 2026CE for the commencement of the Tribulation. From the crucifixion to His return will take 2000 years, being prophetic days 5 and 6 on the Sabbath Rest calendar. Even Genesis 1 Day 5 spoke of marine life flourishing and flying creatures and dinosaurs. Day 6 spoke of mankind being created. Now the fifth millennium (33CE to 1033CE) was known for the Gospel going to the nations (a.k.a. prophetic for the seas). Believers overcame sin (flying above), and the dinosaurs represent the philosophy of man, Institutionalized Christianity and Islam. The sixth millennium (1033CE to 2033CE) has seen mankind spread all over the earth, and is finishing strongly with the religion of man. The great problem with Christianity is the failure to understand the Torah, if Christians today knew it they would know the "day nobody knows" is NOT referring to Messiah's return to earth on the Day of Atonement (the tenth day of the seventh month) but rather to the Day of Trumpets (the first day of the seventh month which the Jews call the unknown day), which precedes the Tribulation, and we call it the Rapture (Isaiah 57:1-2; Revelation 3:10). It's also a secret because God has not told the year He will take His Church, but there are only five possible years (opportunities) left. All the End Times prophecies are beginning to converge rapidly now. Read The End of the Beginning by Ken Power, available for free to read online and download from his website. He digs deep into the Olivet Discourse of Matthew, Mark and Luke, and you'll see that it's not strictly chronological.
  12. The Book of Enoch is a bit weird. Though certain parts appear inspired there are others part which betray certain themes of Biblical Scripture, for example the canonical Bible does not give demons, not even Satan, the honour of being called by name yet the Book of Enoch does. This to me is enough to throw it out. It is as if someone took the original work of Enoch and then tried to create a story surrounding the nephilim as mentioned in Genesis 6. I am fully against the interpretation that fallen angels married humans simply because I do not hold a YEC view and because Christ said angels do not marry, they are not flesh and blood and cannot procreate, rather I see the sons of God being Adam's male descendants who took women from other humans, them being the daughters of men. Scripture tells us Cain found a wife before Adam and Eve had Seth and other children, so Cain did not marry a sister. Their offspring would later become the nephilim, the fallen ones.
  13. Isaiah I believe is the only prophet to directly speak to the United States. That's chapter 18, to a people tall and bronzed. Woe to the land of whirring wings beyond the rivers of Ethiopia; they send ambassadors by sea, across the water in papyrus-reed boats! Go, swift messengers, to a nation tall and bronzed, to a people feared far and near, to a strong and conquering nation whose land is divided by rivers! All you inhabitants of the world, you who live on the earth: when a banner is hoisted on the mountains, look! When the shofar is blown, listen! Yesha 'yahu (Isa) 18:1‭-‬3 CJB For Adonai has said this to me: “I will look on from my place and do nothing, like heat shimmering in the sun, like a cloud of dew in the heat of harvest.” For before the harvest, when the flowering is over, and the bud becomes a ripening grape, he will cut off the branches with pruning-knives, lop off the twigs and take them away. They will all be left to the vultures in the mountains and to the wild animals in the fields; the vultures will feed on them in summer, and the wild animals of the fields in winter. Yesha 'yahu (Isa) 18:4‭-‬6 CJB At that time tribute will be brought to Adonai-Tzva’ot from a nation tall and bronzed, from a people feared far and near, from a strong and conquering nation whose land is divided by rivers, to the place where the name of Adonai-Tzva’ot lives, Mount Tziyon. Yesha 'yahu (Isa) 18:7 CJB "For before the harvest" could be a reference to the Rapture or before the results/promise of prosperity, He will remove the means to produce and the results/promise of prosperity and toss them first to the vultures (the elites in power) then to the beasts of the field (the common person). Americans will have enough to eat but gone are the days of producing prosperity. God will look upon the nation and do nothing, and it seems that way now in the US. Of course there could be a better interpretation than mine, as this was how I viewed the passage some 20 years ago when a friend of mine (Ken Power) wrote about it in his book The End of the Beginning (can read or download it for free from his website). To make America great again or build back better is an illusion. If Trump was a true Christian he'd be calling for national repentance, because time is short, instead of promising a prosperous future.
