pointer if your like me time is precious. I can't just sit around and learn another language....I'm trying to be a nurse and that takes alot of work. I've had to force myself to make time for other things.

buck it is perfectly fine to express your opinion but if you see it from the perpective that I do....its wrong. admittly this is a debate. You don't know everything that goes on here from the sounds of it. I accept your apology. I'm sorry for being so blunt but I had tried to let things pass. I forgive you and I still love you as sis in Christ.

the reasoning for the thumbprinting is mostly about illegals crossing the borders here. I live in the South Central part of Texas and we don't take too kindly to illegals. They are the reason why welfare is rampent and people like my parents are paying for them to stay in the country illegally and have many babies. buck it sounds to me like you've never really had first hand accounts of our systems over here in Texas. I'm not really for the government but some of them are in for a reason. We have a government here similar to fed. It takes alot for one thing to get passed because even the people here have to vote on it in order for it to become a law. Did you know that? Yes, Texas residents get to vote laws in on their own state. Admittly to a point I will agree to you. But some of the things that you say are quite hurtful to me. I've been born and raised a Texas resident. I like the state that I live in I don't have to agree with the government all the time. But what you say really hurts me and I find it quite offensive that you keep ranting on and on about it after we've already heard the same thing to begin with. Ok fine if you don't like the government that is your choice and opinion no one is forcing you to live over here. I could care less whether you put your seatbelt on in the morning or choose to skydive cause its fun. That is your life and I respect you for it. I'm going into the nursing field. In order to have a job at the local hospital here. I didn't have to give fingerprints or anything like that. They are even paying for my college with their money not the governments. I didn't even have to go through any of that stuff to have the job after I get through school. It's hurtful to me that you seem ever so constant to judge another person's way of being because of their life of where they live of how they run it. I'm sorry I've never judged you on these boards and have given respect to NZ and your country. Whether you deserve it or not and quite frankly alot of comments I've had to keep to myself. Do I agree with the government no....But if I want to live here I have to. I forgive you for being on this thread in particularly you ability to sit here and tell everybody run from the American government. You can't control the world certainly not everyone on here. I'm sorry you feel that way and I hope it changes. Anyways....I love you as a sister in Christ. Please don't cut me down just cause I live in a state with a goverment you don't agree on.
