Hi jesusaveslives77, I've witnessed to JWs before and I had them look up a few scriptures in their bible. These that I'm showing really made them think and have no answer. Give that lady these and have her look'm up over night. Is 43:10Ye are my witnesses, saith the LORD, and my servant whom I have chosen: that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I am he: before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me. 11I, even I am the LORD; and beside me there is no saviour. Is 9:6For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. John 8: 58Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am. The thing ya wanna do is show JWs that there is only one God and Jesus claimed that title in John 8 and Is 9 claims the son given is "The Everlasting Father"...........and if they believe Jesus was of God then they have to acknowledge from there own text that he is God.

I think maybe the question should be......"What has to happen before the Lord comes back?" That is the question that was asked in Mat 24, Mark 13 and Luke 21. Also Paul gives an account of what must take place before he comes in 2 Thes 2:1Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him, 2That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand. 3Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; 4Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God. 5Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things? The first thing Jesus tells the diciples in Mat 24, Mark 13 and Luke 21 is.........."4And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you." There is and will be great deception and we are commanded to take heed so were not decieved.

It is his love that keeps us from hell.....man's problem is sin, judgment of sin is hell......man's solution is the love of Christ who shed his blood that we could escape hell. The 2 go hand in hand. Notice when men preach in the New Test.......they preached repentance and the reality is...if they don't repent, turning to Christ, hell will be their eternal home. However, one time a guy I didn't know came up to me and said "you are going to hell". I said why? he said "because you have long hair"........I told him "the next time he wants to witness to someone tell them about Jesus" and I said "what if I would go home, cut my hair and die?" I;d still go to hell because I don't have Christ. If these people are out there just saying your all going to hell and don't present the good news of Christ, then the message is void...........if that is what they were doing, then I agree.

John 6:44No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day. It don't matter if ya tap dance and preach, preach and ride a bike, play music, preach hell, preach heaven, negative, positive..........just plant a seed and let God draw'm in. It's just awesome that both those groups was out telling people about Jesus.

This is probably going to be a good discussion and I doubt if any of us are gonna get it right.LOL It might be God's mercy that healing manifestations are not all around. Think about something......we desire for the same kind of things the early church had. They had great healings and miricles. They had great revivals but they also had things like God killing Ananias and Sapphira for lying. I believe ya can't have one without the other so that's why I say it might be God's mercy. I don't know hmmmmmmm

I am not surpised or shocked.................she is doing exactly what she is supose to do. She is of this world and her father the devil. I'm sure when Paul was Saul and killing christians people freaked. She's just another sinner who needs Jesus. Persecution has been around for a long time.
