Born Again

I think one thing that is being forgotten here is that America was founded on God and His Word. That's why I was so upset when they made Judge Roy Moore take down the Ten Commandments. This may be off topic, but I am so over people wanting to and succeeding in taking God out of everything- public schools, courtrooms, etc. Exodus 18 21 But select capable men from all the people-men who fear God, trustworthy men who hate dishonest gain-and appoint them as officials over thousands, hundreds, fifties and tens. 22 Have them serve as judges for the people at all times, but have them bring every difficult case to you; the simple cases they can decide themselves. That will make your load lighter, because they will share it with you. 23 If you do this and God so commands, you will be able to stand the strain, and all these people will go home satisfied. As long as there are Christian voters making Spirit led decisions, there will never be a separation of Church and State.

Everyone has sinned- from age 0-101: Psalm 51:5 Surely I was sinful at birth, sinful from the time my mother conceived me. This is the statement that disturbs me the most: In honesty, there's alot of "Christians" who shouldn't be calling themselves a Christian. I was one- a complacent lukewarm "Christian"! But to judge the faith of a child is another thing- Jesus spoke of having a child-like faith. It all goes back to Mark 10:13-16. Who are we to question the salvation of a child?

Can I interject here? I just want to say to the verse Kris posted.. how awesome to be one of the children He layed hands on and blessed!! Oh- I get chills thinking about it!! :il:

Our human limitations can't fathom His power and His infinite Wisdom. We won't understand it until we get to Heaven Psalm 147:4-5 He determines the number of the stars and calls them each by name. Great is our Lord and mighty in power; his understanding has no limit.
