The real question is; what is the actual cause of climate change? I doubt science will ever consider that the earth may be heading back to what it once was before the Biblical global flood; that greenhouse environment, but with the mist gone that covered the whole earth, .......which means our efforts to prevent it is a joke. Indeed, when God is coming to judge the earth with a fiery calamity, that "heat" will be around for the rest of the world for the duration of the great tribulation. Look at this promise for those coming out of the great tribulation. Revelation 7:14 And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. 15 Therefore are they before the throne of God, and serve him day and night in his temple: and he that sitteth on the throne shall dwell among them. 16 They shall hunger no more, neither thirst any more; neither shall the sun light on them, nor any heat. 17 For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes. Was that a subtle hint for what is coming on the earth? This is certainly a hint. @Marilyn C I believe that "fallen Babylon" is USA and the event in Revelation 18:1-24 happens after the rapture event in verses 1-5 of Revelation 14:1-20 for when the first angel spreads the everlasting gospel to all the world in verses 6-7 so that everyone will know the gospel and cannot have an excuse for not knowing it. Note verse 8 by how the second angel heralds the fall of that Babylon. 8 And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication. Then the third angel announces to the world that if anyone takes the mark of the beast, they will burn in the lake of fire in verses 9-11. These are the 3 angels that sets up the hour of temptation that shall try all remaining upon the earth as fallen Babylon USA is part of that third of the earth that gets burned up per Revelation 8:7 . This fiery calamity on the third of the earth is what causes the New World Order to come about by implementing the mark of the beast system to survive for the rest of the world. When you read the two different stories of the Creation account, it is a known fact that the original scriptures were not divided into numbered chapters and numbered verses. So when you read the first creation account, you should read it from Genesis 1:1 to Genesis 2:3 for the complete account. Here is why. Genesis 1:In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. The first verse is the topic and the following verses to the end of Genesis 2:3 is how God did that in verse 1. Notice how Genesis 2:1 ends it by the word "Thus" for the conclusion of that topic in Genesis 1:1. The very first day of creation was the establishment of time by that creation of light for that first day as there was evening and morning that first day. So what was created that first day was that first day by that light; hence time was created. The second day of creation was the establishment of gravity and the beginning of the creation of the earth because all that was there that first day was water. On that second day, earth was starting to be formed by creating a water planet with the upper atmosphere. The third day was the completion of creating earth by having that one large land mass with all the sea in one place. On that one large land mass was the creation of mature plant life and mature trees bearing seeds and fruits. Then the universe was created that fourth day for the purpose of shining her lights on the earth for the governing for signs, for seasons, for days, and for years. That means not only the heavenly sources were created, but her lights were to be shining on that earth that fourth day. So can one discern the age of the universe and thus earth by that speed of light? No. Because the inverse did not existed until that fourth day for when God commanded her lights to shine on that earth that fourth day for signs, seasons, days and years. The fifth day marine life and birds were created. The sixth day, animals were created and then man was created to have dominion over all living things. Then the first creation account ends at Genesis 2:3 when God rested the seventh day from those six days of creating the heavens and the earth. The second creation account is a rehashing of the event on the sixth day for when man was created which begins the topic of the generations of man in Genesis 2:4. We can know that by how verse 5 testifies that there was no man yet to till the ground for why God ordered a mist to water the earth. Genesis 2:4 These are the generations of the heavens and of the earth when they were created, in the day that the Lord God made the earth and the heavens, 5 And every plant of the field before it was in the earth, and every herb of the field before it grew: for the Lord God had not caused it to rain upon the earth, and there was not a man to till the ground. 6 But there went up a mist from the earth, and watered the whole face of the ground. Rain did not happen until the global flood. FYI This is how we should read the two creation accounts so that in light of science, they do not take this into consideration when determining the age of the universe by that speed of light & thereby insinuating the age of the earth which is a faulty assumption for why the big bang theory and the evolution theory are a false science. I understand your point of view but it is not being aligned with scripture. Can you explain how Revelation 19:1-10 has the Lord in Heaven with the raptured saints at the Marriage Supper and then after that the heavens are open for when He comes back with the saints clothed in fine linen, white & clean, to do battle with the world's armies marching against Jerusalem, and defeating them Revelation 19:11-21 and then Satan is in the pit for a thousand years BEFORE He resurrects the saints that went through the great tribulation per Revelation 20:1-6 ? That means Jesus is not meeting those saints being resurrected that went through the great tribulation in meeting them in the air when He has already touched down on earth thus on earth after defeating the world's armies.

If poor people are a regular at the church, pray that God will raise up cheerful givers to give them some bread/food to take home. 1 Corinthians 12:25 That there should be no schism in the body; but that the members should have the same care one for another. 26 And whether one member suffer, all the members suffer with it; or one member be honoured, all the members rejoice with it. 27 Now ye are the body of Christ, and members in particular. Course, in these days, how can anyone tell who is in need unless they say they are starving or obviously in poor apparel that they may perish depending on the weather outside for why some clothes should be donated too... by cheerful givers.

@JoeCanada You should consider that the elect are those chosen out of the called as the firstfruits of the resurrection to be taken at the pre great tribulation rapture event when Christ comes as the Bridegroom to judge His House first. That would include both O.T. saints and those abiding in Him as His disciples along with those living that are abiding in Him & are willing to go by His grace & by His help. That is the spirit of the antichrist which is in the world. So tying in John's warning about those who teach otherwise in denying Jesus is the Christ; this is how they say that is the Spirit of Christ moving here of there. Antichrist means "instead of Christ" or to be more precise "instead of the Son". The real indwelling Holy Spirit will always keep your eyes on the Son in worship whereas the spirits of the antichrist do not, by using their visitations of signs & lying wonders to take the believers eyes off of the Son, the Lord Jesus Christ, in chasing after them to receive by a sign or miracle. Keep your eyes on the Bridegroom for He will be coming soon & chase no more after those spirits for any filling or receiving whatsoever or risk being left behind for being out to the market. Matthew 25:1-13 As it is, there is an antichrist coming, that son of perdition, but there are many antichrists and spirits of the antichrist in the world.
